akudinaobi:
One thing for sure is that. Any carreer hubbies who love their job and any socialite who love their lifestyle more than anyother their marriage are bound for the crash

When you have a full working class man or woman who all what he thinks is making money and being sucessfull therby neglecting the little affairs of the home ,at a point excuses will creeping to pave way for infedelity and co
Things must be balanced

Many marriages that broke down is being pushed to infidelity either from the man or from the woman ,but I classified it as too much of being busy deceiving yourself that its all about making money for the sucess of the family therby staying away from the home for a long period of time or days making your hubby to feel cheated

My advice is that to upcoming and already married couple
For the men
Don't stay too long away from you home, time management, don't do too much socialilizing like after work you must be with friends to take one or to shots ,don't be tempted just drive home
When you are married you are married ,don't keep bad friends who love to rock life
Let your abscent from home be regularized with time frame

For the women
No matter how busy you are always cook his meals or be the instructor of the cooking if you are tired, always do the domestic affairs, or you be the instructor but don't lazy around ,men hate lazy ladies at home
Always look neat and smart not too much and not too low ,you have to balance it
Time management is the key
Talk him to church activities or what ever you guys worship talk him into it

To be continue
Cool.

I know sweeti. I'm not saying that been depressed is something one can get over with. But I'm saying there are other ways to go about it. One shouldn't get depressed to the level that the devil will come in to take charge of the steering, of course, the next thing is an accident. There are good and better way to handle depression, but I believed no 1 of it all is to trust God with every situation.

- once a person get this sign of depression, it will be wise for the person to open up to friends (good one though) and families. So that whatever one is building up in the system can shared and probably talk on it, and I think by the time you start sharing up your problems, good advices even little solution will come in to ease you the tension.

Everyone get worry or depressed at a point, but the thing is we need to quickly start discussing the problem probably with our partner if it a marital problem, or just been open to people who could be of a help to give us a positive advices on the issue.

Depression is a very powerful tool that the devil uses to destroy man's life.

Good evening.
True talk

You forgot to add...he also said that:

---Fulani herdsmen are being kidnapped
---they (fulani herdsmen) are being labelled culprits when they are victims
---they cannot afford land for ranches/grazing which is why the government is called to help

IMHO....I still don't understand why we should give you land for grazing...the land use act doesn't allow that. You can't force me to give up my land for the herdsmen. When did cattle rearing become national interest?? Abi is the cattle a "public amenities" that should require an Act of Parliament. Please when did meat become soo important to us that we should die for it.
To the best of my knowledge, Not every household in Nigeria eats meat, but every household in Nigeria eats rice, how many land have they given free of charge to rice farmershuh And they want to forcefully create land for grazing, when other countries are building private ranches.

Lets get our priorities straight abeg. Only in Nigeria that selfish interest would override national interest.
Thank you my sister. You just made common sense. I like.

You travel by land, if Pothole no kill you, Fulani Herdsmen and their cattles no rob and kill you, Police no rob and kill you, Bad drivers no use overspeeding and illegal overtaking kill you, Armed Robbers no rob abd kill you then fake tyres and spareparts go catch you.

You say make you fly, as soon as you buy your ticket, na to write your will, call your people start to share your property before you board. Chances are you fit from there go judge your case for Yonder.

Country don spoil, Nigerians still dey here dey form patriotic. Foolish patriotic.

In Port harcourt for example, Robbery and kidnapping now no be for night again. I have witnessed a Kidnapping attempt that took place by 7:15 am in Trans Amadi. To be a rich man in Rivers State now na Federal Offense.

I heard of this new tactics of where they stop a commercial vehicle, rob and then kidnap the 'rich-looking' passengers for ransom. Oya na..

Everyday on Television, all the 36 State Governors do in terms of Security is to buy new vehicles and give to the Police. grin Nobody bothers to invest in proper training for them. I have not heard one day that the Nigerian Police were given new Walkie Talkies. Always cars.. Cars that they use to just mount checkpoint and be collecting 50 naira - 100 naira from Taxi drivers and road users. Just this morning on my way to the office, I was stopped by 7:45am on Eastern By-pass by the police and their problem was that my Temporary Drivers license had expired.. grin For that, I had to pay or get arrested for 'Traffic offense' (thats what they told me). grin

On Ubima - Owerri road in Port harcourt, apparently a pit was discovered inside the bushes of that location which had 10 dead bodies innit. Rumour has it those were the final resting place of some kidnapped individuals. That Ubima - Owerri road has been officially declared a 'No-Drive Zone' due to the incessant kidnappings on that road. Till today, the Police has yet to do anything about that road.

Only Lagos state in Nigeria has a Shortcode Emergency response number.. The rest of Nigeria are left to be dailing long numbers that look like this 080376512910.. How you wan take remember that kind number when yawa gas? grin

To all Nigerians: Keep voting for your leaders along sentimental and partisan lines. Keep looking for when your kinsman will become President or Senate Leader. grin Keep Voting the wrong people into power and hoping for a miracle to happen. When credible leaders come up for elections, don't vote them because they cant afford to share rice and 200 naira note like Fayose. Keep justifying the criminality amongst Nigerian Politicians by making it about one tribe or another. When National issues come up, use tribal lines to debate it.. Thats why some people can still openly come out to defend the likes of Dasuki and co. The beautiful part of life is that the repercussion would hit us all.. Poverty and Suffering no get state of origin. Especially those of us in the middle class. Just 2 weeks ago, a Man was attacked in GRA in Port harcourt in broad daylight, the criminals opened fire on his SUV when they couldn't easily breach the car.. The Man was able to get away because his car was bullet proofed.. I have checked the price of a Bullet proof SUV, its not for the middle class... grin

We all collectively fhucked this nation up.. We shall all collectively pay the price.

The parents of those kids should prepare the bail money and credit the Kidnappers account.. BAIL IS NOT FREE ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA..
You said nothing but the truth. My aunt was killed with no traces of her murderers,#3m was dropped for the police to investigate her death. Could you believe that it took them just 5weeks to fish out the murderers with technology o. Just imagine if no money was paid? I still believe Nigeria is a country with no developmental plan. The useless constitution is not everyone.

If you want your kids to be useful to you and the society, i think it should depend on your routine. How you bring them up matters whether its abroad or Nigeria. Have family time. I just wish i get married to a man that is into his family. Some Nigerians that their children do well can be traced to their parents and family routine.

I laugh at the ignorance displayed by many emotionally clouded Nigerians who are against the grazing bill proposed for the Fulani cattle rearers in all states of the Federation. Let's remember that like every other Nigerians, the Fulani's have the right to live and do their business in any part of the country. It is their constitutional right as Nigerians to own grazing fields in any choice location of the country so far it is paid for or provided by the government. We ought to applaud the move made by the federal govt because it will help in ending the unnecessary violence between the Farmers and the Herdsmen. By provision of grazing fields, the fulani's will be restricted to graze on an apportioned land provided by the federal govt. It will be a crime for them to graze their cattles on people's farms once the bill is passed into law. We should not castigate every fulani herdmen as killers because of the few bad ones among them. The incidence in Agatu and other parts of the country were perpetuated by cattle rustlers and not Fulani herdsmen. Cattle rustlers are armed terrorist who steal cattles from herdsmen and graze them around the country as a cover up for their terrorist acts. The ordinary Fulani herdsmen are peaceful people and will never harm innocent Nigerians. The fulani's do not move around with weapons but sticks to guide their cattle. I observed most critics of this Bill are from the eastern part of the country. The igbos need to realize that the federal govt owns all the land and territories in Nigeria and it can decide on how it chooses to use every inch of its territory. The fulani's have every right to graze in the SE and there is nothing any one can do about it. It is their right as a Nigerian just like the igbos are the most travelled tribe doing business in every part of the country. We cannot decide to restrict all igbo traders to the east because of the attitude of few bad eggs amongst them likewise the Fulani's. Most Nigerians criticized the federal govt when they decide to create ranches and import grasses from Brazil to graze these cattles so the herder wont roam about. Now the FG is shifting plans to create a grazing site for the herders in every state which is not a bad move by all standards. We are one Nigeria and we must learn to tolerate ourselves and live in peace. We must shun the politics of hatred and tribalism. Lord Luggard saw the potentials in our diversity before merging us up to form this great country. We must not allow ethnicity to cloud our sense of judgement when the federal govt proposes law that will favour every Nigerian. We must support the grazing bill so the Fulani's can do their business in peace. BTW i am a Yoruba man from the SW. proudly Nigerian cool
What are you saying? Support grazing bill?
