I am a silent reader and I won’t be happy if I don’t share my testimony.
I applied for study visa in September for January 2022 and I was rejected because of a mistake I made.
I deferred my admission to September 2022 and I re- applied on the 14th of February 2022.
I got my PPR on the 23rd of February 2022.

It can only be God.

I have received my passport back Months before I am to resume. I don’t even know if I should go early or wait till July/August
I am so happy and excited for this my Miracle.
It would definitely end in Praise.

Mpower has few schools they support in Canada, go to their site n check if your school is among the school they support,if it’s among them you’re eligible for Mpower loan,
Their repayment is 10yrs
It takes like a week bfr approving the loan…. The loan will be disbursed to your school account few weeks bfr resumption … you can use the loan approval letter to apply for study visa; but I’m yet to meet who they gave visa with Mpower loan �

My school is eligible but I’m scared of taking the loan since repayment is 10yrs … how will I explain to the visa officer that I took a loan and the repayment is 10yrs when I’m still trying to convince them I’ll come back to my country after study….

Please aviod it they have dogs that sniffs bags now. I was almost given a ticket of 1300cad for just 5 pieces of ponmo when i came back from my christmas break on jan 24th this year. I was literally begging the CBSA agent.
He dropped the payment but still gave me the ticket to show it was confisticated.

LONG POST ALERT………..Here is My timeline and my testimony (My PPR nah Grace) God is the Greatest.

Firstly, I give thanks to God who is the author and the finisher of my faith. He made my PPR happen… Also, Special thanks goes to Anon123, Frank, Makano, Justmellow(Gcmswriter), LekiBoBoe, Ketima, Temezzo, Scottish. and to everyone who has answered my questions and reply my emails una too much.

I’m 30 y/o, First time Applicant, Self Sponsored, 14yrs study Gap (I dropped out of school in yr 2010 because I loss my financial backbone which is my Mom but since then God has been there for me). I only apply with my 2008 NECO results, No IELTS, My proposed program is 2yrs Undergraduate(Associate Degree). I do everything myself with the help of my gurus here.

I started this journey early 2021, i don’t even have an idea on where to start. Anytime I burst to this platform read people testimonies, documents submitted and all I will just give up and stop readings because of my study gap. I don’t even that someone don’t need IELTS or Toefl to get admission, but mumu me went and register for Toefl class, I did Toefl like 3times still I didn’t meet up the 20scores in each section….. Just to let you know that they don't give cash. The funding will be send to your University.

My friend was given a loan from Mpower but they said disbursement will be in august,that means she needs to pay tuition deposit with her money to get admission letter for visa right?

Submit the employment, reference letter and payslips of the company you worked for before starting your business. If you stopped working to focus on your business, you could mention it in your SOP. You don’t need to register your business as a company; a business name would suffice. I believe registering the business now will not pose a problem since your bank account has significant cash flows, indicating that the business has been in operation before the registration.

Since you have a sponsor, your account's cash flow and closing balance are fine.
I hope your intended program is related to your business.

Please I have a problem o I’ve not been working since lockdown but I have business I’m doing but not registered, and I’ve been running my personal account my 4months statements is about 9m (inflows n outflows)closing balance is 2m but I’ve paid tuition deposit of 1.530m my bro in law will be my sponsor,please do I need to register my business because of this? And won’t they feel like I register because of visa ? Or shud I put it in my Sop that I was working bfr the lockdown n show the salary slip ? Or shud I just say I’ve been running a business as self employed (I feel self employed doesn’t require registration) I’m confused on what to explain …… is the 9m inflow n outflows okay for bank statements?
