Your first degree is like a steping stone towards achieving your set targets in life. Simply put if you graduate with a 2:2 or less you have started badly. ![]() |
THE NORTH ![]() |
When ever I say it people see me as being ethno-centric. I CAN NEVER LIVE ANY WHERE IN THE NORTH!!!My father lost almost all what he had during 1966 riots in the North. When we where growing up he told us frightening stories about his ordeals. He treked in the bushes from Kaduna to Enugu! Don't ask me how long it took him. I have my own family today and I swear that I can't risk the lives of my beloved family in the name of working or living any where in the North. You might say Abuja is an exception, Jos was once as peaceful as Abuja, so it doesn't take time for such nonesess to get there. @Aisha, take heart. I understand what you are going through. God will protect your family and loved ones. ONE NIGERIA! |

Temmie 10, I guess you have to make some inqueries. Rushnovski, Do not panic at least you bought at N14.90K.The bearish market is also telling on Access Bank just like other blue chips. With time investors will have cause to smile again. |
. |
Believe it or not the fair market price of Access Bank is between N20 & N23. It would have been N25 to N27(as been projected by most analyst) had it not issued a 1 for 4 bonus midway into its technical suspension period. When they issued the bonus at the technical suspension price of 19.32 its fair market price was around N23 hence it was marked down to N18.92 which it remained till the IPO was over. This mark down was done middle of July which means that as at mid-July its fair market price was N18.92. So can you see reasons why the fair market price is currently between N20 & N23.This also can be attributed to the bearish returns currently being experinced in the market. So I can state here that Access Bank is currently trading at it fair market price. It might not rise beyond N24 within this short period of time. But hey! Investment is a long-term thing any ways so relax no cause for alarm.I also bought heavily if you must know.So we are in the same ship. |
I understand what you guys are going through 'cos I was once in such a situation with Oceanic Bank. The truth is that Spring Bank is going through a major shake-up and this might take some time. I am not rulling out the fact that you guys have a chance of being recruited, but I can also say that there are chances that your recruitment'll be delayed or worse still be counted as belated and they'll call for a fresh recruitment. My advice is that look else where. If you are called fine else move on with your search. All the best. |

Shareholders of Fidelity Bank Plc and intending investors will between September 27 and November 9, 2007 have an opportunity to either increase their holdings or become part owners of the bank through its hybrid offer. The bank is offering to the investing public 5.5 billion ordinary shares of 50 each at N8 per share, a rights issue of 498.9 million ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N8 per share, on the basis of one ordinary share for every 33 shares already held. |
i was a victim of fidelity bank, cause i just bought at 11.99 two months ago expecting appreciation and since then no increase. Don't worry you are not in a bad situation you can sell few weeks after technical suspansion is lifted and take your profit elsewhere. @ All I read up an analysis of the Banking Sector a couple of days ago and the forecast is that by the end of the year no bank stock would be less than N20 Where did you get this analysis from? ![]() |
