In addition to what Op said, Committee was set up to investigate the activities of ONSA and how they have spent their annual allocation from 2007-2015. The $2.1 billion that is missing is what was looted from the office for the 8 years. You will notice it's chicken change when compared with the trillions given to ONSA from 2007-2015. If the 2.1 billion dollars was or is the total amount of misappropriated funds from 2007 till 2015, then why is Dasuki being held as the major culprit while his tenure started in 2012 and not in 2007?

Why can't the efcc investigate the tenure of Dasuki and hold him to account for any financial crime committed during his tenure rather than asking him to account for events that occurred before he was made NBA?
