Good morning all.

How come it didn't make news that 8 days ago, @oluremitinubu moved a motion in the @NGRSenate for #EndSARS ?

It's such an interesting thing that Tinubu's wife was actually interested in #EndSARS and 8 days before protests erupts

She saw it coming, so she played the fast card. This does not exonerate her husband's agberoism

lol.....justice koor...jaundice ni....shameless bigoted cowards who can't stomach the fact that this protest had nothing to do with geopolitical zone.

...and if you must bring in your bigotted tribal nonsense, runtown, an igbo man, organized the protests, falz supported it....psquare, mr macaroni came in as well.

There were protests in Ogbomosho just as there was in Aba

Ughelli, Edo, Imo, Awka, Oyo all protested.

Who is the fool Lipcomb that created this thread? He has an ulterior motive and I can see he is sycophant.

There was #ENDSARS protests in Anambra and Abia state but he chose not to see it. Runtown that insisted on this protest even when other celebrities backed out, is not Yoruba .

There are so many Igbos that protested alongside Yorubas and people from other ethnic group. I thought this protest will mark the beginning of Nigerian youths working together to figure out way forward for this country.

You hate Igbo and fight all over social media for them to be part of the country. I don't understand. Very negative thread!

there was no protest in Enugu, Onitsha and Kaduna

the ones in Akwa, Owerri and Aba wasn't relevant (I doubt if it lasted for 20 minutes) the ones in jos only had like 5 protesters (is that one a protest?)

Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Benin, Ogbomosho, Ughelli, Abeokuta, Osogbo, Ijebu Ode were the hotspot of the protest.

take this otondo.... so the protesters in Lagos were ONLY YORUBAS? Who actually organized the Thursday protest? Oduduwa would be blushing at your level of dumb revisionism

Let me firstly appreciate our amiable president Muhammadu Buhari for his consistency for the peace and unity of Nigeria. Buhari is a listener leader .

We are all know how this SARS are killing Nigerians both Yahoo Yahoo or innocent people, this is not excluded any tribe in Nigeria whether Yoruba EDo Hausa Igbo once you are a victim of this people you will blame yourself that day.

We heard that Sars killed people in South south and protests Started in Lagos spreading to other states in the southwest. In fact the protests was led to sudden death of Mr jimoh in ogbomosho may his soul rest in peace.

However I was shocked to hear that our brother from southeast said they are less concerned of killing a Young man that led to a protest across the southwest and south south. This people will say south south are their brothers but yet you can't speak for them.

Even despite that southeast not join the protest the voice of southwest and south south have been heard again. The protests was took place in many countries .

This is another evidence that Yoruba control media and of course Yoruba hold the heart of this country. No wonder some prominent are begging and sponsoring different groups against those who ask for Oduduwa republic,Because they believe that it could be lead to disintegration if intellectual support it.

I want my southeast brothers understand that envy and hatred can't stop southwest people God has placed this people ahead of you accept that .

Let us always work for the collective of our country we are African we are black we are Nigerians.
God bless president Buhari
God bless the federal republic of Nigeria.

The most self defeating yorubacentric thread ever.... you stink of inferiority complex..... read the news properly and objectively, you won't....lol....sorry o...

Family / Re: Between Your Mum And Dad,which Is Your Favourite? by superlightning: 10:02am On Oct 07, 2020
Christthesaviour:
good day nlanders ,I know this may be a strange
question to some but I know that there is a difference
between your mum & dad,yes there is.
and l know every child has his favorite between the two.
my own favorite is my mum for the following;
1)my mum is sacrificial, she is willing to give all she has for the betterment of her children, she is willing to
endure any problem than to leave her children alone
to suffer .unlike many women who left their home go the detriment of their children because of marital issues with their husbands.
2) my mum is more jovial, understanding fun to be with, unlike my dad who is so strict.she is too concerned
about my wellbeing,I can remember when things were so bad that I could not go to school .my mum did all she could, but I eventually dropped out of school but she tried her best .
3)she is a problem solver, when ever we are confronted with problems, while my dad was remain still or run here and there.my mum,as a visioneer plan pray and prepare ,she is the way opener for all the the
good things in my life.
4)she is more concerned about my wellbeing than anything else, she prays for me and always advices me to be a good husband to my wife when I get married and assure me that she will be a good mother in-law to my wife.

words are not enough
but we all think differently
who is your favorite parent?
who influenced you the most?
who is the dearest?
please share your views.

I love both but honestly, my dad made a lasting impact in my life....My dad made me tough and secure, i owe my resilience to him.

At that time I didn't care whether there are female Doctors or not... When life is a priority, every other thing remains inconsequential... It would surprise you to know that white people don't really give a hoot about private parts, so long as you're not handling them lustfully or trying to gain access without consent.

the most sensible comment I have read so far.....don't mind them my brother. A professional doctor is a professional whether male or female....Doctors have ethics that guides them in carrying out their duties....the best are usually the experienced ones.

but if for any reason one doesn't want a doctor of the opposite gender, then it can be arranged.

Women have many "private" parts that are considered erogenous -

Laps, butts, chest, breasts, armpit, hips, stomach, trunk sides....so it's not all about the vulva or vagina....

Which private school? they have stepped up o...a diploma in education or an NCE is needed now cos it's getting competitive, unless you want to teach in unaccredited schools that subject the teachers to slavery and they subject to closure by government at any time.

The way some of you talk about this disintegration really baffles me sometimes. If you are destined to be poorer than a church rat, you will still be, even if the country breaks into 1 billion units.

Despite the noise ipob make all over the social media, so many Nigerians and families are still getting the best of lives within Nigeria, and legitimately. And this cuts across all sections of the country, Hausa Yoruba igbos and other tribes. So stop typing as if "Nigeria" is responsible for your failure.

Don't go in search of what to make life meaningful to yourselves, remain on social media and keep making noise with the hope that if/when the country disintegrates, you become richer than Mark Zuckerberg within 2 weeks. undecided

Note, personally, I really wish your prayers come true so I can see what exactly it is your country will be after all this noise. Hopefully, you typed this from "your proposed country" land. If not, you should just be ready to relocate, otherwise, resident permit becomes necessary on you when your prayers are answered.

Most of you are missing the point here...She has been supporting him financially, but the man in question isn't making any moves to better their situation.I think men get too comfortable when they know their wife is hardworking. They relax and let her become the man.Trust me it can be exhausting.Fact is this, any one can go down in life. The important thing is to try all you can not to stay down. That lack of effort is what makes a woman fed up.

I worked as a Matrimonial causes Mediator and I have seen so many cases like op's.He is depressed,he is sad..Yes!But will his family eat sadness?I believe God gave men one job..Provide for your family!A woman is already saddled with the rigours of childbearing, house chores and taking care of the home front. What the op wants to see is a little effort and reassurance that her man is making moves to get their lives back on track.

What woman will be happy taking her family to live with her aunty? Come on.. You all should stop saying a woman will announce it when she feeds a man for two days..Yes, it's not a woman's duty to provide. We only make money to support our men.

A man who lost his job should know that he needs to find something to do to at least get his family a new apartment. If her aunty kicks them out, what next? They will go get a space under Ikeja bridge then.

Mediator or not, there are holes in your defensiveness for the woman.

Yes....a man is also human. He could get reeeally depressed such that it would take a powerful motivation to rejig his morale. depression isn't a slap in the wrist. Support him not just by providing but also by boosting his self confidence.

What I am regretting in my life now is time I wasted in the university. My wife graduated in 2015, she is now learning tailoring because she couldn't get a job too.

It's neither your fault not your wife's fault. Regretting your University can only be acceptable if you didn't truly study for it.

Any ACCREDITED course you study in the university is useful. It's what you do with it that matters.

Btw, your purpose of going to school should not be primarily for money making, but for self development eg, dangote is richer than the world's richest doctor, but he is just an ND holder and the doctor is probably a specialist in his field. As a graduate, your chances of employability are high coupled with your personality and connection.

Entrepreneurship is a different path altogether.
