franchasng:The spiritual battle may not be easy to win. If I will counsel, there may be blessings behind the seemingly bitterness. |
Some of these people will not listen to themselves. I guess Amotekun is a way God wants to expose their evils. It's a new dawn |
Tell them that Nigeria will survive without anyone of them. They are not our saviour. |
priceaction:Is actually real. I saw the Garrison project yesterday. |
Designed to FAIL |
Lagosians will look back and thank God for this decision to ban okada. It was like that in Port Harcourt during Ameachi. The relative sanity afterward can not be compared to daily fatal accidents and nuisance consituted by undisciplined okada riders. It may be difficult now as it was to us then but we will all adjust. |
Our government will not like this because they like cover up but this has exposed them. Shame! |
Alot of people are beclouded by emotions, which is why Nigeria may not move forward. The counsel is just, the reason is genius. Are people expecting baba to counsel him to pray against it? While prayer won't be a bad idea, 'flee' is the prescribed medication in the Bible. For crying out loud, if the man in question is your husband or the woman is your wife, I need you to think through all the possibilities. God will give her another job for the sake of both of them. |
tommykiwi:We should be grateful to Loan, that snake or monkey did not swallow him to prevent his presence. Just being sarcastic. |
shalomekelaka:Since the regional colouration did not work out hence the new religious colouration. Somebody, certainly is afraid of Amotekun |
Madam, I am not a prophet but I think God will help your family, because with the little responses I have read, only few threads get positive and serious responses as yours. Keep engaging your daughter and always pray for her because only Holy Spirit can change a person. Move her closer to God. God bless your family. |
Na them |
Blue3k:Your thinking will work in a sane society. Ours is not, don't get things mixed up. Nigeria is anything but a country. Other parties only won that much because the former governor was against his party, mind you, it has nothing to do with performance; kogi comes to mind. |
This Amotekun has United those who truly want unity of Nigeria and not those mouthing it. |
It is easy to be emotional about some of this things. But a little understanding of how things work in this country will reveal to you why BAT silence is for his good. he has political ambition and whatever he says or do now will count against him. He is a political leader. Yoruba proverb says ' if you are yet to possess the matchet you can't start asking the kind of death that kill your father's. If Tinubu is bit in support of Amotekun, Lagos State government wouldn't have supported it. Even his enemies will be pushing him to commit blunder. As to whether he will be president or not, only God knows. |
chiemmanuel:4years. They have joined league of states that hold governorship election outside general election day |
BrandSpurNG:Nigerians are smarter than this. Sorting will now be more important to them than the actual bill. |
I really feel for you, but keep your faith, your laughter will soon come. Meanwhile, you have to find a way to manage this present situation without friction. This is a test that you must pass. Ask God for wisdom |
Amen |
Amen and amen sir |
Painful as it is, you will have to forgive. I feel your pain, but be rest assured that you will not labour in vain. |
Tinubu is getting cheap publicity. |
What image is COZA trying to create if these are the kind of people advertising her program? Is the program a spiritual one or a social gathering. This is a great mis place priority. |
Simplyleo:Thanks |
Simplyleo:I don't know his qualifications but I know he owns University in Benin Republic |
That Idi Amin Buhari still has supporters is even disturbing. How on earth can anyone support this evil government? [/uquote] Some Nigerians will do anything for the money. Their conscience is dead |
[quoted author=Honor10 post=84676391]No one can kill u. U will survive this and u shall one day rule this nation. I as a person recognize your passion and selflessness since Abiola days, it is a pity the people u are fighting for, doesn't care, u can as well stay in the USA and enjoy your life but u chose to make this sacrifice for this hopeless country. May the force be with u. Sowore is a hero Modified: And tears is dropping from my eyes thinking about this. It is a pity
I feel exactly the way you feel about this. My country has gone to the dogs. God we need your help |

They sent delegations to me, offering all kinds of… and I refused. “And they promised that I will not walk out of their detention alive. That’s what they came here (in the court) to implement today. “Nobody in Nigeria should be afraid. It’s our country and some people have to make the sacrifice for this country to be a country of rule, of law… |

Back in 2014, Basketmouth shared a joke on his Facebook page which was perceived as ‘promoting rape,’ and led to huge protests and condemnation on social media. Also few days ago, after Nigerians notified the EU about Basketmouth’s past jokes, the comedian was dropped as an ambassador to sex and gender-based violence. The comedian has taken to Instagram to reaffirm his support for women and girls, and to apologize for the rape joke he made. He wrote: Almost every morning in the blogs, on the news, there’s a picture of a man sitting on the floor pleading, the caption is usually in the line of ‘its the devils handwork’ and the topic is from underage defilement, rape or brutality against a woman or minor. I live in this same world with my most prized possessions my wife, my two daughters, my sisters and women who have built me into the man I am. I was recently presented an opportunity to create awareness on the efforts of the EU to bring support to fighting this scourge, it was a no-brainer for me. I refused any compensation for it and volunteered to lend my voice because….its our fight, it’s not for the EU…its for my girls’ future. Unfortunately, a few years ago I shared up a Facebook post that I thought was shedding light through humor to the entitled crude and very present behavioral patterns of some African men who equate spending to sexual favors, but I also realized then that women actually have to face this daily and its harrowing and I deeply apologized for it I sincerely pray that this does not take away from the most important fight of our lives….the fight to secure our future…because the girl child is our future. I strongly appreciate the EU for this amazing platform to improve our lot, as long as the message reaches the ears of those who need it, then it’s a win. To every woman – our mothers, sisters, lovers, wives, crowns, supporters, prayer partners, foundation, life…. thank you for being who you are. So many times you sacrifice who you are for a man to become who he wants to be. It’s time we all love and and also support you like you do us….cos in your light, we all shine Bless. https://www.bellanaija.com/2019/12/basketmouth-apologizes-rape-joke/amp/?__twitter_impression=true |
Dino will become the latest human rights activist, just like the rest of those losers. That has become their preferred retirement tag, from Deji to Sani to that Atiku houseboy Frank. You just reminded me of the Frank. Why has he all of a sudden went dumb. Our politicians are clown |
