Everyone has something he is good in......
But what if another finishes b4 u do?
The contestants said Canon was very good at riddles......but what happened the day he was punished with three other ppl?

So my dear, its not all about mental..........
Luck plays an important role too.

Hi dear, we are saying the same thing, but wen I eliminate luck from GUS, I mean u must balance the other two for luck to pull u tru.. Even canon admitted dat he is good in riddles but not in puzzles..
Wat happens is dat the last pple are usually mentally and physically sound, even if dey aren't so mentally sound den dey are havin a parasitic relationship with whoever is very sound..(Emeka ike vs dare alade)
Go back in time... Tope vs Hector, Dominic and Dozie, Christopher vs Lebanese and Anastasia, Paschal and Onyinye, Dennis vs Edmund and Ifunanya... I can go on and On..
My point is dat b4 u get to being the ultimate man, u must balance all.. Even those on this list dat won by luck, cos of the nature of the final search worked hard..
In dis final search, there was no luck, it was skill and fitness cos the winner already gave out the mental aspect to his contenders..

Chinedu is a kind of guy that makes difficult tasks seem less difficult.....
He was always cheerful....
Even though there were certain tasks he was not really serious in.(Eg is the Archery task)
But GUS is not always about strength, intelligence, pride or humility........

Most teenage girls will dress to impress guys same to single girls below 24.
But when a lady is married, the focus is now on her hubby and the world around her, she dresses to impress her husband and her immediate environ. They say a woman is an image of her huaband, even if money no dey, she wouldnt want to run into old friends lookin unkept. Or go to work lookin shabby cos she is married. Doctor....im 30yrs old with one child....
I saw my last period on 19th jan, prior to this time, it has been regular..done series of pregnancy tests home test, blood test and a scan all came out negative, from the scan everything seems okay....i was asked to do a hormonal profile..the result is yet to be out,
within this period ive gained excessive weight i ve consistent back ache and tiredness, im so confused and me and my husband have been ttc, im not on any prescription or contraceptives(never been). i usually have this pain on my breasts when im expecting my period or even wen im pregnant...but i dont have any of such now... pls what could the issue be and what are the steps to gettin better...

you can make ur money if you speculate very well, but remember, first bank was speculated to sell at 100naira by december and here we are today almost past decmber and the stock is still struggling to reach 50naira,

one thing about stocks we have to know is that you never guarantee any rate of returns over a stock(pure deciet) reasons- alot of things can make stocks to fluctuate, (demand and supply), amongst other things,
but be careful study well and buy becos you can take the risk, dont put all your eggs in one basket, yes you can make returns via investments like zenith and many other banks but you can also make losses as well,

security matters in investments true, but also remember that it is not only IBTC that is large, ARM is 12 years old in biz(1995) . The reason behind the rate of return on IBTC equity fund is becuase of its exposure to equities likewise AGI, it has almost 100% of the total funds invested in equities and that makes it risky as well so as you sell the returns, also sell the risk involved so that your investors will know what they are going into. it all depends on the bench mark which is the All Share Index therefore a direct relationship exists btw the capital market and every equity growth fund.

the AGI is a 2 yr old mutual fund which is still privately managed by ARM, it is not yet publicly listed , but will do so in june, but the older investors have advantage over those who will come in at IPO. it has returned 200% since inception, it started at N100 per unit and is selling for N307 as at today. that means your 100k in 2005 will be 307k as at today.

the discovery is 12 yrs old and has returned 1042% since inception, it started at N20 per unit and is selling for N289 as at today. on the average, it has returned 25% p a.


the reason for the difference between the two is the strategic asset allocation. Discovery Fund has allocation to fixed income, real estate and shares and cannot go beyond 75% into shares, that is why it is a balanced and moderate risk investment while the AGI has 90% allocation into shares and remaining 10% to fixed income, this describes the high return on investment as well as the high risk associated to the regular fluctuations on the value of shares.investors of the AGI are sent daily prices to monitor their holdings.

also note that a mutual fund should be privately managed for a period of time before it can go public and for a fund managed by and asset manager like ARM, then you have nothing to fear, because 12 years experience is not a joke. its strengthens expertise, size and competence.
