Read your bible wella, the writers always use the third person singular(he) to identify Satan.

The bible says "And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Adam wasn't deceived to eat the fruit, it wasn't out of gluttony(otherwise he would have ate it long b4 Eve was created). He ate the fruit because of his love for his woman. He didn't want to be separated from her.

Eve became different when she ate the fruit, and Adam, who doesn't want to lose his wife had no other option than to take the fruit and become like her.
