Presonally, I use a bb but not for the bbm, I have 2 contacts(a dude that forced me to add him, over a month now and I have never said a word to him and my self). its for the internet connection and the data plan.. If mtn had reduced their data to just over 1GB like other networks, I would have left the bb a long time ago!

Nexus 10 looks like it has better specs than the Ipad mini, and the price is also awesome but the absence of 3G & 4G LTE is going to be a deal breaker for most people..I'd still take Nexus 10 over Ipad mini though, apple products are not just IT for me, don't like it when i can't make fully use of my stuff

specialguest: For me bb torch 9800 still rocks. My 9800 is almost 3 years old and apart from the usual battery issues associated with blackberry phones its almost faultless. I got a new bold 5 sometime in march this year and i cant list the countless problems i have experienced with the phone especially if i use my mtn sim on it. Funny thing is i now use my 2 blackberry phones at the same time just incase one goes off i make do with the other..

Dondav: I think you should just save yourself from this crowd mentality thing about Bold 5, and get yourself a brand new bold 6.

It's cheaper and has eventually everything Bold 5 has. And it happens to be latest with a smaller body shape. I am currently using it to type this.

I've been using it for 3 months now and I updated the software myself, from 7.0 to 7.1 latest firmware released in september. Now, the battery lasts longer and never heats up like the current brand new 7.0 firmware Blackberrys.

you were wrong about having eventually everything a bold 9900 has sir, bold 9900 has a better processor, a better ppi, a better keyboard and a bigger screen..and for the firmware, she can as well upgrade to OS7.1 too..All in all, bold 9900 is better than bold 9790

It does man, my friend bought his own and two weeks later it bricked..he then returned it cos it had a year warranty and they gave him a another one which bricked the upper week..Then they gave him another one which he's still using till now, he has used it for over ten months now though

The note 2 has a better RAM, larger screen and a much better battery than the s3. The s3 on the other hand has a better pixel density(306ppi) compared to note 2's 267ppi so it means u'll get a sharper display with the s3. All in all, the note 2 is a better smartphone. But personally, i prefer the s3. The note 2 is just too big 4 a phone jare.

On point sir..The PPI on Note II's poor, still wondering how sharp the display of the new HTC J Butterfly would look like since the PPI is going to be a massive 440 ppi..large screen or not, i'd still take note II anyday anytime over galaxy SIII..The S pen on note II is on point

The bb I'm using now, I bought from slot in Abuja and after a month the phone had ear piece issues, I managed it for 2 more months because of time and decided to take it back to them( my mistake) and they told me their warranty is only for one month, I had to pay 4k to fix and after that I swore never to buy any bb from slot.

Yeah, my friend just told me the same thing this morning..A month warranty is as good as nothing naa..but ask around there sha, there will be better stores that sell brand new phones with better warranty
