There's virtually no field that doesn't need the knowledge and works of engineers. In agriculture, we have agricultural engineers that helps with farm mechanization to improve farm yield. Imagine the banking industry today without E-banking and atm. You can also imagine modern medicine without technology. I can go on and on
I'm proud to be an engineer but then, i cannot rate engineering ahead of medicine here in Nigeria. In general, only baby doctors would say they don't need engineers

With advancements in BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING, common doctors will soon be relegated to nothing. Mark my words
