Don't mind them. This same issue was brought up at an NCC consumer interactive forum I attended at Aba last 2 weeks, and it was openly debunked there too. If mere usage of hand phones exposes one to life-threatening radiations, what happens to network enginners who maintain the base stations? They would all have been long dead or impotent.

Hahaha. If he is a civil servant, brother then he must be collecting plenty bribes to augment the salary. Imagine I lost my national ID and went for renewal. I was asked to pay #1000 naira cash which I did. When I went to collect my drivers license I was asked to drop something for lunch. Some of them collect more than #20,000 daily in bribes and tips.
