engrchykae: he did excellently, but there are still room for improvements. The wires or cooling mechanism should be covered up. That deep freezer I must confess is far more efficient than the popular brands Those are not wire, there are tubes in which the gas will flow through. There are exposed to make the ice block making machine form ice faster. In less than 8hr u can get up to 100 ice blocks. |

post=102559467: Repair can only change some certain things not to build deep freezer from scratch Oga this thing is common in Nigeria, ask people that sell ice block in large quantities, I will give u full details. IGBOSON1: Exactly! What these people need is support and encouragement!
All these nice looking foreign fridges, you need to see the first prototypes they started of with! Anyone remember when Deawoo and Skoda started manufacturing cars.....how they were the butt of all jokes? Their countries supported and encouraged them....now look at them today! That's not deep freezer, it's ice block making n it's not new, it's a normal thing that's made in almost all part of Nigeria. They normally attach it to AC compressor, in 8 hrs u can get up to 50 ice block. The time of freezing depends on the number of compressor, while the number of ice block depends on the size. |

eseago: you are right, if they source the components in And and Lagos, the question is, And and Lagos produce chips like resistors amplifies, diode etc. This is purely assembly U can't source the components of phone like That of cars. Phones come in chipset. U will have to meet the manufacturer to make ur chipset according to ur specification. You can't use the diode or ic u buy in Lagos and aba to make a phone. The op simply does not know what he is talking about. It's not possible to source the part of phone in Nigeria unless we have a multi-billion dollar integrated circuit factory no one is aware of. |

phr0nesis: Components sourced locally (from Lagos to Aba) were actually not made here. Let's just agree it was assembled in Nigeria It's not even possible to source the components in Nigeria. Eg, the kind of diode u see in a phone will totally be different from the ones u see in a Nigeria market. |

Here is your statement to support your useless argument; I showed you this; Instead of hiding your face, you went further to prove more ignorance by quoting one of the roles of warships as another useless proof? So which ship would you prefer be used for humanitarian mission and evacuation?
You think warship is just about firing guns? Go find out the various roles of military in war time and stop typing rubbish on the internet. U are arguing stupidly sha, the article says it's to be use for humanitarian service. The fact that it has some kind of remote weapon control which they didn't even give details of does not mean it's a war ship. |

ezenwaez: The reason why some N-Power applicants scored low but were selected was as a result of the N-Power Batch C applicant's geographical locations/area. If a local Government has a population that its number of N-Power Batch C applicants are less than say, 1000 N-Power Batch C applicants, even if an N-Power Batch C applicant scored 0% or 35% the N-Power Batch C applicant can still be shortlisted so as to balance the needed number of N-Power Batch C applicant that is expected to meet the required maximum needed in the N-Power programme. If the population of an area is over say the specific number of 1000 N-Power Batch C applicant, in the local government area, only those who scored 70% to 100% will be shortlisted. My sister scored 75 but she has not been shortlisted |

Investment › Re: Can The Board Of Directors Fire The Owner Of A Company? by Techguy96(m): 11:10pm On Jun 06, 2021 |
Casper21: The question “Can the board of directors fire the owner?” is becoming increasingly contentious. CEOs and founders of companies often find themselves out of a job after being fired by means of a vote undertaken by the board of the company. If the person in question is not the owner of a controlling share in the company, there is not much they can do to avoid being fired.
Sharing the ownership of a company leads to loss of total control over it. As external investors are brought in, owners' shares get diluted, and the founder of a company can often find that he or she owns less than half of the shares in that company. This leaves him or her at risk of being fired.
If a CEO has a contract in place, he or she may get fired at the end of that contract period, if the company has new owners or is moving in a new direction.
The CEO, despite being the person who incorporated the company, often gets fired in times when the company is experiencing a slump in financial performance. This is because internal company politics and differing leadership styles render people vulnerable.
If a founder gets fired, then the company's investors have obviously lost confidence in that founder's ability to establish profitability. Or, in the case of a company that is already turning a profit, they do not consider the founder capable of helping the company grow and evolving to meet the needs of a changing market.
...Strategies for Avoiding Dismissal....
Tech Crunch advises executives to always remain defensive, working with key players and building personal relationships with board members and shareholders. These, according to Tech Crunch, are the most important strategies in defending oneself from being attacked by the board of one's own company.
Founders and CEOs need to focus on more than the fact that they are indispensable – they also need to recognize the areas in which they are vulnerable. They can do this in a number of ways:
Knowing whether or not a board vote is enough to fire them.
Being aware of whether or not alleged wrongdoings need to have taken place in order for them to be dismissed.
Keeping one's ears open to listen for complaints and expressions of discontent, and Being careful of the contracts that they sign. An important step that CEOs can take to protect their position is to get all promises in writing. A CEO should never trust anybody who claims to always have his or her back. Yes, happened to Steve Job, he was sacked from apple |

I hope facts is understandable to you. I don't deal with sentiment Lol, u are lost here. Firstly u can't even determine the Location of death from autopsy. So what ever report they gave here was trash. Secondly were did the 99 dead bodies came from? The fact that they saw 99 dead bodies litter around Lagos should worry every reasonable person. There's no math to calculate b4 us here, they should tell us where they got the 99 bodies from. An autopsy report on each of them. Then we can draw a conclusion. |

Twitter is entitled to have its Policy
Nigeria also has policy on who can operate in Nigeria
This is nothing new whether in China France Israel or Turkey
If Twitter disagrees it can go to a Nigerian court to challenge the decision. That is the point And is that a decision one minister should take? From all indication this decision of banning twitter was taken by lia Mohammed n buhari just gave in a nod. |

Rissamenti: So why have they left Kanu to be posting his own without problems? Kanu operates mainly on Radio biafra, an online radio. He's presence on twitter isn't that big. Secondly twitter didn't just deleted buhari's tweet. The tweet was reported by millions of Nigerians that's why it got deleted. If millions of Nigerians report kanu's tweet, it will be deleted too. |
Politics › Re: When Will Twitter Ban Nnamdi Kanu's Hate Speeches? by Techguy96(m): 10:39am On Jun 05, 2021 |
omonnakoda: What is important here is not whether he was right to delete it or not
The question is whether he should have such power. Whether such power should be in the hand of one company.
That is like one company having the power to say who uses the Atlantic Ocean
Naturally If a company has such power bias would creep in especially with regard to it business interests and that of its rivals
So you will see that internationally Twitters wings would be clipped In fact if it was a Chinese company would if ever have gained so much prominence?
I say everything I say with my eye on a time when people would no longer remember Buhari's name
Twitter is performing a self appointed function of determining what is kosher or not. That cannot be allowed by any sensible country especially if Twitter is making money in that country an perhaps not paying any tax.
This is a struggle for power It's the companies policies, buhari also made a live video saying the exact words in those tweet, it was broadcast on NTA n different TV stations. Twitter has no power as u assume here. Twitter is just a social media platform the govt can decide not to use the platform when they did same to trump, he simply created his own media n his followers left twitter n joined him. So are u saying if a buhari post an inappropriate content on niaraland, seun doesn't have the right to delete such content? One thing u should know is that twitter does this everytime, recently they suspended half of Nigeria influencer on twitter, twitter delete n suspend people everytime, so it not like a target on buhari or anything. |
