Don't sugar coat things man. If you are in touch with current events you would have learned that the Turkish economy is struggling at the moment with no ease in sight. However unemployment is high at last I checked 14%...

I will personally advice op to choose Dubai for obvious reasons.
Unemployment figures obviously don't pertain to him since he finds his work on the web which is not location restricted.
All he needs is a nice base to work from in order to enjoy a better standard of living.
Dubai is quite expensive as explained above and far more discriminating.
OP would be wise to choose Turkey. He can visit Dubai on vacation.

Thank you for your answer. In a situation where the HR does not provide reference letters for interns, what can I do? My former supervisor is willing to provide a reference letter for me but without the company's letterhead because only the HR can provide that. Should I go ahead and ask him to provide his reference while I provide LOE stating why we couldn't use the company's letterhead. Also, I don't think I'll be able to get pay stubs or bank statements showing that I was paid because the account is dormant.

Edited: Will the addition of my offer letter be enough to validate this experience?
In this situation, then yes an offer letter would be a useful supporting document. Yes in cases where the company won't provide reference, a supervisor can do so on a non-letterheaded paper. Most people like to get these notarized. If you can add his business card, that would help as well. If the account is dormant. Reviving it would be advisable. Anything that helps should be attempted.

So, I used the search option in NL and searched for instances where people used SIWES to claim points. The search results allayed my fears and boosted my morale. By including my SIWES experience, my CRS points would be 478. Considering the way the draw is going, I'm left with no choice but to include it.
Now, I have a question. My offer letter for my SIWES states that my job title is simply Intern . However, I worked with the Information management team of my company and developed Microsoft Office Sharepoint websites. This was literally my major duty there.

What is the NOC that best fits this position/job duty? I'm thinking of using 2175 Web designers and developers but my only concern is that my job title does not specifically describe my job duties. I've read previous posts/threads where people were advised to use the NOC that best describes their job duties and I also understand that the reference letter from my employer would explicitly state my duties. So, I would like to ask what you think about this concern of mine. Thanks
The job title doesn't matter. Even your offer letter doesn't matter. I never submitted mine cause it listed some job duties i "was expected" to do that didn't tally at all with my noc. The only thing that matters with job experience proof is that it is on a letter headed paper, signed by a manager or h.r, lists certain information like start and end date, but most importantly that it has your job duties which must tally (not word for word) with your chosen NOC.

So morale of the story is that job experience proof is very much within your control.

You're making excuse for foreign flood because you live there or because they are controlled by Whites who can do no wrong? is there any country where flood is not experienced? especially in a coastal area like Lagos? simply educating yourself will solve 99% of your problems, everything isn't about gathering like on Nairaland, read to learn and learn to read
Lol people like you are funny. There is something called spectrum. Life isn't black and white. It's not "flood" or "no flood".

How often does flooding occur?

What are the circumstances?

You can't just wake up and say it flooded in London once in the summer of 2019, therefore, London is no different from Lagos where it floods somewhere every time rain falls.

There's still a major difference in the above scenarios.

Thinking beyond shallow levels would solve 99% of your confusions.

This is over simplified and misleading. No legitimate Nigerian immigrant anywhere in the world will go back even with N25m in his account. Yes you can start a viable business with that money in Nigeria, but you can never put a price on peace of mind, security, a functioning fire service, good roads, stable water and electricity, safe food, clean air, good healthcare, access to loans, no need to bribe anyone...
The people you are preaching to have never lived in and experienced such a system so they can't even fathom the world of difference.
They live in ignorance. If only they knew better.
TravelRe: Hyginus Omeje Describes Taking photos at accident scenes worrisome by Suspectzero(m): 9:29pm On Oct 27, 2019
Lol some of you guys here are funny. Acting all saintly, talking about this and that should be banned.
Whenever you click on these threads you always clearly see it posted that its about an accident with people dead and that photos are also available.
Yet you carry your big head and open it then start complaining about "graphic Photos".
If you don't have the stomach for it then don't click it.
The people taking these photos are actually doing us a service. They are showing us the consequences of the serious lack of infrastructure we have in this country. Images are far more powerful than mere words. This is the age we live in (information age). Better get with it.
The owner of this website would never ban it because it gets his pages clicks (ad Dollars) when pictures are attached to these headlines.
You want to carry morality over business sense then go and start your own website that's perfectly pure and clean.
Most of you have no idea what it takes to run a Profitable and continually growing social media website yet you open your mouth and want to dictate.

Hey guys, I havent been available because i moved from my former city to Toronto, and the move was really stressful. I am taking a graduate degree at Ryerson University, my second degree here. I am not in the habit of defending myself about my facts. They are facts. Earlier in this thread i did post a few of my paystubs just to buttress the fact about my earnings. I set a target for myself for last year and i met it. I set one for this year, i couldn't meet it because my hours where cut drastically. I have set another for next year, and i will meet it. I will keep saying it, it is absolutely possible to make 100k on a so-called menial job, but like i said, you have to put in a lot of overtime and sometimes augment with a second job. This is a picture of my tax statement from 2018. Although, i have learnt now that you have to be smart about making money in Canada. Because of my earnings from last year, i wasn't approved for a student loan, so i am paying for my degree from my pocket. My sisters were both approved for loans and grants when they applied for school. My elder sister just got a grant of $10k, though she has 4 kids anyway. So when you earn, make sure you earn very well or try and stay below $42k a year if you plan on accessing some government benefits..
I'm guessing you are taking a second degree to buy you time so you can apply for express entry.

CrimeRe: 70-year-old Man Commits Suicide In Okigwe, Imo (Graphic Photos) by Suspectzero(m): 10:19pm On Oct 25, 2019
All these mumus in this thread that are too "clever" for their own good.
The man committed suicide (Left this world on his own terms)
He climbed that window from inside the uncompleted building and jumped off it.
His weight plus gravity would ensure his neck snapped instantly (so no struggling possible)
Since when did murderers start bothering to cover up their crimes to make it look like suicide in Nigeria?
That is not the M.O of a second rate murderer you'd find in Nigeria.
They'd sooner slashed you, dump your body and make their escape real quick.
Why would anyone waste time, risk being found, repositioning this man's body in broad daylight?
We all know Nigeria is a depressing country to exist in, so why is it so hard to fathom that in a country of 190 million, a few would idealize suicide as an escape route out of their misery?

Okay guys,

I am sorry I haven't updated this thread for a while. The whole of next week is Halloween break and so I am bit free to move around. The past two weeks has been so tough, many things I need to read up. I hardly leave my room. I cancelled every plan.

I would have traveled to Germany during this break but because we have exam November 5th and the class was very advanced that I only understood one topic until the man finished grin grin cheesy cheesy, I won't be going anywhere. I will stay and repeatedly read the entire course until I am ready for the exam and that is what I will be doing this coming week.

Surely, I will start going out tomorrow and so, I will get some pictures to spice up this thread again.
Correct. You know what your primary mission there is. To get your Post Grad degree with the highest grade possible. All else comes after.

When we don't respect ourselves, how will other races respect us?
This is the truth. Our countries are unadulterated shitholes which is why we run to foreign lands to begin with. How do you expect to be truly respected as a people? Racism is bad and its unfair on an individual level but if you understand humans then you would understand why the black man is looked down upon by every other race. Our civilization is embarrassing. And it's anything but civilized.

You always have to prove yourself as a black person abroad because your fellow black people home and abroad have tarnished your reputation to bits. It's the same way we all look down on the abokis and Hausas here in the Southwest. Everyone's reputation precedes them. You are no different.

You are right. Nigerians aren't happy. That's why the people are usually aggressive. No Customer service when you are purchasing Goods or service, the Workers are all disinterested and quietly frustrated. They can't put on a facade for decent Customer service because their lives are a mess thanks to the society they exist in.

Even the Rich have no Peace of mind. With their High fences and Gated Estates. They are surrounded by poor, envious and desperate people.
TravelRe: Before You Discourage Canada Hopefuls by Suspectzero(m): 10:28am On Oct 12, 2019
Don't worry, no need to justify the move. The hypocrites can the see the reasons all around them every day.

Have you noticed that the only people against moving are those that have no ability to move themselves?

Those that have hardly ever travelled anywhere outside of Africa so they want others to stay in with them and suffer because they have no hope.

The same ones that always talk about if i had 5 million i would put it into this and that business. That tells you they don't even have 5 million naira to speak of. But always talking about what they would do if they had money. Let them continue to mumu themselves for the next 40 years while the rest of us get on.

First, let me say a big thank you for your wishes and prayers since I first announced. I’m so overwhelmed as I type not just because of the happy shock of PPR but also because I never expected the outpouring of love. Thank you. I really appreciate you all.

Second, to those post-AOR awaiting PPR, please check your emails even as you read this script. Golden email can come at anytime like play. Only two nights ago I was so depressed at the thought of CIC, I ate only once, had a sleepless night, woke up yesterday expressing my frustration in group chats early morning until 9.05am and from nowhere, golden email came in at 9.06am. There is hope.
Thanks for posting this informed timeline. Gives me a better idea of what my ghost updates were also about. Because i also got one right after MEP/BIL in june and then another one 3 weeks later in early July (must have been transfer to Ottawa VO). Since then, last update in September said Criminality is still in progress, nothing else started. Hopefully i get my PPR before timeline deadline just like you. I'm under 30 days left now.

Anyway you've always sounded like a great, intelligent person on here. No doubt you'll be a credit to the Canadian society. Wish you the best.
