Heard october 31st was the deadline given by jamb for all universities to conclude the admission process. Even heard the VC travelled to abuja (not confirmed) some days back.
Its november now oh..hmmm let's see what happens this month.

@ablejoe, I agree with u. I wanna believe that jamb wouldn't joke with such info. Cos if uniben submitted ur name to jamb then it means u should be ok for clearance. But some clearance officers are oversabi sadists. Thats why I mentioned dean, hod and co earlier. God dey sha.

Just know that things change every year. So keep calm. Just wait for uniben to get back in session. During clearance u can find out what is up. Sometimes ur clearance officer might even have his own prejudice/bias that may not neccesarily be the stand of the university. You can always go to the HOD (or Dean) and clarify issues. Just wait and don't lose hope so easily. I sincerely wish u the best.

I do agree that sometimes the jamb admission list and unibens admission list may not tally...but for those with sensible scores who have seen "admitted" I think they have nothing to fear. I don't believe its null and void. But that's just my opinion sha...

I applied for this d.e with an engineering degree (B.Eng, Second Class Upper). but I downloaded my jamb admission letter and I saw four years as duration of the course I was admitted to ( Mechanical eng). That means I will have to start from 200 level. I know too well that am supposed to start from 300 level, its even on Uniben's website. Is this an error on jambs part or they mean business.
I need to know what's up, so I can take a decision.

Hmmmm....I would say trust uniben's website. The thing written on jamb is likely to be a mistake....
