All these pipu think Nigerians are stupid.
How can you "lead" what you don't believe in?

It's actually a normal sight in enlightened societies. I've been to a good few protests and I've always seen the police accompany the protesters. This actually keeps the disruptors & hijackers away

Woman, stop being smart by half. Thank goodness you confessed that he loved you but do you really love him back?, No, you don't. If you did, his life would be more important to you than the greed and allure of power. A man that stood by you when you had cancer, deserved much better than you treated him.

Thank God for what you have and appreciate your governor for that edifice

That edifice is akwa ibom.has little to no economic advantages, it's a religious building funded by the governor, no different to a governor from the north building a mega mosque.

This here in Lagos opens up more commercial activities in the entertainment and hospitalities industry

Won't they convert Katangua in the future to a residential area?

This development is not necessary, especially at this time. They're are only making things hard for some people.

We fail to understand that who God has blessed, no man can curse. Let's appreciate our individual differences and promote growth for all.

What has this got to do with anything other than the place is designated for residential and not major business hub/market.

Lol look at them

This is why you 9-5 job workers should stick to civil service and farming and let capitalists run the economy .

You people from that side are naturally not entrepreneurs . You have no idea how to run a business , how will you run a country ?

Stick to your salary Jobs, you say no
Stick to farming , you say no
Stick to your carpentry and artisanal businesses. , you no gree .

You say you must run the country. Say you dey sophisticated. But you think a country can grow under a socialist system of welfare benefits , and government patronage and control . A palliative economy while free enterprise suffers .

Instead of turning the country into a production. base , na to dey shook eye for other people money. Is that the best you can do ? I dont blame you tho. You cannot give what you don’t have .

But go and do your research, those countries that went the way of Karl Max and Lenin , where dem dey now ?

Nonsense what does capitalism have to do with FX and its use and abuse in Nigeria.

What exactly is the enterprise of the people "from that side" other than importing substandard goods, damaging local industry with the collusion of their foreign partners and other illicit activities!

We need dollars for importation since we are producing little or nothing and as long as dollar keep rising in this country because of its scarcity, goods and services will always be on the rise.

The dollars we are to use for importation and other viable economic activities have been bought up with looted funds from politicians and civil servants thus rendering our naira worthless.

We don't actually need large volumes of dollars for importation as you say , the vast majority of dollars and FX in Nigeria is used for consumption. Nigerians don't seem to want to bite the bullet.

We are not in a position to keep importing goods, all these so called entrepreneurs and CEOs but they are all lazy.

These same idiots keep accusing Dangote of monopoly yet no one of them is risking their wealth and betting on the country

A very dull move. Folks abroad already device means of meeting locals in need of forex over social media where they exchange at better rates. The banks and CBN staffers know better and are only saying what Oga-on-top needs or likes to hear.

People are indeed exchanging naira for dollar at a personal level but then the fear of fraud is the beginning of sense. There are already a fair few people looking at different legal issue because money obtained by fraud has been used to credit them in exchange for their naira.

Nnaaa mehn, I thought Tinubu is a master strategist, I never knew he is a trial and error strategist.

On this issue of dollars scarcity, stop corruption and looting by our politicians and civil servants and trust me we will have enough dollars in circulation.

When they loot in Naira, they use their loots and by up the dollars in circulation and store in either their bank accounts, or their vaults at homes or use it to buy properties abroad.

Most of these estates in high brow areas in Lagos and Abuja with tight securities have so many vaults stashed with dollars.

We don't need dollars in circulation, our currency is not the dollar.

What Cardoso is trying to do is exactly that to remove the need for the dollar and place FX within the CBN to be deployed through the official banking channels

Tinubu and Cardoso have made another HUGE mistake.

Fools are tightening the noose around banks receiving Forex inflow when there are LITERALLY tons of other ways to receive your money.

No one will use banks to receive money with their nonsense exchange rates when there are better options out there.

Cardoso is a prime example of an extremely inspired idiot.

Imagine creating more hurdles for receiving Forex when the country is already groaning about NOT receiving any Forex in the first place.

That's like pouring MORE water on a drowning man.

Tinubu has no idea what to do with Nigeria. He's too proud and too nepotistic to get people who can help him out of the mess he's created.

There is only one exchange rate now so the issue of black market aboki is out the window.
The only reasons anyone would use aboki to source FX is because of the ease and speed pf access but you then have to place that against exposure to fraud and other dangers.

That CBN dept relocation to SW isnt my headache as my opinion here wouldnt change a thing but then, If Ndume was a SE person, Low IQ individuals here would have started telling us how its every Yoruba guys dream to marry an Igbo girl

His royal highness of Lagos (that's a king) and his people are killing the south westerners no uproar or protest, then another only made a speech to protect his people after the south westerners attacked his people, he has been arrested ever since despite his people not retaliating.

Then the Lagos state govt also banned any title from the latter's tribe because of a speech while the former continues to kill the Governor's tribesmen without hinderance or resistance while flaunting their titles to the governor

HRH is different to HRM. Sarkin is no more than a Baale.

Fluterwaves should be ashamed of tbemselves

Oga if an unknown amount is credited into my account I'll be able to notify my bank rather than spend it.

This same thing had happened in UK a d Ireland most recently and the bank sent a letter to individuals who erroneously thought they had benefited from free money their accounts were essentially debited and if you close that account they can get bailiffs after you which is even worse
