I need advice please, part of a business deal i executed has a reward of a month stay with all expenses paid, but if I wish not to go, or I have objectives of not wanting the trip, I can request for pay-off of 5million naira.
Though i have travel to some close neighbouring countries but I have not gotten the opportunity to go out of Africa, I need money to complete my building projects but I am equally thinking if I go on the trip, I may likely to meet or hook up with a potential clients that could bring more business deal.
But I am confused right now, I don't know may be I should go or collect the pay-off, I am thinking that what if I go and I could not find a potential clients, then my going is not rewarding, except to eat, sleep and take pictures.
What advice do you have for me?

Top of the day to my lovely honda family... please I have an issue with my 2006 honda civic, it has confused both my mechanic and rewire but i haven't allowed them to do anything about it so as not to trigger more problems.

My car slips everytime it wants to change from any gear, most especially when I put more pressure on it. It now drives like a manual car.

My rewire did some checks and we noticed that light is not supplying to one of the gear solenoids. (He said it's the brain box that supplies the light so the brainbox is faulty). Out of four sockets that connects to the solenoids, a particular one doesn't have light..

I'm confused if I'm to agree with him to get a new brain box..

Same thing with my eod, after I have spent money on buying sensor, changing transmission oil etc, las las it result to changing brainbox, I will advise you to just change the brainbox, if not, you will spend unnecessary money.

FCT is considered as a state in the new electoral law, which means that if you have 25% votes in 24 states and 25% in FCT, that means you have fulfilled the requirements of the law, also, if you have 25% votes in 25 states without having 25% votes in FCT, you have also fulfilled the requirements of the law as a winner.
While Peter Obi was concerned about having the highest votes Tinubu and Atiku were busy negotiating for 25% votes in every states.

If you are using Samsung phones, you can simply delete the files, the deleted files will stay in recycle bin for 30 days. If I could sum up the meaning of this dream I will call it "SALVATION " or "EXODUS"

The sun which appears in it intensive mode represents Hope, power, light, illumination, ideas or solutions.
While the green background symbolises fertility, growth, fruitfulness, health or prosperity.

Base on the ongoing political campaigns and rallies, here is my assessment so far on the coming presidential polls,
Tinubu chances of winning is 40%
Atiku chances of winning is 30%
Obi chances of winning is 30%
Chances of winning are likely to change, base on the defensive and offensive approach on subsequent campaigns and strategies of these candidates and policies of the government, Tinubu chances went down from 65% to 40% because of the CBN policy of naira redesign and lack of the notes in circulations, this gave Tinubu a massive set back, (kudos to the cabals on that) this set back gave Atiku a 10% additional chances and gave Peter Obi 15% chances.
Here is the deal, any of the candidates that can pull the west polls will wins this coming election, the jackpot polls are in the west not in the North as expected, The northern polls has been distributed and allocated among the nothern titans which are the political backbone in PDP and APC, I didn't see Peter Obi pulling nothing more than 12% of Northern polls, while the Eastern polls is not a guaranteed polls for any of these candidates because of the low turnover in voter'sregistration and collections of PVC, plus the crisis of the unknown gunmen, this will affect voting exercise in the East.
Meanwhile Tinubu cannot boast of majority of the western polls anymore because the cabals is on his neck sabotaging every of his plan, Tinubu has a good plan of rigging the western polls to his favour but unfortunately the plans are known to the cabals, last week Buhari transferred the commissioner of police in Lagos and Ogun state respectively and replaced them with those who can dance to the tune of the cabals, this is a big fu*k up to the Tinubu's plan and this could become a big chance for Obi or Atiku to get more chances, if they know their onions well enough. Let's not forget that the South polls that supposed to go for Atiku is now going for Obi and the north centre polls is definitely going to PDP of Mr Atiku, still yet Tinubu has overall chances for now, although anything can still change and chances of winning percentages are likely to change before the election day.
