DropShot:On the night of 14–15 April 2014, a group of militants attacked the Government Girls Secondary School in Chibok, Nigeria. They broke into the school, pretending to be guards,[18] telling the girls to get out and come with them.[19] A large number of students were taken away in trucks, possibly into the Konduga area of the Sambisa Forest where Boko Haram were known to have fortified camps.[19] Houses in Chibok were also burned down in the incident.[16] The school had been closed for four weeks prior to the attack due to the deteriorating security situation, but students from multiple schools had been called in to take final exams in physics.[16][20][21] There were 530 students from multiple villages registered for the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, although it is unclear how many were in attendance at the time of the attack.[22] The children were aged 16 to 18 and were in their final year of school.[23] Initial reports said 85 students had been kidnapped in the attack. Over the 19–20 April weekend, the military released a statement that said more than 100 of 129 kidnapped girls had been freed. However, the statement was retracted, and on 21 April, parents said 234 girls were missing.[13] A number of the students escaped the kidnappers in two groups.[24] According to the police, approximately 276 children were taken in the attack, of whom 53 had escaped as of 2 May.[22] Other reports said that 329 girls were kidnapped, 53 had escaped and 276 were still missing.[21][25][26] |

So u can feel that little presence of feds. We are by nature, travellers... There are Europeans living in ur state, does that mean that ur place is better than theirs. Petrol has never been scarce in d east n we're accustomed to high price since November so y will we lose Billions of Naira to protest 4 a lost cause. I thought the recovered loot was meant to channelled into Youth empowerment and all that but here is what DG nysc has to say concerning BatchA 2016 stream2 orientation exercise The 2016 budget was slashed by 40 percent – This action has affected the batch ‘A’ stream 2 of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) – The Director- General of NYSC said series of letters have been sent to that effect to President Muhammadu Buhari and some Ministers on these issues Sule Kazure The mobilization of batch ‘A’ stream 2 of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) might be crippled due to cash crunch as their allocation in the 2016 budget has been slashed by 40 percent. This was hinted on Monday, May 16, by Sule Kazaure , the Director- General of NYSC, during an interactive session with Senate committee on sport and youth development. He said letters have been written to the minister and President Muhammadu Buhari on the issue but the agency has not received favourable response as the batch is scheduled to resume on Friday, May 20. He added that despite series of efforts, the required money for the exercise has not been provided by the federal government. However, Kazure expressed dissatisfaction that the request for the funds were forwarded to its supervising Minister, the Minister of budget and National Planing, Minister of finance and the presidency but yet to receive response up till now. Mr. Adeleke Ademola, the director of finance, also agreed with Kazure that series of letters have been written to the Minister and Buhari but no response. Obina Ogba, the chairman of the committte however assured that a meeting between the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Budget and National Planing and NYSC to address the issue will be organised. He also revealed that the budget of the Ministry is short by N13 billion. Recall that Bukola Saraki had reportedly turn down Presidency request to manipulate the contents of the 2016 budget through the backdoor. The controversy caused a major stir as the presidency revealed new list of development projects removed or distorted from the budget by the Senate http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/05/lack-funds-may-stall-corps-members-mobilisation-camp-nysc/

If I am a sniper who's on a mission to make ssure road is clear... I'll employ disarming tactics n take her hostage. If our tent is attacked or we're ambushed n I saw her I'll shoot on sight n straight 2 d head. If I was a sniper n saw her at long range I'll shoot her in d leg n take note of her number tag for later use. If I was told by my commander to shoot her after clearing her batallion.... I'll shoot her in the lungs so she gets ugly with pain then I'd shoot her in d head leaving an ugly face |
