Rexyl: Thanks. if the auto renew is canceled before current data bundle expires what happens with the remaining data? is it wiped? If not will it be added whenever another another subscription is done.

If auto renew is deactivated,then u must make sure that u subscribe b4 ur current data expire. If not,u remaining data is gone

Rexyl: Thanks, from ur experience automatic renewal of subscription i.e having the amount that could do new subscription before the previous one expires guarantees that unused data will be added to the subsequent subscription.

@ tamudo how are you doing it that you couldn't experience your unused data being rolled over?

I never said ur unused data will remain after it expiration date, I only said No to the question u asked. The only way to keep ur unused data is to re subscribe b4 the expiration data or as he said load the airtime inside ur phone. Note if u deactivate auto renew than u b to subscribe b4 it expire

chrisley024: Am speakin from experience. I use symbian fone n subscribed 4 d 1.5k in July n i was given 2gb. Close 2 d expiratn date de were notifyin wit sms n d@ i shuld hv 1.5k on my fone on d expiry date, by den i was havin 1gb . I loaded 1.5k b4 d expiratn date, so de activated anoda bis 4 me automatically on d day d previous subscriptn expired. De even sent me sms d@ it has been activated successfully n wen i checked my data, i saw d 2gb i was given in additn to d previous data remainin = 3gb

U loaded u phone with the money b4 the expiration date cos one it's expired, ur unused data is gone

Don Demu: Thanks hommie. D data bundle validity u mentioned is kinda confusing. I had to subscribe for 10mb before d "BIS unlimited" started running on my android but my data remained valid after the 24hrs of10mb validity expiry. I guess that has nuffin to do with data bundle expiry. My concern is the BIS validity cos I intend to subscribe 3 times at a go (subscribe deactivate, resubscribe..) so I can have 6gb data but I really dont know if I can continue rocking my data in a case where I didnt finish it up before 30 days. Gracias

I not too sure about this but what I know is that the more u re subscribe,the more your validity period expand I.e I expect it to accumulate. So,if u subscribe up to 3 times,it ought to accumulate. Y not check ur bata bundle

Don Demu: Pls does using the MB on android has anything to do with the BIS validity?

Not really cos most time u find out that ur BIS validity end on so so date y ur data bundle end on a later date. So if u are using an android device,the data bundle date is the main thing but to be on a safer said,once the BIS is up just re subscribe. Hope I was able to answer ur question oo

donhils: Are you sure that deactivating this service won't take away the whole 2gigs given? It happened to me once before this "unlimited" plan came out. With BBC I tried to deactivate auto renewal by sending Deactivate to 440 and boom, my blackberry stopped working till I subscribed again.

Of course it will stop working but your data bundle will still be there( ur MB). Just subscribe for any plan of ur choice n u will get an addition of ur former MB and latter one.

Simply text the word "Deactivate" to 440 and wait for the sms telling you that u have successfully been deactivated. And if u dnt get the sms, dnt worry just dial the subscription code n u r good to go

Just dial *440*161# but I don't know if it is going to work for all airtel user or only those that got the text message. Kindly let us know if it works for you

Inik: The unlimited plan is not working with a modem I subscribed this evening and i can't surf with it on my lappy. It shows the full Hspa bars but indicates "no network access". However when i insert the sim into my blackberry it browses well. I have 30mb bis complete data in my second airtel sim and that is what i am presently using to browse with my modem

But mine is working, oh maybe it's because I'm using airtel dongle
