Good morning guys please how can i contact vfs to know the state of my passport, i dropped it off off at vfs lagos through dhl on feb 2 and i have not heard from them since i dropped it off.

February 2nd and no update till date? Did you pay the #900 SMS fee. Even if you didn't pay the fee, your passport should be in your hands by now. Log in to VFS website and chat with their staff LIVE... They will give you the current update of your decision envelope. Note that you can only reach them during working hours

Not all all, I called customer care and they said they will fix it that they have alot of customers bto attend to,only for them to send message this morning that if i don't pick up they will return it tonthe embassy

Good evening i sent my passport to vfs on 2nd feb 2023, I have gotten the letter of introduction in my IRCC portal, but I have not still heard from vfs about my passport, please can anyone help with pointers on how to go about getting my passport.

If the office is not where you did your biometrics will have to pay N9930 for Transmission Fee and 930 for sms. You also have to N18,710 to have it sent back to u.

I sent the passport to where I did my biometrics so how do I go about paying the #18,710 and #930 for sms charge?

I’m sure of lagos I don’t know about Abuja, I just need to know how I can make vfs send the passport back to me after visa has been appended on it.

as I once read here, ircc will verify from the bank if the closing balance you submitted tally with the one in your account, your dad removing the money before ircc verify must have been the reason for the refusal!

Okay please are you aware of how quick i can reapply and is the reapplication timeline as lengthy as the first application timeline

Good evening guys so my agent sent me my refusal pdf this evening and said it’s a POF issue, the account I submitted is my dads Ivorian business account which had roughly 20m naira when you convert the cfa to naira. My agent claims that the closing balance as at the time of application wasn’t there during verification, well I wanna ask if the IRCC actually has access to know an account’s balance at anytime. My dad confirmed that he used a good amount of the money for some business deals hoping to deposit it soon.

Good afternoon guy, so after multiple emails and webforms to Nairobi and other IRCC offices about the delay on my study permit application which is roughly 16wks old, i got this somewhat generic reply, i don't know if there are some other measures i can use to get them do something about my application, my agent says there has been no update on my portal since day of application.

Aii, these are what you need as they will be required to fill out the webform.
Other information like your DOB and the rest I'm sure you should be able to answer.


The webform is a separate portal on its own so you can go ahead

Ehe but you need your application number too, the UCI is just identifying u as a person

I have my application no, its is on the biometric instruction letter.

There is really nothing you can do than wait.
You will not be able to send webforms and emails on your behalf because you do not have access to your portal or application details like your application number, UCI number and the email address used to apply.

You can ask for these details and send webforms/email yourself or ask the agent to send on your behalf.

If you keep quiet IRCC will take their time with your application.

Ok, i actually have my UCI and application no and i think my email was used to apply cos i got the biometric appointment letter directly from
donotreply@vfshelpline.com so must i have still have access to my portal with the all i have ?
