She can liquidate into her own account and transfer to you. ademma2022: She is trying to liquidate the money directly into my account, will that work, but also will having part of the money in my as an undergraduate be red flag, note I have also have work experience and payslip as well |

You will have to reprint her statement after the transfer is made. Try to include her source of income too (business receipts and registration documents, pay slips, investment liquidation documents, etc). ademma2022: I submitted my birthday certificate, 1. Can I use the old statement of account and my mother is trying to liquidate some funds into my account, will that work and what other documents can I add to my application to strengthen it. |

Hmm. Anyway, 100m is even more than 160K. Could you please do a breakdown of how you arrived at 126K as POF? Also, adolescence or otherwise doesn't necessary affect the required POF. It's minimum of 3K per year (outside Quebec) irrespective of age. MatrixReloaded: Nope, 100m is about 126k CAD. Family of 5... dependant, wife, 3 kids (2 adolescents) Weighing the current factors of refusal one will deduce that financial issues have been the locker head. |

If the sponsor was your mum, did you submit your birth certificate ? If you did, then your mum can transfer part of the money to your account. And you submit the two statements. Ordinarily, the VO shouldn't be concerned about access to money when your mother is the sponsor. I hope her account statement was ok in the first place. The current processing time is 10 weeks, more or less. The sooner you reapply, the better. ademma2022: Good Afternoon house, I would like to reapply for a study visa to Canada, After reviewing my GCMS notes, The Only concern of the Vo is that He / She does not think I have access to the money, 1. How do I prove I have Access to the money 2. Can I use the same Bank statement from My sponsor that I submitted 2 months ago for a new Visa Application pls note the sponsor is my mother. 3. when is the latest time to apply for my visa since my admission is open till May Entry.
Please house, Help a soul here |

You can show the receipt you issued to the buyer, your conversations (if available) and copies of the car documents. A car is not a strong tie compared to families and landed property. You should be fine. Temi475: Please if I sold my car and send the proceed of the car sale to my account as POF, what document do I need to provide to back it up in my sop. Do I also need to attach picture of the car?? |

You can apply at the same time. Just show enough proofs of marriage (certificate, photos), adequate funds and home ties. Vickbife111: Good evening, my husband wants to apply for his study permit and we’re thinking of traveling together. We just got married recently, can we apply at the same time? We were told he has to travel there first before I can apply? Kindly advise on this🙏 |

Get all the required documents and walk into DHL or UPS office. Tell them you would like to send your passport to Canada visa office for stamping. They are familiar with the procedure. You would pay for a 2-way transmission. InnoReborn: please how do I do this? |

No. But show that the transaction narration on your bank statement aligns with the investment company's name. Other documents that confirm the liquidation can be added. Idbell: Please house, A genuine investment certificate for proof of lump sum is it a red flag? 🙏🏻 |

Just submit via courier. InnoReborn: Hi Guys, quick question. My PPR dropped on Friday but my agent has not been able to book appointment with VFS for my passport submission.
He said it is busy right now and suggested that I go to the cafes at the VFS office and try.
What do you guys think. The 30 day period to get the passport to the embassy has already started counting and it is giving me anxiety. |

CBN rate, Bank of Canada rate or IRCC rate. You can Google the last two. Seunthewriter: Please, an issue has been troubling my mind for a long time now.
When trying to provide the proof of funds, should I base it on the CBN rate or the black market rate?

Hello, sorry to see this. Many issues could be associated with finance apart from the balance. I would advise you request for GCMS note to understand what went wrong. But if you can't wait, you could allow someone with experience to review your bank statement. Pheranmie2023: Good day my people, My husband and 2 kids applied for spousal work permit and study permit for the children August 23. They got refused after a week based on financial ground. The POF shows #30m. We wish to apply again next week. I kindly need your input guys. Below is the officer reason. |

It won't necessarily affect. Just mention in the form that you have been denied before. Realpaulpat: Hello Gurus in the house. Please I’ve got a question to ask. I applied for study permit to Canada last year and was denied. ( I was single then). And I’m planing on applying again but this time around I’m married and I want my Wife to be the principal applicant why I be the dependant. My question now is hope me being the dependant won’t result to something negative since I was denied before? Thanks |

1. That's fine, once you can justify it. The 'purpose of visit' part of your LOE needs to be really convincing and personalized (i.e. should be specific to your experience and goals). 2. It should fly. Try work on your home ties too. TMVetcare: Technix pls i really need ur quick response in regards to the following question 1. Am an HND holder in Animal Health and going for Clinical Laboratory Diploma in Canada, pls is this a good career path?
2. I want to sponsor myself. I have a registered business but I want to sell a landed property worth of 15m for the sponsorship. Pls will this fly with relevant backup documents. Tx |

Yes, the husband will need to write a short letter on why he is accompanying (there is a place to upload that). Twostep: Good evening guys, please for a family of 3 (wife as primary applicant, husband and 1 year as dependant) for study permit visa.. does one SOP for the wife cover for all or is it better or required the husband also has his sop stating why he’s leaving work to be with wife for the duration of the 1 year program ?
Also, please is there anyone here exceptional in sop writing/review that can help review/adjust one (if the need arises) asap ?
I would appreciate your responses, many thanks |
