Who is complaining. Can you guys comment like matured adults. It is a good thing that Lagos has a track this is what should have been in place since the 80s. Even at the current standard the project quality is low, but we need to be honest with ourselves as Lagos should not even be in comparison with any state in Nigeria because Lagos had a head start as a former federal capital. It is embarrassing that Lagos cannot compete with Cotonou, Lome and Accra even Monrovia that just fought war is ahead in terms of quality of living
