Why will they allow someone whose result is unknown to go home?

They should keep them isolated, when the results come in and they are negative, they can now send them back home, if positive, straight to quarantine.

Nothing works in this country. Even people with symptoms that are being sent away by hospitals is wrong!

Start small. From Security+ to Cysa+ to CEHv10 then CISM, finally CISSP. This is the best career path for cybersecurity. You can mix it with OSCP. Programming and networking wont make you focus on Cybersecurity.

I even feel the government is downplaying the situation. I work with a foreign company, its been 3days now that our company doctor has been calling NCDC that he has 2 suspected cases he kept on isolation and they are yet to come and take the patients.

My MD has been very angry and had to report to their embassy. His annoyance is that if NCDC is this slow to respond to cases, that means a lot of people must have been having this same treatment, so the numbers we are seeing are far below the actual people infected.

The plot is actually thickening right now.
Yesterday she was making calls at about 10pm in the night. Few minutes into the call wifey walked up to her and asked who she's been talking to for that long considering the time and duration of the call. She claimed she was trying to tell her caller to call back in the morning. So wifey got the phone from her to return it back in the morning.

i went to Portharcourt study center to make inquiry and was asked to pay 1000 for Remitta code and 3000 for processing of my form. I left there with the excuse of not having enough money on me, please, is this the right procedure?

2018 Application has begun and admission had started. The first semester 2018 will lapse till July. Depending on the study center, classes are conducted at study centers. For your maiden semester, prepare 75-80k. It depends on your number of courses though.
