Look at how this government is using the lives to nigerian student to play political chess. Is this the first time strike is happening in nigeria? How many other administrations blamed opposition?

your name is a graphic representation of how you think, the united states is the richest country in the world with the world largest middle class but lok how frugal they are with money. They don't even give official houses to their lawmakers. Meanwhile nigeria with one of the highest poverty rate in the world, one of the few countries in the world whoes citizens are'nt assured access to power, education, healthcare,water,etc..yet our lawmakers live like kings. The 2,000 dollars a u.s lawmaker could not afford as rent is quaterly furniture allowance for a nigerian lawmaker. If you think nothing os wrong with this, then you and your fellow likeminded nigerians deserve the life you are living in this country.

Nigerian students are languishing at home while you education minister is in his homestate planning how to destroy banana palantations. These are the kind of people implementing pres. Jonathan's transformation agenda.

Futhermore, do you see the impunity at which wike was urging citizens to destro government property, he told them they would be protected. And since then commissioner mbu has not said a word about the clear instigation of violence. Yet he says he is non partisan in rivers state and will clam down on anyone disturbing or threating to disturb the peace in the state. We're watching.

An IRS aircraft from Lagos to Kaduna landed safely at the airport at about 11 am this morning in spite of developing a minor hydrolic problem on approach landing.

The Pilot, using Reverse Throttle mechanism safely landed and stopped the aircraft on the runway. The aircraft was not involved in an emergency landing.

All passengers and crew disembarked safely, after which the aircraft was towed from the runway to the apron.

Normal operations have since resumed at the airport.

"News cameras located on the White House lawn are showing a large gathering of people outside the gates and fence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

it is very clear that the republicans are using this veterans as pawns in their chess game with obama. But sadly this vets are planning along become some are ignorant or just hate obama. Get loads and loads of briefing, etc. The average 87 years old lady is retired living in comfort with a pension but her majesty still works over time. She deserves every penny.

This is the chronicles of two best friends whoes relationship went south over gthe quest for ambition.

Wike and ameachi has always been friends when ameachi was speaker of the rivers state house of assembly and wike was the chairman of obio/akpor local government area. In wike's area there are three major farmilies and it is their norm that when one farmily holds the chairmanship of the LGA? Another takes over. But upon ending his tenue as chairman, mr wike rather than handing over to the rightfull farmily gave the position to his cousin, timothy nsirim to the outrage of other members of the area, but such concerns were scrapped. And wike moved forward with his plans.

Just as wike was leaving his position as chairman? His friend, chibuike was also leaving his position as speaker and had already won the PDP gubernatorial primaries. Wike was a strong supporter of his friend and suddenly ameachi who had won the candidacy was pushed aside for his cousin? Celestine omehia, suffering for defeat, ameachi moved to ghana in retreat while celestine omehia won the election and became governor.

While ameachi was in ghana, wike and a group of ameachi's loyal friends began a long court battle to install him as governor. Wike as the richest of all the friends due to his time as an LGA chairman put alot of resources into the battle and finally omeahia was depose as governor and ameachi was installed the courts. Upon his return and assumption of office, ameachi made wike his number 2 man and gave his the most powerfull office in government house. CHIEF OF STAFF.

In his position as chief of staff wike emassed a lot of wealth with the hopes that he will be the successor to ameachi. When it came time for ameachi's reelection, wike wanted to run for the rivers east senetorial district seat but was pressured by ameachi to step aside for magnus abe. Wike agreed and worked hard for the campaign and ameachi was reelected. Upon reelection wike decided it was time for ameachi to start thinking of annioting a successor and he made his intention known to ameachi. When he told ameachi his intention, ameachi uttered the words that launched the battle between these two men. "DO YOU THINK RIVERS STATE IS OBIO/AKPOR AREA CHAIRMANSHIP WHERE YOU MONOPOLIZE POWER".

That comment infuriated mr.wike who felt that ameachi was backstabbing home despite all he has done for him. Mr. Ameachi made it known to wike that he intends to hand over power to magnus abe, ameachi said it will be very unfair and choatic for the state to have 16 years of ikwerre rule by odili/ameachi and then continue with wike who is also an ikwerre. At this point, the battle line was drawn, wike now saw ameachi as an obstacle to his governorship ambition. Around this time, pres. Jonathan has just been elected and governors were sending nominees for ministerial slots to the president and gov. ameachi put mr. Wike as a nominee. Wike was eventually appionted a minister but a minister for state. He considered this an insult to him considering all he has done for ameachi. He used his new found position to start an anti-ameachi campaign in rivers state attempting to undermine the governor, he funded the court battle of felis obuah to challenge G.U ake for the chairmanship of rivers PDP. He used his expertise from the ameachi court case and succcessfully deposed of G.U ake who is ameachi's annioted party chairman.

As the fight intensified, the perfect opportunity presented itself, word was going around that gov. Ameachi was planning to be a vice president to sule lamido and challenge pres. Jonathan for the presidency in 2015. This coupled with he forsty relationship that has ensued between the governor and the first lady left no doubt in the heart of the president that really ameachi was planning to depose him and he declared war on the governor. Wike seeing this perfect opportunity tapped into it and due to his proximity to the president, he was able to assure the president that he is the right guy to use in defeating ameachi. And so the president made available to wike all the assistance and powers he needs to fight the governor who he belives is a torn in his flesh. Everything that has happened since then we all know cause it is playing out before our eyes.
