I give up!

What law is that ? Point us to it ?

Or better still, what chapter in the bible states that ?
Matthew 19:3–6
3 And Pharisees came up to him and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful to divorce one’s wife for any cause?” 4 He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Hypocrite

If Ned Nwoko were to be a Pastor or if the lady involved were a G.Os daughter, you do have gurgitated for weeks.
Because pastors are not allowed to have more than one wife.

If Banky can finally impregnate Adesua then truly, there is hope for this country.

After failing woefully in the just concluded elections, having a child would be his greatest achievement and also a big consolation for his ailing musical and dead political career.
It is obvious you hate yourself so much that you’ll write vile things just to get the attention.

Sensible talk. While it is certainly true that people should be left to live their lives their way, Ive come to discover that these lazy assed ladies living fake lives actually hate hard working ladies. They are full of mockery and act as though hardworking ladies are fools. So, if they don’t want to get judged, especially as they have no moral rectitude, then they should stop with the hate.

Exactly why does anyone think their support or lack of support actually makes a difference in this case when you’re not a member of her family. Either 19 or 22, she is an adult who needs only the consent of her family. Marriage does not stop her from taking her education to the next level if she chooses too. Personally, I hate polygamy. But, to each his own.

Vin diesel no look all man? which young guy has all the physique of Diesel plus he's cute again, yet he's older than Idris. I think it's just the normal follow follow. Girls read something online and so start behaving same way. It's happen all the time anyway, people over-hype somethings but as a logical person, you look and won't see anything special.
Nooooo! Idris Elba’s own is not follow follow. He is totally cool. His physic, his eyes, the calm way he talks.... You’ve mentioned drake, vin diesel... all light skinned guys. So your preference is probably for light skin, but they are usually fine guys. They may not be cool or sexy. Drake is cool, but not as cool as Idris. Drake is not even very fine in looks.

I like Idris Elba but i used to hear that he's the crush of many women and ladies. Then, like he got one most sexiest man award sometimes. Not hating but till now, i'm still yet to find any special look in the man. I can list many Nigerian celebrities who look better than Idris.

If na Drake now, i wouldn't dispute it. We all know he is a fine man or Kiernan Jarryd Forbes and others.
Upcoming artist Teddy A even puts Idris in his place. Even young thug looks better than this guy. grin

HML all the same. May the usually celebrity marriage divorce not hit your home.
Ahhh! You equate pretty boy looks to sexy. Idris Elba looks all man. Totally cool.

Okay, I come bearing apologies!!! I went back to Pal pensions for clarification. Their staff who gave me the previous information was wrong. The beneficiary can access the rest of the pension funds.

Sweetrace I think you need to carry out another research on this topic. I'm not well versed on the topic but from testimonies of people who have succeeded in recovering their beloved's pension, screenshots of ibtc's procedure on recovering same, I'm forced to believe pension is actually recoverable.

From my understanding, an employee contributes some part of his salary in conjunction with his employer under what is known as a contributory pension scheme. After his retirement, he's entitled to a certain percentage monthly of what he's able to garner before his retirement. This percentage is paid to him through his bank by pencom (or his pfa, I'm not clear on which of them it is) and upon notice of his death, the bank remits what they have in his account back to pencom. It is the duty of anyone laying claim to what is left of the deceased's pension to approach the pfa with proof of his/her entitlement to what is left before he/she is paid.

It doesn't make any sense that what is left of the deceased's pension is remitted back to pencom (to do what with it?) and is not recoverable. What you know might not actually be the true position of things. Cheers

Politics › Re: Buhari – Absent With His House On Fire By Tunde Asaju by sweetrace(f): 10:55am On Apr 29, 2019
I don’t get the foolish complaint. We all know that he was sick most of the time he was absent. Anyone can fall ill: young or old. Now he travels once in a while like most presidents worldwide. Nigeria is not an island and the president has diplomatic roles to play. As for Nigeria burning while he is away, the parts that are burning will still burn wether he is in the country or not. That is why part of his job is to know when and who to delegate jobs to. That is already in place, so he is free to travel. I don’t get Nigerians. You vote for people that are totally incompetent based on party affiliations, or tribe. Then less than a month into his term, you start complaining about the wrong things. Not giving the person the time to even settle in. Look at the most incompetent governor in the whole of Nigeria, Yahaya Bello. He is trying to whitewash things now it is time for elections. He says payment of a percentage of employees salary was in place before his tenor. So, the ignorant and foolish governor continued with it as though it was a laudable legacy he had inherited. The question that begs an honest answer is why he did not pay himself 20 percent of his salary. Yet, Kogi people who are sheepishly backward will probably still vote him in and complain later. Their price, a pack of maggi.

Nazzysca:
Sister, you know the truth? You were fed with lies.
This is the timeline of the war
1) Bickering between Awolowo, Sar'Duana, and Zik. (Remember that Baba Awo was in prison till after the war started, NAIJA was boiling already between the 3 major tribes but majority between the Hausas and the Yorubas cos Zik was a more docile entity that Awolowo)
2) First Coup led by Nzeogwu
3) Counter Coup
4) Annihilation of every being identified as Igbo in the North.
The last one caused the war not Ojukwu's ego. My uncle escaped death in Kano during the pogrom, while my father fought that war and he explained that loads of 911 from the North arrived with dead bodies of Igbos and Gowon did nothing to stop it so every Igbo man back home decided to fight that war and saw in Ojukwu a leader. However, the truth is that Ojukwu had some ego too as was seen in his treatment of 3 key men(2 Igbos and 1 Yoruba man) and his advancement towards Nigeria after the NA was pushed back from the Biafran borders.
Now, imagine that the Benue people take arm against the Fulani HM due to PMB's inactions, what would your judgement be?
See, Gowon was never magnanimous in victory:
There was no rehabilitation or reconciliatory moves in the east safe for the NYSC project.
Remember that the SE had non-indigenous soldiers as govs then, we the Igbos built our places ourselves without gov't interventions.
Till today the Rwandan genocide has a day of remembrance in Rwanda and the massacred tribe has a president today but Nigeria has not even for once had a memorial of the pogrom.
The US also fought wars but reconciled and integrated better but Nigeria is such a terrible place.
My first degree was world history. I was taught in a very objective way and allowed to seek the truth for myself. No, I was not fed lies. Rwanda has a President from the massacred tribe today and so Nigeria should give the presidency to an Igbo man? Is that how democracy works? Don’t you have to vie for elections. Was Ebele Jonathan not originally Igbo? Please, I’m neither Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba. I’m not interested in tribal sentiments for Nigeria. I’m interested in who is capable of getting the job done. And there is an armed forces day for all those slain in the war. Do you want a special day for the Igbos? Then all the numerous tribes in Nigeria should have a special day each because all tribes suffered casualties. I wish the Igbos will get this huge chip of their shoulders.

Now, I know you know nothing about history. Ojukwu didn't lead the Igbos to the war. Brig. Gen. Aguiyi Ironsi led the Igbos to the war. The troops were headed by Col. Nzeogwu. Ojukwu was only the premiere of the Eastern Region, leave him out of this, nobody has mentioned how Awolowo sold out Bakassi peninsula during the war. Igbos want to be independent but let's start from restructuring, is that too much to ask?. It's obvious that you know very little about Nigeria. Buhari would unknowningly help them actualize it. He has much hate and little strategy.
Why would I need to mention Awolowo when it is totally out of the context of my point? Child, you know nothing about what you’re saying. My suggestion is to go home and ask the elders. I’m not Yoruba nor Hausa. So please don’t play the tribe ish with me.

He had very much less contact with blacks as they had with him. So, you could only imagine his mindset in hindsight. Although, I can't agree less with you of his uttermost maniacal inclination towards the Jews.
Don't be easily deceived by some public exhibition by some "so called" majority, for they worship in the "Berlin bunker" and the "Nazi salute" lives on with so little the world could do than cheap sanctioning. Afterall, Germans suffered as much extermination from Stalin but they've moved on some several decades ago.

The salute does not live on with his kinsmen. It lives on with white supremacists. They hate blacks completely.

On the contrary, he would have as I ain't Jew.
Calling him a great man would rather be subjective. Much as you differ, his kinsmen would hail his supreme Antisemitism & Pan- Germanism. He led his people in war but died at the brink. He would have been the world's supremo if his quest had succeeded just as Julius Caesar had wished. A list of Roman, Greek, & German Warriors committed suicide rather than being conquered by the enemies.
Maybe the legendary of a man has changed in today's definition.

-Lion
Majority of his kinsmen walked around post war ashamed of the atrocities they had committed especially under the sickest mind that was hitlers. Hitler believed in the superrace. Even though he did not meet a single criteria of said superrace. The black race was the most inferior in his books. Hitler’s hatred for Jews was not because he saw them as inferior, but was for political and economical reasons. In fact, he felt inferior to the Jews even though some claim he had their blood in him. You see why I said he won’t have reckoned with you as human. Hitler is one of the most hated men in history for just reasons. He was a coward. Please stop aggrandizing him. His quest would never have become a reality because he was not a warrior in the first place. Other conquerors like Ceaser, Alexandra the great...conquered territories for expansion, for fame, for even riches, but never with Hitler’s depravity.
