I don't think I'm ovulating though but I have a regular period of 29/30 days and I didn't get a positive when I used an OPK last month.

Ok. Id suggest you do the HSG before taking femara.
You would need to ascertain the status of the tubes before taking ovulation induction drugs. Then you track your ovulation using scans while on the femara and your SIL can help you administer HCG injection when you have mature follicles.

Do the HSG first and come back with the results.
P.S. femara is an expensive brand of letrozole, you might want to buy generic letrozole when the time comes.

On the contrary, TTC has made people wise. Any sane person that TTC'd for even a month knows that NO human can offer a 100% fertility cure. Even as advanced as IVF is it is still a 50% chance of success ....so I find it distasteful that you seem to have all the 100% fertility cures from a spiritual sister to greenlife to a shop you sat in for some mins...none of which you tried yourself, so have zero first hand knowledge.

Swearing and cursing would not gloss over the simple question blessedmum asked. If you created the account to campaign for votes, did you also change your marital status for it? Is the supposed flirting a part of the campaign strategy? Are you truly married and pregnant? Those were her questions.

Goodwill can sometimes be bad when coming from a standpoint of empathy and not experience. My personal suggestion is, since you did not TTC and don't have experience of all the stuff you have thus far recommended, please stop recommending them. You might be more useful in the pregnancy thread than here.

A full fertility investigation might be in order for you.
Hormonal assay to check your levels...are you lactating? When you press your boobs does liquid come out?
A HSG if you want, to check the state of your tubes. Sometimes a vigorously done D&C can cause adhesions
Follicular tracking to track your ovulation.

Sorry dear, I never did a hysteroscopy so I don't have first hand info.
But Google says its a diagnostic procedure to check what's going on in there... but from your previous scan report I think the scan guarded d&c might be more in line of a solution to the endometrial calcification. Simple lay man terms, the doctor wants to scratch off the excess lining of the uterus cos it's too thick.
But if it would help, you might want to seek another opinion.

Good afternoon my fruitful sisters.
My own take on the matter is, let us be careful with what herbs we injest. I remember someone here saying a Sister she knew was trying to shrink fibroids using herbs and ended up with kidney failure. Kidney failure is not a poor man disease ooo, my sister recently had a kidney transplant and I know how much we and most especially she suffered. Lets not for the quest of having a baby now put ourselves in life and death situations..
