My crazy thought, it may sound harsh but it will bring the best out of you quick. From your write-up, he only stop paying for education but still accommodate you, and probably still feed you.
If that's the case, he wants you to think....recently I watched "the men who built America" inside I learnt few things from Rockefeller and co in the story... most of them started from nowhere but were able to think outside the box. We have overrated university education so well that even most graduate don't even know to what purpose is the education given to them. We are so adapted to the routine, goto school, graduate and get a nice job.
Just read a topic about facebook CEO graduated from university after establishing himself.
Few weeks to my NYSC POP last yr May, my dad said I should obtain Master's form but I told him to give me sometime to see what I can do with my life. Now am doing what I didn't learn in school. I am only hoping it gets better.
As for Master's, I know few that have MSc but still engage sec sch stdnt with tutorials to meet end means.

So Christianity doesnt preach the same? Go read old testament and don't feed me with those are the old practices and by so new testament has nullified all that. it means your God was confused when he was given those laws in old testament but when he realized, he changed it with new testament.
I still stand by my believe that religion is like a political party ( e.g APC & PDP ), don't be brainwashed....just don't let the creator of earth down, live and let others live, be good.
Both religion is full of controverses but if I must be sincere with u, IMO, xtianity is more controversial.

True but some husbands also frustrate their wives and we will not support them starving him with good or sex(since they can not beat him) talkless of if they pour him hot water. Bad wives could be from any back ground is my opinion though. As we do not say ladies should avoid men from homes where the dad's were brutal to their moms or where the dad had more than one wife because we believe the son would act exactly as his dad towards their wives even though I believe most girls from divorce homes tend to stick to their marriages more due to fear of what society would say. Also, biology taught me that that your phenotype(you/look) = Gene(donor from both parents) + Environment(what you learn from ur society, remember ur mother is your first teacher).
It is logical that a child that was raised by a single parent will lack that other parent's part during upbringing.
Like I said before, if a woman knows her power, her man will respect her.
Come to think of it, y marry a guy that will frustrate you u..oh you will say some guys pretend?, the truth is no matter how someone hide their character, u will c traces unless u want to overlook or probably not observant.

You can not conclude like that. Divorce is not a crime. And yes, what is wrong in a woman knowing she can do better in life without a husband who makes her unhappy? Marriage no be do or die. If you don't marry a girl from divorce home, others will marry them. Instead of seeing the genesis of the problem, you chose to attack the females from divorced mothers because you generally do not like them.

I said someone advised, u may take the advise and u may not...but if u look around, u will realize larger percentage of baby mama were raised by baby mama.
If you understand the latter part of d post u quoted, you will get the point raised that most domestic violence are avoidable if woman truly know the power they have. but because most of our ladz this days care more about their looks and see marriage as poverty alleviation institution, some are not ready to endure anything, at a point they want to be free, party - travel - do what they like, making the marriage secondary. At this point they feel like divorcing just to get the freedom they want.
Like I said earlier, some ladies will frustrate the hell out of you that u won't just know when you will raise your hand, the reason u c some husband prefer going home late after work and sleep immediately to avoid another problem cuz their house doesn't feel like home I.e from one problem to another.

One of the reason someone advice, don't marry a girl raised by a divorced mum. They will grow up hating guys, any slightest issue, they wana breakup cuz they believe they can do without a guy, a practical example of how their mum raised them.
No matter what the father might have done, she can handle that in private.
It shows the kind of wife and mother she s going to be.
Mark my word, their type will still end up like their mother(baby mama).
Again, I don't support domestic violence but people tend to blame the guys most not knowing the kind of animals in women that provoke a reflex action which result in beating their wife's.
Not every guy intend to beat their wife's but there is limit to what we can overlook cuz it get accumulated till it burst.

That's how we were once made to believe the smallest indivisible part of an element is Atom not until further research claimed atom can be divided to neutron, proton and electron. If those researchers were so lazy to further research some will still defend their life believing atom is the smallest part of matter.

I am a graphics designer, I design majorly for print, logo, banner, business card letter head etc and web adverts

it is true you can get free logo, in fact I have done more free jobs than paid but there is limit to what you get esp when there is no good relationship BTW you and the designer. As for canvas, I wish you luck if your fate lies with random suggestion by a machine.

To me I charge base on
1) The client am dealing with, you don't expect me to charge a minimum wage earner the same price as Dangote.
2) The nature of the work, like designing oil and gas logo with makeover logo, the latter will b cheaper
3) The number of samples to give for review
4) If you ease my energy with idea of what u want, e.g some people want there logo to speak what they do that's when you see a female sketch in makeover logo or like one of my recent client who wanted just three letters as logo.
5) Also my mood or let me say discretion.
The good about dealing with my client is they can review unlimitedly until we are both satisfied cuz the money is not important as getting their satisfaction.

After learning graphics designing, I need to establish but no capital. I get jobs once in a while from nairaland esp logo, but this jobs are not coming as expected. All I wanted to do is establish and employ more able hands to run the biz.
I need heavy project to work on.
