If it is by fearing God, the oldies would have been more developed and advanced than Americans that don't fear God.

The joy i get when i see churches filled with old people i stead of youths is a sweet joy.

My father and mothers generation took church matter too serious. Im glad i broke that tradition by not going to church.
They called me devil for not following them

i dont blame them, i love them even tho they are ignorant. I still love them.

But what made me happy is that my siblings are following my path and have shunned christianity. Same with many youths today

Religion blocked their common sense
They stopped going to church
Now they are free minded and think more creatively.

Im sooo happy, to realise that this new generation are wayyy smarter than our fathers generation

Rerax bros, not every developer works in Paystack, Banks, Aws or Microsoft. In Nigeria, a company's Lead Engineer's salary is another company's intermediate level developer's salary. Some companies have DevOps , Database Teams etc. While in others, a team of few developers do DevOps, database tasks, software engineering, network, support and product design.

Allow those that fancy the opportunity to apply.

But seriously,dyu expect a rockstar java/python (goLang is still too young to have rockstars)
to care a hoot about html,css,javascript (or to be a database expert! ) and vice versa?
I dont know what ur experience is,but hard core programmers, the rockstars or those on that road,
are fired up the beauty of the logic/algorithm and not the beauty of data presentation and fonts!!
Kai! it can put some to tears doing that! If you have a say in the hiring policy, separate the functions.

Front end rockstars: javascript,css,photoshop,react etc /some python go here.
if you have more money,separate the front ends into two sets:
design gurus- beauty aspects: css,photoshop, etc no logic. These people are just artistes
developers - front end developers.
code whizzes: code ninjas! pure coders.
database wizards.

Why am i writing all these, cuz, you want to build a great company. So get the best hands you can get.
Then the product will be great. Dont skimp here. And dont overload the employees.
Except your budget is tight but look into a more long term view robust hiring policy.

Ugwuanyi or whatever the fúck he calls himself is one of the most useless governors we have in Nigeria (only better than abia's governor by a bit). This guy surrounds himself with sycophants that licks his old black wrinkled trash. Enugu is severely deteriorating; the roads and infrastructure. With it's population slowly but steadily exploding over the course of 6 years since I've been in Enugu, there's need for urban planning like bridges, road construction and amendment of those already existing, just take a ride from holy ghost to garriki.

You won't understand if you don't stay in Enugu.

Any course apart from medicine, nursing, law are mere waste of time. Don't go after management courses, engineering courses except you have connections in juicy offices or organisation.

If you can't do the afore mentioned courses, then, study education in universities or college of education. At least, you can still get private schools that will pay fairly well.

Relocate to high brow areas in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt if you want to pursue a career in education.
