Good morning everyone ! My head is filled with thoughts and I am very confused on which path to follow that is why I am making this post.

It's a long read but I will try to shorten it.

I met my guy after my waec. He was a struggling young man with a lot of aspirations. Meeting him improved me because he pushed me to the limit to become a better person. This is a guy with soft heart and was willing to share his little with me, not only me but everyone around him. He is someone that is willing to go hungry for that man on the street to eat.

My parents knew him, everyone was OK with him. Three years into the relationship I gained admission which he played a key role at some point he was like my sole sponsor because things were rough at home and my uncles were disappointing. He took it upon himself and was sharing his salary into three and one portion comes to me. At home was a nightmare for my parents because my parents as civil servants were being owed. If you know how osun state was under Aregbe's govt.

This guy was our hope, not yet my husband, not rich but was coming through for us. Sometimes with foodstuffs and money to my siblings most especially my mom.

During my NYSC in 2018, suitors started coming, some with cars and my mom tired of suffering was mounting pressure on me to accept one of them. My fiance on the other hand was ready but waiting for me to be ready because we agreed that marriage and maybe child bearing will distract my studies.

My mom became so desperate to the extent of not wanting me and my guy to continue with our relationship. She wanted one of the rich suitors to have me (she forgot so soon). When the pressure and embarrassment was too much the relationship collapsed.

God knows I wanted to continue but he wasnt willing to fight. Our relationship ended and he left, I heard he relocated to Portharcout to stay with a friend and soon after travelled.

We lost all forms of communication only for him to resurface December last year. Dude looks good and we got talking and reconnected again. While he was away I was in a relationship with one of the suitors.

When my first love called that he was back I didn't think twice before rushing to the hotel to meet with him. We had the best sex that day and I couldn't help but cry all through, everything was like a movie to me.

I ended my relationship with that guy and we started again, he is OK (not that rich) but I am willing to marry him even in poverty.

He went back after some months and we have been talking on phone , he asks about my siblings but doesn't even ask after my mom. Whenever we are having a discussion and my mom is mentioned, he changes the topic, if I ask he will say he doesn't want to talk about my mom.

Like the hatred is much, he has this anger towards her and I am worried.

He plans to come ask for my hand when he returns, then we become man and wife but I am worried.

I love him, but how do I cope with a husband who hates my mom and sees her as a personal enemy. He doesn't hide this hatred, at a point he told me that his biggest challenge will be stepping foot inside my house for the marriage rites. And if he marries me that will be the last time he comes to my house.

He is still cool with my siblings and dad but mom is his enemy

Hello Car experts and gurus,I greet you all.

I need your candid advice on an issue I have been deliberating upon for some time now. I recently bought a Toyota Camry 2005, V4 which I personally plan to use for E-hailing aka Uber and Bolt. The tires that came with it are the normal iron wheels 205/65 R15 which I feel is too low, so I have decided to change the wheels to Alloy rims and change the tires to either 16R or 17R so as to get better ground clearance.

Now my question is, would changing the tires/rims to something higher like 16" or 17" affect the stability or balance of the vehicle when in motion? I don't want to tamper or raise the shocks as is the practice that is why I opted to get higher tires & rims.

Are there hazardous disadvantages or risks of using higher than specified tires/rims?

It’s been a painful sight seeing my sister go through this task alone.

She married this guy in 2009 after he impregnated her. Immediately after she gave birth that same year, it’s been one fight or the other. Eventually in 2011 or thereabout, they separated and my sister had to be the only one catering for her baby girl from her small business since then.

Eventually in 2015, he came back manipulated her and rented an apartment where they were staying again. By 2016, she gave birth to another baby boy. In 2017 again, he gave a flimsy excuse and ran away again, living my sister to cater to cater for the two kids. No form of assistance whatsoever. He never cared to ask about their well-being talk more contributing anything to the family.

His families don’t have anything to offer as well. They only give the kids 500 whenever they go their house during any festive periods. My sister has been the only one catering for house rents, school fees and upkeep of the 2 kids.

For the past one month, one of the kids, the boy, has been terribly sick, and we been spending on him, the situation hasn’t really changed. Now my sister went to the guys family house and they have nothing to offer other than herbal concoction. You can imagine.

This is so painful and I hate that my sister has been the only one going through all these alone. For over 13 years now, she’s majorly the one catering for these kids, and this devil have nothing to offer whatsoever.

So please if you have any human right lawyer that’s based in Ibadan or any human right organizations or government agencies that we can take this matter to, please do recommend. Also, suggestions are highly welcome.

Don't flush anything. The Mobil 2000 5w 30 is semi synthetic. You will need to change oil every 2000-3000miles. The difference in price is just about N1000

Before switching to synthetic, please make sure your engine does not have sludge oo.

Make you go knock your engine.
You will know by either removing the valve cover and inspecting the camshaft area or removing the sump and inspecting the context and your oil pick up tube.

Thanks , my mechanic cleared the sludge the last time the car was serviced over a month ago.However, will still ask him to do same and check the areas you mentioned above.

There is no proof of such, it has not been established that a mosquito is capable of transferring HIV from an infected person.

1.4m in January it was a distress sale anyway,I have been using Mobil Super 1000 XHP 20W-50 and I service at every 3,000km interval. Engine and Gear is top notch, no issue so far.

Must have been one of the lucky few that bought Nigeria used of this car, even though the mileage was high as at the time the Car was bought (January) the car still perform well on E-hailing platform as I speak, gave it out, it is the 03 Model, safe for few parts I changed then like shaft, worked on the hub, absorber and stabilizer linkage, no issue aside the routine maintenance, but the Oil I am using is eating deep into my pocket. I am thinking of changing my Oil, I change Oil every 3,000 Km.

I doubt if you can balance the two, both requires attention especially if you must graduate with good grade and at the sametime the car owner wants ROI without any excuse. I regret given out my car to a young man here on this platform whom I later discovered was a student looking for money to return to school, I could almost not recognize my car after 2weeks worst case always given excuse why he could not deliver, had to forcefully retrieve my car and the rest is history. Yours might be different though but for me,I sure know where to draw the line. Goodluck bro.
