This hausa man was caught trapping vulture with snuff in Onne, Port Harcourt and wanted to use them as roasted chicken for people to buy. 

He said he has been doing this business for sometimes now. Please those of you that eat roasted chicken from road side in Akajo and Onne or Eleme as a whole beware, because some of these people that roast chicken do mixed them with vulture and customer will not know they will buy and eat. Though it happened in Port Harcourt, it can happen any where. Buyers beware.

Over the weekend passengers at the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Airport in Bauchi were forced to board and disembark from an Aero Contractors plane using a ladder, and later the airport authorities explained the reason for that anomaly.

While, the Minister of State for Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika, has ordered an immediate investigation, Kenya National TV anchor Larry Madowo chose that opportunity to drag Nigeria for filth, saying that this can happen ‘only in Nigeria’, and then he added that the Murtala Muhammed International Airport is the worst in the world.

With the support of her mother, Aisha Buhari, the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation ambassador presented cartons of drugs to the foundation.The drugs were shared to sickle cell children at Asokoro General Hospital.

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that one of the best exhortations to the nation he has heard from the pulpit was the one made early this year by Father Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration Ministries, Enugu.

Receiving Father Mbaka who was on a courtesy call at State House, Abuja on Friday, President Buhari expressed his appreciation of the Catholic priest’s exemplary courage.

“Thank you very much for what you have done and said. It brought you out to the whole country as a man of courage. It was honest and well delivered. It has gone into the records as one of the best concerns expressed from the pulpit, not because it favoured me and my party, the All Progressives Congress, but because it was good for the country, ” the President told Father Mbaka.

President Buhari reaffirmed his conviction that change will come to the country, “with a lot of hard work, despite the security and economic problems.” He appealed for the continued understanding and patience of Nigerians.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who was present at the President’s audience with Father Mbaka described the priest as a man “who stood for truth and propriety, and declared corruption unacceptable.” He added that the Buhari administration “is committed to truth and justice, and won’t encourage corruption in any way.”

Incredible!Lagos state government website has been hacked by people suspected to be sympathisers of Nigeria’s slain Shiite Muslims.

The Nigerian Army on Saturday, December 12, clashed with members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, in Zaria, Kaduna state.

The clash, which led to the death of several Shiite Muslims, culminated in the arrest of the group’s leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.

On Friday, December 18, visitors to the website were disappointed as it had been hacked.



The hackers put a message on the homepage of the Lagos website, which criticised Nigeria, Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, USA and Israel, for ‘killing Muslims and innocent people’.

The message implied that the government of the aforementioned countries are no different from affiliated terrorist groups, ISIS and Boko Haram.

The message reads:

“In the Name Of GOD

Message to Nigeria Government and State Sponsors of Terrorism (USA, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar):

Boko Haram and ISIS are terrorists, They are killing Muslims and innocent people because of your dirty money, Hey Nigeria Government you killed thousands of Muslims and specially Zakzaky’s family too, You are all terrorists, You are all murders, GOD damn you!

Allahu maulana wala mula lakum.”

Following Gov. Fayose's claim that APC wants to upturn the judgement of Supreme Court on his election,the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed the claim, saying the party has no plan to upturn the judgement of the Supreme Court that upheld Fayose's election.

Fayose had earlier accused APC of trying to use a military investigation report on the conduct of the election to make the Supreme Court upturn its decision.Reacting to the claim, Ekiti State APC Chairman Mr Jide Awe said .....

“As far as the APC is concerned, since the military has taken up the matter on the role of its officers during the exercise, we will allow the exercise to follow due process”.

“We will not engage Fayose until the report of the military report is out. We have respect for institutions''.

Speaking further, Mr Awe said APC would not entertain any accusation from Fayose but would wait for the law to take its full course.
