When a new country is formed, all those you mentioned can stay wherever they deem fit. Life is all about live and let live. Some African slaves living in USA just didn't deem it fit to come back like other survivers did. While the dad could be a terrible person, a good mother would find a way to make sure the child is shielded from MOST of it. She would always TRY to paint a picture of things being rosy to the child otherwise the child grows up thinking all men are like her dad and generally has mistrust towards all men.

She most likely learnt those words from her mother's description of her father and there may be a lot more to the story. Not excusing the heartless man though.

That's why we need to teach people how to take care of their children. The child is already damaged. Parents are not supposed to quarell nor fight in the presence of their children.

What I will say sounds harsh and painful but it's the truth, there was a thread about men sending a girl friend through school doesn't automatically mean marriage and the guy should take it like that, and really it made sense nothing was written as a contract and all. I don't think she gave her kidney because of marriage. Some people sell theirs for a huge amount of money;she gave hers to him out of love. Because she really wants him to be able to live. No one could do it for him. Well i think the girl should move on. She should take it as act of good deed. She should forgive him and look forward to love again. She should also pray for the guy and not curse him. Live and let live. He wants to choose another part which might be his destiny. Her dating him for 5 years is not a waste of time.And i won't advice ladies never to date because of disappointment. But since Nigeria cannot outrightly come n declare dat without breaking so called international trade laws, there r alternatives like Niger Delta Avengers.

Who benefits from NDA? OPEC, NIGERIA, CHINA, RUSSIA. NDA is actually good for nigeria. Our naira can be maintained n not devalued. Angola can continue to ship at increasing prices, China can continue to refine n distribute at near full prices.

And if the oil price increases because our daily output is less than its normal authorized output by opec making crude to be a little scarce to meet up the demand for it, then Nigeria will be stagnant while other opec members will gain. Nigeria depends solely on crude export to fund her budget. Nigeria's foreign reserves are nothing to write home about ;thanks to our selfish leaders. Again, Nigeria is not a country because it can never be a country. Buhari's plan this second tenure is to use the resources in the south to develop north now. Then divide the country afterwards. He wants to claim he still has a dictatorial attitude to decieve us thereby doing whatever he wants to do. A northern cleric once said that a few northerners that are rich regrets not making every notherner rich while they had the military power. He further said that they would have been more richer and happier like the Arabs if their people weren't begging them always for food. That south easterners have majority of middle classes and everyone had something doing unlike them. We can see through what Buhari wants to do now. God will never forsake southerners.

Beautiful. I just wanna thank God for healing my father totally from partial stroke. It was like a movie to me. God thank you for keeping him more for me. He is a good man.

Being broke, unemployed, can really weigh down zeal in youths. Having a lot of plans cannot even fill it i found out the hard way. Every youth wish to earn for a good standard of living even if they have somewhere pocket money comes in from. Being a lady without a job can be worst except you wish to soil your destiny. Some people worry a lot about earning while some loves to depend on people. Should youths depend on people till they get a job? What is the tendency of them not tagging you a burden even though they don't say it to your face. Some people love to succeed and working towards it could help cos hard works pays. Being idle can also deteriorate our good thinking giving room for rotten ones. I think that's the time we need God the more like a preacher said to me in encouragement. Think positively and love to live, hope, have faith, and love genuinely. When old age approaches, we will be contented with life at the end.
