Well, Quebec has a special PR program for their graduates but you must have worked in the province for a year and you need a FRENCH exam.

However, you can as well move to another province to work after graduation.

1. You can do a course related to business. Perhaps, a post graduate diploma in business management or even MBA.

2. You shouldn't have a problem getting admitted. Just try choose a course related to your work experience and check the admission requirements.

3. You can apply for them immediately you get to Canada. Since you don't have much money saved, applying together may be more challenging.

4. Well, some schools don't have openings for September anymore. I think January 2024 should be more realistic.

As for your husband and two sons, did you indicate in your study permit application that they would join you later? If yes, you may start their application before you leave.

But in any case, try to delay the application a bit so that you would have gotten your study permit in Canada before their applications are finalized (cos some visa officers refard your spouse ineligible for c42 if you haven't gotten your study permit). Then you can upload the study permit to support their application.

I recently just got PPR for study visa, to resume in May.
I used an agent, and was told my 10month old baby's application wasn't approved, and they're about to apply for a reconsideration.

These agents have always wasted a lot of time, even after I gave them all the documents they requested for, and that's why I couldn't make September 2022 intake nor January 2023 intake.

I'm having second thoughts using them for the applications of my husband and two sons (4 and 6 years old).

My husband and sons were used as my home tie, so I'm worried about how to navigate that detail if I chose to do their application myself.

Also, is it okay to apply for them now before I leave for Canada in April?

2. It varies between cities and depends on individual lifestyle. I would say 1,200CAD/month. However, the visa office requires you to demonstrate a financial sufficiency of least 10,000CAD per year (assuming you are studying outside Quebec).

3. That will depend on the agent if you are not doing the application yourself. Study permit fee is 150CAD and biometric fee is 85CAD. You may want to use Google for ticket fee.

4. Medical exam fee (Approximately 60,000Naira)

5. Have the annual tuition fee and living expenses for a year (and extra 5,000CAD). Then show that you can afford the second-year tuition and living expenses either through a constant income source or a sponsor. Yes, It is better to include your husband and apply for SOWP for him. You can apply for study permits for the 9 and 7. As for home ties, a leave letter from your husband's workplace can help. Since he even owns a company, that's another tie. If he has parents or siblings, they are also a means of demonstrating ties.

I really need your suggestions. I applied for study visa for myself and VV tor my 4 kids (9,7,4 and 1) on the 4th September 2022, mine was approved on 28th September while my kids applications were all refused based on lack of financial assets. (POF was 36mil although 23mil was in my husbands company account and others spread across his 3 personal savings account). We reapplied on 28th October with more funds (42mil but we had recently moved 28million from company account to his personal savings account a week prior to this and had 14 million in his 2 personal savings accounts ) we also got a notarized letter of sponsorship stating that he will pay our bills. We got my youngest child on a daycare waitlist too. We got another set of refusals on 25th November. We have ordered for GCMS notes on Monday the 28th of November. Please when we are reapplying , what can we do differently. Should we include my husband in the new application? We didn’t include him in the first two applications because of the issue of home ties. What category of visa should we apply for him and our kids this time?

What do you mean by having limited space though? Do you mean file size? You can compress the files and confirm again that they are legible.

But my issue is that when I wanted to submit my application the Tem. Residence Form did not generate a barcode but was validated,only the Student Permit had a bar code and btw my family info. I printed it out and signed and uploaded it..I dont know if this is going to affect my application because my eligibility started mid of sept. and a ghost update on oct. 1th but till now no update.

I cannot give further specific responses without knowing your situation.

Should be around 5,000Naira. It's not compulsory for study visa application though.

Update: I learnt it's now very expensive (about 30 to 50K). Personally, I wouldn't advise anyone to spend that on police character certificate for study permit or SOWP (when it's not express entry). If IRCC needs it eventually, they will contact the candidate to submit one.
