Yes, you can submit your visa application with this type of conditional offer. It's not compulsory to pay tuition deposit in this case. But paying can facilitate a positive visa outcome. Muslimity: |

Hi, It's fine. The test results would have been sent. IRCC always sends that follow-up message once a sputum test is required. However, IOM already knew in advance, that was why they did the sputum test even before IRCC sent the message. dollext: 1 Like |

Yes, he can state the refusal and mention that he has provided further documentation. He doesn't have to mention what exactly he is doing differently, especially if he doesn't have the GCMS note. Adeola4568: 1 Like |

You will have to reprint her statement after the transfer is made. Try to include her source of income too (business receipts and registration documents, pay slips, investment liquidation documents, etc). ademma2022: |

Hmm. Anyway, 100m is even more than 160K. Could you please do a breakdown of how you arrived at 126K as POF? Also, adolescence or otherwise doesn't necessary affect the required POF. It's minimum of 3K per year (outside Quebec) irrespective of age. MatrixReloaded: |

If the sponsor was your mum, did you submit your birth certificate ? If you did, then your mum can transfer part of the money to your account. And you submit the two statements. Ordinarily, the VO shouldn't be concerned about access to money when your mother is the sponsor. I hope her account statement was ok in the first place. The current processing time is 10 weeks, more or less. The sooner you reapply, the better. ademma2022: |

You can show the receipt you issued to the buyer, your conversations (if available) and copies of the car documents. A car is not a strong tie compared to families and landed property. You should be fine. Temi475: |

Is the applicant inside Canada? Or have they submitted visa application already? If yes, I can help check out some schools. If none of the cases applies, then January/March is too close. realogk: |

Get all the required documents and walk into DHL or UPS office. Tell them you would like to send your passport to Canada visa office for stamping. They are familiar with the procedure. You would pay for a 2-way transmission. InnoReborn: 2 Likes |

Hello, sorry to see this. Many issues could be associated with finance apart from the balance. I would advise you request for GCMS note to understand what went wrong. But if you can't wait, you could allow someone with experience to review your bank statement. Pheranmie2023: |
