My opinion is that vacancy from NGO in the North should be sorted out within. Doesnt require free advertisement. There are available hands in that states to do the jobs.

If they don't have the experts and professionals, let them send their children to school for them to understand the importance of education.

80% of Foreign Donations goes to the North, 80 of NGO'S are in the North. They should stop spreading advert cuz it free. Let them look inward for recruitment.
