SimonAndal: _That confirm my suspicion, now i understand you better |
SimonAndal: _You started the Google gay campaign thread, right? sorry to ask, are you gay?. I just want to understand you better |
@ OP, I checked out your comment on https://www.nairaland.com/979953/lesbian-prostitution-becoming-new-trend You do not believe in marriage because you are Lesbian (and since naija law is against you) you tort marriage should be abolish?. To your question: Yap, i still seriously believe in marriage |
Dpeacemaker101: This should be a news now, that is the reason they are called the opposition. If they are genuine, how come people still vote PDP into power in every election and some of their members keep crossing over to PDP every month. If the PDP are not performing or not in power, we would have suffered serious break down and maybe by now,Nigeria would have been divided . The aspirants of these opposition parties are not capable and can NEVER rule us, cause they are tribalistic and corrupt to be in power. Am very happy that Nigerians know what is best for them. Opposition can go hug transformer, cause they will NEVER rule us.PDP still remains the ruling party. What will you say about the election in Edo? |
Eziachi: Yes there was primary that produced Jonathan but like I said you seem to have a very little inclination about democracy. Election or primary doesn't determines a true democracy, you can hardly called the process that produced Jonathan within the PDP and other parties as a true democratic process? It was a simple cash and carry process, where often the incubent person holds both the yam and the knife.Well said. A true reflection of a democratic party is seen in her regard for democratic institutions where the masses have their way not I don't give a damn stance we keep seeing in GEJ administration and by the way the opposition are not really better just that they are the closest alternatives to what we currently have |
Billyonaire: Meanwhile, PDP remains the only truely Democratic Part in Nigeria. The facts are there to see. ACN is run by Tinubu and Tinubu alone, he anoints candidates for office, The board of trustees in ACN has no voice, the only loud voice is Tinubu. CPC is also regional party set up by Buhari for the sole aim of contesting for Presidency, its that same reason that he solely annoints himself and contest for Presidency every 4 years and may continue to do so until he is disgraced to retire like his colleague IBB. APGA is also regional, they clearly call themselves Igbo party, an attempt by a Northerner to convene a meeting of trustees met a parallel meeting in Ojukwu's compound with Gov Obi and Ojukwu's wife running things. What party again oh....hen en...ANPP, this was a major opposition in the early days of democracy, it was sort of national until greed tear them apart seeing most of the members swimming into PDP and some in limbo. So, PDP remains the only national democratic party with nominations openly done at Eagles Square. PDP leads, others follow. If PDP fails, Nigeria will actually shake. I cant trust Nigeria in the hands of Tinubu's regional party or Buhari's regional Party. They both are entrenched in regional jingoism. There you go again, who is talking of regional or no regional? must you talk sh.iit everyday . PDP is a party of thieves, farucrocks, nepotism, favoritism and what more can I say. |
Chai, mukina go make me laf die with dis her nnkanbe story ooo ![]() |
nagoma: If I remember well it was not GEJ who instituted the policy of returning unspent budget. It was his predecessor and Professor Grange - a minister of health lost her job to this policy . Correct me if I am wrong. You are very correct sir! Uzoma51: Gej should really sit up, we are running out of patience.when Patience just made P/S in Bayelsa, make your patience dey run dey go now. My own patience don complete the race and it beat Bolt's record
Abeg help me ask laptop 031.....sorry Mandelaguy
Wetin dat guy do you , he is not that low in ranking now. I guess he should be between Lappy 7- Lappy 10 |
Billyonaire: Are you okay ? If what guarantees do I have that you wont sell out my Business Plan. paste a link of your draft non-disclosure agreement make we seeI no believe me and you go ever gree on NL, that Businessfool is a mumu |
Billyonaire: GEJ is known known for arrogance and high-bullheadedness. He is not like OBJI hope somebody did not just hijacked your password, so you consider arrogance and high-bullheadedness as good qualities for a democratically elected president? |
Nigeria's Problem Jona say na Opposition, Opposition say na Jona. IMO, It is Nigerians that is troubling Nigeria ![]() |
Mandelaguy: Ministries have this habit of not implementing budgets,GEJ came with the policy of returning any unaccounted cash, that still does not solve the problem. I think a more radical approach will be taken by the president to tackle this lousy way of doing things because some of these non implementation processes keep dragging us backwards and slowing the developmental process. Like it is said, every failure always gets ascribed to the head. What of the successes? This forum has not been totall fair, even most Nigerians. When something comes out positive,GEJ does not get the deserved credit, when it comes out negative,he gets the stick.....hmmmmmm....I am happy the house has recognised that governance is a collective effort and whatever must have galvanised hem into action bodes well for Nigeria and will Make life easier for the presidency. What success? |
Bawss1: In other words GEJ gives a damn now because his job is at stake?I guess so |
Three leading opposition parties on Thursday faulted President Goodluck Jonathan’s claim that democracy would have collapsed in the country without the ruling People’s Democratic Party. The All Nigeria Peoples Party, the Action Congress of Nigeria and the Congress for Progressive Change said contrary to Jonathan’s claim, the PDP was the problem of democracy in the country. The President, had at the PDP 60th National Executive Council meeting in Abuja on Tuesday said, “People, who want to drown us know that without the PDP, probably, the Republic would have collapsed.” Responding to the claim, the ANPP said the President was not saying the truth. Rather, it said the PDP had destroyed democracy in the country. Speaking in a telephone interview with one of our correspondents, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Chief Emma Eneukwu, said it was Nigerians who had been keeping vigil not to enable the PDP to destroy the nation’s democracy. He said the PDP-led Federal Government had hijacked the Independent National Electoral Commission and therefore could boast that without the ruling party, democracy would become a thing of the past in the country. He said, “The President was saying the opposite. He was not sincere with his comments. “He knows that his political party is the problem of Nigeria and also aware that Nigerians now reject it and its candidates during elections.” The ACN National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, in a statement, said the PDP was suffering from “delusion of grandeur.” He said the PDP was the main problem hindering the growth of democracy in Nigeria because of its anti-democratic “antics, election manipulation tendencies and lack of respect for the rule of law.” Mohammed said, “Mr. President, the reason Nigeria’s democracy has survived thus far is not the robustness of the PDP, as you have said, but the determination and courage of the good people of Nigeria, who have resolved to say ‘never again’ to anti-democratic forces, as well as the robust opposition mounted by a few progressive forces. “Were it left for the PDP, this democracy as we know it, would have become history.” The National Chairman, of the ACN, Chief Bisi Akande, described Jonathan’s claim as a fraudulent joke. Akande said it was evident that the opposition in the country had better knowledge of the governance than the PDP. Speaking through his media aide, Mr. Lani Baderinwa, Akande said large scale insecurity, poverty, corruption and inefficient administration had become the hallmark of the PDP governance. Also, the National Publicity Secretary of the Congress for Progressive Change, Mr. Rotimi Fashakin, in a telephone interview with one of our correspondents, said the PDP was cause of tension in the country. He stated, “The PDP’s devious politics is the cause of the stress and threat to the nation’s democracy. “Can you imagine that a party that ruled Edo State for 10 years without tarring one kilometre of road was expecting to use the usual ‘brutal’ force to hijack victory from a governor that had done more in four years than all its years of governance of the state?” The Convener of Coalition of Northern Politicians, Academics, Professionals and Businessmen, Dr. Junaid Mohammed, also faulted the President. Mohammed, who is also the National Chairman of Peoples Salvation Party said, “We have people who know next to nothing about governance in power. “If you fail to recognise the contribution of these groups, then you are not practising democracy. “Anybody or any party who tries to even pretend that it can go it alone in governing a country of this complexity will lead us to very serious national crisis.” Source:www.punchng.com/news/pdp-is-nigerias-problem-opposition-parties-tell-jonathan/ |
bayooooooo: GEJ's government is down already.Thats true, he that is down shouldnt fear a fall |
Clerverly: I thought he has already been impeached Mtcheeew. But come oo, how do these our honourables want to cater for Beaf and his gang of 40 Man-Laptops if they carry out their threat?[b]No be sometin dem dey chop before this appointment, beaf will simply return to his ogogoro business @OP, I think those Reps are just yarning dust and cant do nada, no b rogue dem dem be, small time now ghana-must-go wil b distributed and dat is the end of story as a matter of fact, i dont see a president of naija being sacked by court or impeached (atleast in the nearest 20 yrs, if naija still exist) |
wadoski: Would you have the road remain in its previous poor state than it being named after her after renovation? No, your point sir? |
Mandelaguy: I get surprised at how daft people can be,and worse still, they show the whole world. Bringing up these stupid posts tells a lot more than our eyes meet. Someone came up with 40 laptops postulation and people are peddling it on nairaland, now let us keep sentiments aside, since the accusers are on opposite camps with the accused, and they are sure of 40 laptops(very funny), NL should wake up and know who actually has this paid agents. I have refused to talk about this, but in my usual nature I cannot just keep quiet and watch people make fools of themselves or make some of us look like fools. I have been called names, and some people have even gone the extent of posting links to my registration date and even linking me to people I do nt know simply because I have a voice that must be heard as if anyone has monopoly on speaking, typing and posting. They act as if they were not once new on this forum,as if after my registration date people have stopped joining nairaland. They tried that angle and failed, now they are working the 40 laptops angle. I have seriously pondered on why they are desperately hiding the fact that they are the owners of the 40 laptops, because simple common sense should tell us that they are trying to block the truth from surfacing. When you chop fufu, your body go dey do you fufuffffffu |
The last time you came, I prayed that you would come back to complete the unfinished business. As my chief was praying, he added in his prayers that God and the ancestors should provide you the wherewithal to carry on with your infrastructural development and do more. We look forward to seeing you more and more around here. I thank you very much for the promises you made as regards Bini kingdom. Allah dey, God be with you,” an obviously happy Oba told Oshiomhole. Your Majesty, I thank God for the answered prayers but why you no gree give GEJ dis kin attention now?, Ok, i remember, the gods kept you busy in the inner chambers, what a wisdom ![]() |
The Bini monarch, Omo N’Oba Nedo, Oba Erediauwa, yesterday publicly revealed how he prayed for the re-election of Governor Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, who got a second term last Saturday. The monarch urged him to complete the developmental work he has started across the state.Source: www.sunnewsonline.com/article/i-secretly-prayed-oshiomhole%E2%80%99s-victory-%E2%80%93-oba-benin |
dedeike: The transformation agenda is on course. Reforms are ongoing in every sector.Laptop No 15, why do you like writing long epistles only to prove nothing?. How does all your fable validate GEJ claim that opposition is trying to destroy is Governement? |
Ans= Both OP, if beaf and the 40 laptop squard catch u, my hand no dey o ![]() |
AjanleKoko: Enough of all this 'Naija sense' native intelligence methods. And we now left to suffer for our actions and inactions. |
wadoski: Gordon Brown. The heat has somehow cooled since Brown left and am very sure u know what happened b4 he left. What have u got to say about the missiles flying back and front bw Romney and Obama? To criticise a Governemnt policy is a norm |
I think dey only do that in poly,my unilorin no do dat kin nonsense o |
uzomagic: The pains will translate into benefits for us all in due course. The challenge may seem daunting but we as a people are more than capable of prevailing over the challenges and limitations ofHow soon? next month, next year, when ? |
floriana: The poorest and most uneducated of Nigerians will do better than dumbo Jonathan if given the enormous resources and goodwill (expired or expended) at GEJ's disposal. It is to the eternal shame of retardeen that any poor man has to work to fuel generators in an oil producing nation.Thought provoking!! |
Zikkyy: Lol. It's not a Nigeria thing. In any society where you have opposition, that's what they do; attempt to bring down the ruling government. It's normal, so there's no cause for alarm.
Ruling party is another thing, GEJ alleged opposition wants to bring down the Federal Government. Yesterday, he was reported saying BH is making him unproductive. Can we then conclude that BH is the Opposition (Just wondering) |
OYINBOGOJU: You and your cabals including all PDP are going down Mr. President. Truth |
PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan, on Tuesday, told chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that opposition parties have continued to run down the Federal Government and the ruling party. Why does this man keep looking for irrelevant excuses? he alerted the party members to the efforts of opposition parties to drown the PDP Like ACN did in Edo State? He assured that from the observed trend in recent weeks, the Boko Haram insurgency would soon be a thing of the past. We are tired of hearing this same story, whatever became of the June deadline The party also passed a vote of confidence on the National Working Committee (NWC) led by Dr Bamanga Tukur. Na una sabi |
