It is normal to get BVL before decision. Sometimes they come almost simultaneously.

Note that the time between the BVL and the final decision has no correlation with approval or refusal.
Thanks for your reply. I appreciate.

Hello all, I am a Canada PR holder and I applied for a visitors visa for my sister on 25 of July 2019. Today she got a letter titled “ validity of your biometric” which explains that her biometric is valid till 2029. Note that she did her biometric since she submitted her application.
I just want to know what the letter means. Is it sent to people whose visa’s are denied too? Please enlighten me on this. Thank you

You can't eat your cake and have it. You can't be breastfeeding and wants fertility. If you desire to serve lactation to your baby then the use of any prolactin inhibitor such as Carbegoline is a contraindication. You really have to stop breastfeeding before thinking of using Cabergoline, else using the drug is to no effect since in one hand you are provoking the prolactin spurt by breast or nipple expression.
Thank you for your reply. The main reason for wanting to take the medication is because I have symptoms like severe headaches and it’s affecting my monthly flow too but majorly for the headaches which are always serious most time and not for fertility Per se.
I appreciate your response. I won’t use until I stop breastfeeding. Thank you so much.

Hello doctors in the house, I am a breastfeeding mum. I have high prolactin which I had before I got pregnant with my child and I was put on Carbagoline. Now, I was having the symptoms and I met with my doctor who ask me to run a test which I did. From the test, my prolactin is still high. My question now is can I use carbagoline while breastfeeding because I am scared it might affect my baby. I spoke with my doctor on this and he said there is nothing stating it can be use or not. Please doctors, is it advisable or should I wait till I stop breastfeeding?

hmmmm.
I used to have asthma.
I used it and didn't have any of the symptoms listed or so I thought.

But some 4months after using I started having strange skin issues.
A woman I met said I should stop peanut that I was allergic to it and all its products even oil.

I doubt that was fenugrek.
I really do not know much about Fenugreek but i know i have heard mothers here suggest it and some use it so when i saw the write up about it, i just decided to share.
Other mamas wgi have used it and who jnows morr about it can always share there opinion on it.

Good evening mama's. Please I need your help, DS fell down on Sunday, and cried a lot. Afterwards I noticed his head was warm I gave him Panda para syrup. @night I bath him and wore him his sleepsuit (pino-pino) noticed he was restless, he suddenly became clingy and was just crying always carrying his legs up, I managed to put him to sleep which he woke serverally, by morning wen i wanted to bath him I saw red dots all over his 2palms and sole of his feet, and it was scratching him. By evening some of the rashes got bigger and had blisters, haven't seen these b4, no new food, I can't just place my hands on wat coukd cos these kind of rashes.went to hospital they gave me a drug and cream, and no visible change. Really don't know wat else I can do, some are coming to his hands. Please who know what dis is, abeg no waka pass
I will advice you see a paed (if you saw a normal doctor earlier. Before then, please use google to search for when to take a baby to the hospital when they fall. My baby has fallen b4 and i had to take note of all the things to look out for like vomiting, stuff around the ear, sleepy, crying for too long etc
Pls since your baby cried for so long ( my baby never did as he started playing almost immediately) and you noticed all those rashes after the fall(which might be due to the fall or not), i will advice you see a paed immediately.

I saw a post once on IG that it isnt wrong for breastfed babies to take multivitamin (abidec and co)
Cause BM doesn't contain vitamin D, which they can get from multivitamin
You are right madam, breastmilk does not contain vitamin D but you dont need to give baby abidec and co. Right from the hospital, we were given vitamin D drop to put in baby's mouth( 2 drops) per day for babies on exclusive and one drop per day for babies on formula. My son is 9 months now and i asked his doctor on his last appointment last week if i can still use vitamin D for him and he said i should only use it if he is on breastmilk only. Which means babies on exclusive breast feeding should get 2 drops og vitamin D everyday.

Thanks sis. If I put it on rat gum will they perceive it and eat cos the only thing worse than rats in the house are dead smelly rats that you can't find

You can try it. It might work for small rats as big rats usually jump the gum or escape after been caught.

Lol. Indocid. cheesy My sister, rats have upgraded o. Rats these days perceive when there's poison in food and would not go near it o, except the ones wey never sabi life grin

Indocid and other killer Meds became so popular that rats in my house back then would never go near it, na just waste of time. Mostly it was the rat gum that worked for me before fake ones entered market. Rats would then enter inside the gum and sashay out grin grin
Finally we fumigated and had rest of mind, even with mosquitoes and other rodents.
Lol@ rats have upgraded. That was why i said she should make sure there is no food elsewer. The rats in my sis house did not eat until somedays later when there was no where to find food so they ended up eating it. Ever since then, the house has been rat free.

I'm sorry to bring this here as it not about babies but in at my wits end and I'm about to be sent packing out of my house by rats! Are there any drugs/leaves/anything that acts as a rat repeller? Please help me with suggestions o. I have tried gums and powder but the respite is only for about one week and they are back. We have plugged all holes imaginable. This is getting unbearable. Just got back from church now and saw rat droppings on my cooker. How can I eliminate thilese things permanently? @queensnow is there any agbo that has the power to do this? Make una help me with suggestions abeg. Thank you. Good afternoon and happy sunday to you all.
Boil titus fish and mix with indocid ( abi how them dey spell am) and put in all corners of the house. Make sure you dont have food in your dustbin that they can eat and also make sure there is no food any where they can eat. Even if it takes a week they will surely eat when there is nothing else to eat. They will all die. My sis did this when she had rat issue and there was no one left.

Thanks but did the puree replace cow milk? i.e. babies were on breast milk and puree alone. Sorry for the plenty questions

Babies were on breastmilk, puree and some were on formula too. But make breast milk the main food.

Mamas that LOs BCG's site didn't swell after 6 weeks. Please what did you do and when did you act?

Also heard that in the abroad LOs are encouraged to start taking puree at 4 months. Anyone try this before?
I live abroad and we are encouraged to do exclusive for 6 months although i know some people who started giving purees at 4months cos they felt baby was ready(good head control, can decline food when satisfied, can sit upright etc) and not satisfied with only breast milk but all in all exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months it is.

Yes Na I did same with my son, cos we don't barb till age one.
His hair was tough to comb that it was his dad that suggested I plait it instead of the pains he goes through each time i try to comb it.

This is a picture I could find had others where he had neat weaving.

Queensnow pele, I can feel your frustration through the internet sef you are a FANTASTIC mother inugo? You've done a great job so far, if nobody praises you, praise yourself. The fact that you come here to find and suggest good recipes for babies to eat sef is not small effort. Comman take big hug grin grin grin

You're doing your best, just keep trying, anything you see that he likes give him consistently and try and sneak nutritious food into it. 7 to 8 spoons is ok, increase frequency of feeding to maybe 2 hourly. If he likes to feed himself give him chunks of apple/banana/carrots (steamed) to hold and be chewing. Even if he eats half and throws it away at least something has entered his stomach

Let hubs sef try and feed him, its easy to talk when you're not the one dealing with the drama. On the other hand, the boy may collect the food better from a different person. The day I got to my son's creche and they were feeding him I almost fainted. He sat gently opposite his nanny and was opening his mouth like a responsible citizen of Nigeria, no need for bib, no standing up, no running about, no kicking the plate sef meanwhile at home I hold him on my lap, hold one hand and tuck the other one under my armpit before we can eat
Lol." Responsible citizen of Nigeria"got me laughing real hard.

@queensnow, sorry about that. I guess your hubby is not just happy your ds isnt eating and over reacted. Pele.
Please dont force feed, with time he will eat. Atleast your son still take up to 5-8 spoon. My 7months does not take ordinary one except i trick him. I had to go and report him to his doctor last week and the old man told me there is nothing i can do and did not seem bothered. I was angry ehn.
Just calm down and everything will be fine.

It happened to me too, my GMIL turned my baby upside down and I warned her immediately not to ever do that again. She told me if I want to do anything for my own baby, I should carry her along because he is the one that gave birth to his father (my husband). She is my husband grandmother oo. I don't always want her to carry my baby because anytime she does, she shake him anyhow, throw him up after each bath etc. Right now, I don't know how to ask my husband when is she going because I am tired of her. And I was the one that forced my husband to allow her to come oo... How I wish...
Since she does not listen to u, i think your husband is in the best position to tell her. You should explain the implications to your husband and he will know how to explain to her. I know how it feels like when someone is handling your baby the way you dont like. It is well
