I disagree! I think he might be one of the best things that ever happened to Nigeria. Notice how this time around, the majority are not suggesting that the elections were rigged. We actually know that the man was elected by the masses, and many are struggling with the decision THEY MADE rather than with the idea that some other group/GOD FATEHR IMPOSED this on them. It is a good thing.
Good thing ke?
Inflation everywhere
Removal of subsidy
Taxing on FR from next year
Minimum wage is not yet settled
Bad Roads
SE could not even qualify under him
SF also failed under him,

I see more pains for people as this man has no clear vision for this Country  sad

If you don't have feelings for her, y did u sleep with her an get her pregnant in the first place? i bet u had some feelings for her d reason y u accepted to marry her. in this time and age, which civilized man would dump his ideal woman for a total stranger just becos his parents wants him to? i bet her attention has shifted to d baby, d reason y u feel d way you do. why not talk to her about it? as for your ex, i knw how it feels, pls make her understand that you're married now, delete every fantasy (i knw it's hard) and focus all your attention on your wife. trust me, d love will surely grow!
Great post!

@ OP

I feel your pain bro!! But truth be told, you don already Bleep up give her belle and she don drop pass one engine for your head. I would have adviced you divorce her but then again, kids are involved now so it aint that easy anymore.

SO here are the options avaliable to you;

1. COUNSELLING: Atimes it may just be that your wife is doing all that she can to please you (to the best of her knowledge and exposure) and it is not enough for you. I would suggest that you try counselling as your first choice before trying the rest.

2. DIVORCE:: If you are both in Nigeria, then this shouldnt be difficult, just go home, pack all her things, throw them outside and lock her out. After two days of crying, she'll get the message and leave you alone. BUT!! Dont forget about the kids! They would suffer the most in this and you dont wanna raise your kids in broken home. So this choice get as e be, but nonetheless is still a choice.

3. Marry a SECOND WIFE:: Now this is a better option compared to option one. All you have to do is go marry your ex, keep her in a different location and use her as your comfort wife and use the other one as your baby factory.

4. Merk your wife:: Before you do this, take out a life insurance policy on her so that you will have money to wed and enjoy with your other Nwababy!!

5. Cheat!!
If you take up a counsellings job, you would destroyed many people lives,  And end up in Jail  grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
FamilyRe: I Am Very Unhappy In My Marriage by success4(m): 11:22am On Oct 26, 2011
@OP: Divorce is NOT an option. You better gather your heart to love the one with you.

If you married another person, expect WORSE scene. Since both of you are married,
you got to stay in it and make it work. What is affecting you is LUST. Because I don't
think this your wife was WRAPPED in a paper for you.

You must have at least 2 months together before wedding, so why the complain?
Be a man and enjoy your home. After all, she is not bed-wetting!

stagger:
Let us have an intellectual discussion on this subject starting now. I have already pointed out that a gold standard cannot work for an import oriented economy, because you need to sell in order to even get the gold to hold as reserves to support your currency.

Go and read the mercantilist scholarly articles written in the 18th century and you will see how even in those early days, the Europeans knew that in order to dominate the Third World, they had to turn us into import driven nations.

Let us hear your own argument on this matter.

Tell us why you would support a gold standard. Over to you.
Oh ok! Though I am not good at argument, I will try to point out few fact.
The first thing I will like to point your attention to is that fact that IMPORTATION form part of leakages under that national income analysis.
So if GOLD standard can easily deal with importation that has caused us more harm, so be it.

Y=C+I+G+X-M
where C= a+byd
byd=y-t
I want to believe that, you are very familiar with above equation, if backing currency with USD could not solve this foes of our nation
I feel GOLD could be of help there.

Gold standard provides simple and direct way of solving in-balance in international trade which is by depleting gold reserve and reducing money supply.
This of course will result in fall in money demand and thus give a deadly blow to import but give room to export which is injection to any nation.

However, BUHARI point of view is INFLATION, so my friend, kindly enlighten us on how present regime has dealt with inflation. Waiting for you sir!

This Buhari man is too dense for words.

I have done a lot of research on the 1944 Bretton-Woods agreement that pegged the UD dollar to gold at $35 an ounce, and pegged other European currencies to the US dollar at varying rates and I can easily tell that such a system will NEVER work in today's world.

Does he know why that agreement collapsed in 1971? Since when did Buhari becoma a guru in Economics? How long did the price control regime he introduced in 1984 last? You do not control the supply of an item to match the demand, and you are setting price control. How does it work?

He should go and reign in his CPC members, many of whom I am sure are now in the Boko Haram and leave Economics to those who know.
What yeye research have you done? A good research will tell you that GOLD standard remain the best!

Guys, you have to be very sensible and realistic.
I have been living abroad for God knows how many years now. So if I now suddenly get appointed to any office, no matter how small (even in my local government), in Nigeria, I will have to close down all my bank accounts – all the accounts I have using since my student days up till now. Please say that again! They are wasting their time. They are just chasing shadows instead of fighting the real corruption. If the guy were that bad, OBJ would have nailed him a long time ago. Like him or hate him, there is no proof whatsoever (and a proof is needed in law) to convict BAT. Long live BAT! All the people now praising Fashola were the ones who viciously condemned BAT when he out of nowhere brought Fash into politics. Having said that, I am all for fighting corruption, even giving them capital punishment if possible. But you don’t convict people just because you don’t like them. Proof is needed. I mean physical evidence – not just word of mouth. At least that is what is done in civilized societies.
Nice
