If you want to go into aviation, do so cos you have a passion for it not because of the salary. Cos you would be very disappointed to learn that people that work in offices earn more than some pilots.

Just have an arrangement with the nurse that nettpharmacy uses prior to when you would need the shot so you can both work around your schedules.

Thanks Sis. Medplus and Health plus don't carry injections. I plan on calling up Alpha Pharmacy by 9am just so am sure they're open. I just want to buy myself and then take to a hospital to be injected at the right time. It could be cheaper for me that way plus my Gynae is in the East.

Alpha might be a couple of hundred nairas cheaper as iv always found out, but I don't know if they can arrange for a nurse to come give you the shot at the pharmacy. Cos the injection has to be refrigerated so they give you an ice pack to take along if you are taking it out. On the other hand, nettpharmacy can arrange for a nurse to give you the shot in the pharmacy for 1k. Just call them in advance.

I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS until almost the end of my TTC journey but I had the symptoms.. difficulty losing weight, hair on chin and anovulatory cycles. What worked for me was a weightloss pill that contained inositol, vit b6 and some other good stuff. I guess mine wasn't severe cos fvine has used same thing and it didn't work for her so she is going for a higher dose of myo-inositol powder. You can contact her for how to buy it or you can get the capsule form from GNC if you don't mind swallowing pills.

@ sugah, I've been told at my scan on Saturday that LO is BPD 72mm and FL 57mm and weighs 1.4kg. Is that okay for a 30weeks old? I kuku told them my concern about not adding weight and actually loosing. Was told to heighten protein intake. Abeg all of una... Oya submit food options oooo.

At 30weeks baby should weigh between 1.1kg and 1.7kg.
Just keep eating healthy, proteins, carbs, veges, fruits and stay away from sodas. You would be surprised how much your baby grows in the next few weeks that you would start getting worried about a big baby again.

Ayomide went from 1.4 to 2.1kg in a space of 3weeks. But im not worried cos he is growing normally.

You asked a question but don't seem to want the answer given.
It is assumed you would not abscond to the US and not return if you have family in Nigeria (wife and kids)
It is assumed that if you have travelled outside Nigeria before and returned back to Nigeria, you would also return to Nigeria after visiting the US.

So again, is ICAN something strong enough to make you return to Nigeria if and when granted a visa?

I bought the femara brand from healthplus abt 2mths ago for almost 34k for a pack that contains 3 sachets, a sachet contains 10 tablets of 2.5mg each. So if u r probably buying a satchet it could be abt 9k.

I know... that's why I told her to get the regular letrozole which goes for about 2k per sachet.... Not everyone can afford Femara cos of the cost.

I got some before the new cbn policy. It was still at 274.2 and they were practically begging people to come collect. But I couldn't get for my DH cos his travel date was after mine and the new policy was in place.

In addition, if you are very bouyant, there are places where they give you morphine injections before the procedure so you don't feel any pain.
And like mamak said, the pain is not half as painful as labor pains...but mamas still go through labor and still born plenty more pikins afterwards. You would be fine.
For your dh telling his friend, if his friend has gone through TTC too it is not really a bad idea. He might get some helpful tips from him. My DH was able to take his antibiotics without me begging him cos the recommendation came from a male colleague of ours who went through same ish.
But if that's not the case, please let him know how you feel.

Prior to dollars wahala, I think 5,000iu cost 2,650(dont quite remember)
No clomid is clomiphene citrate. Femara is a brand of letrozole (like indomie, cherie, mimee, dangote....are all types of noodles)... if you go to the pharmacy and ask of femara they would give you femara which is more expensive..but if you ask of letrozole they would give you different brands then you can pick one that suits your pockets price wise...
Last I checked, femara was about 9k while another brand was like 2k. Hope you understand what I mean?

But please make sure you are under supervision when taking these drugs.
