Enemy of progress detected, keep off! |

Please ignore this attention seeker. I am a Christian but doubt he is a Muslim from Nigeria, living in Nigeria. More like he is a Middle East terrorisT that has been fed with lies about Nigeria. |
yfirstson: So you also can still attest to the fact that there are many terrible portions on the road that has been under construction for years. It's so shameful Nigerians like you celebrate mediocrity.I am not a hypocrite like you. Like I said, If you claim they are too slow in repairing the road, I will support you on that. The person you are defending sounded like the road is ABANDONED. Read his post, that's why I replied. They are working on the road, but in my opinion, they are slow. So stop the hate and get a life. For your info, I also use the numerous terrible roads all over Lagos that have been from bad to worse, 14years after ACN/APC government. So keep your rant about celebrating mediocrity, you who dance to any tune by Tinubu and ACN/APC. |
yfirstson: Are you sure you are not blind? Is there any work that has been done from cocnut to liverpool? That's the section mentioned and it's one of d worst thing you can see in the world.I am not blind especially to your misleading tactics. My point is that they are on that road repairing it, whichever portion they choose to do first is their lot. You and your fellow is sounding like they have neglected the road. WORK IS ONGOING, they will get to Coconut - Liverpool stretch, that's not the only terrible portion of the express my friends. |
ilugunboy: No sane and self respecting motorist ply the Apapa -Oshodi road again...it's condemned totally right from Coconut down to Liverpool bridge. You are a very wicked and mischievous person. I ply that road daily. Julius Berger has been on that road since 2011 as far as I can remember. They are currently at Cele - Ijesha stretch and also at Berger - Coconut stretch at full capacity, so I don't know what you are talking about. The major cause of traffic on the road is because of work ongoing. If you say they are a bit slow, I might agree with you, because I think so, not this mischievous comment here trying to mislead people. |
Oh! My beloved Benin City is being handed over to criminals? You should have arrested all of them and crime will reduce to the barest minimum! They are the true perpetrators of crime. |
Over 2500 people viewing this thread!!! Seun, you too much!!! Don't ask me how I know please.... ![]() |
68. (1) A member of the Senate or of the House of Representatives shall vacate his seat in the House of which he is a member if - (g) being a person whose election to the House was sponsored by a political party, he becomes a member of another political party before the expiration of the period for which that House was elected; payless: Neither Tukur nor PDP has the power to declare a seat vacant. Their seats become vacant only by death, recall, incapacitation or imprisonment. Anything short of those reasons I listed should be regarded as arbitrary of law. |
Anyone who thinks the Core North have problem with GEJ as a person should think again. It's against anyone that is from SW, SS, SE and even MB/Core Northern Christians. I served in the North and know first hand what I'm saying. Here's a statement issued in 2010 after their "collabo" meeting, this has nothing to do with party but a desire to RULE everyone else. The North is determined, if that happens, to make the country ungovernable for Jonathan or any other Southerner who finds his way to the seat of power. Kaita, however, said he was happy that some notable Northerners, such as former military President, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd); Atiku; former Head of State, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari; former National Security Adviser (NSA), Lt-General Aliyu Gusau (rtd) and a few others are in the race to represent the interest of the North. The highlighted speaks volume, "the Interest of the North" not Nigeria. But they have a hard nut to crack, the MB and Christian North which will root for GEJ anyday. I have friends who are indgenes from Kaduna, Gombe, Borno, Jos, Taraba, Adamawa, Benue and they are all rooting for GEJ and SS against Hausa/Fulani core North. I'm not so comfortable with the trend but it is real. |
Enough of the whining, take control of your phone, determine who can send you sms or call. Stop all those annoying sms and calls from short codes and hidden/private/restricted numbers. This is specifically for Smart devices. If you use Nokia Touch-light, pele oh, I can't help you. We are in the age where phones are now "smart". You can easily decide what numbers should call or text you. Let me quickly run through Blackberry and Android phones. What applies with these 2 will hold in most other platforms (Iphone, Windows phone, Symbian etc) BLACKBERRY 1. Use CALL CONTROL downloadable from Appworld. You can set-up a blacklist in several criteria. - All unknown numbers (i.e. you can stop all hidden/private numbers from calling you) - Specific country/area code (i.e. you can stoop calls from any number that starts with +234 for example) - Just add codes/numbers to a blacklist and enable call control 2. PHONE WARRIOR downloadable from Appworld. You can block sms and calls from unwanted sources. 3. SMS Blocker can also block sms. ANDROID 1. You can use both the native call and sms applications to block both calls and sms respectively. Long press on any SMS and add to spam. To block calls, long press on the number and add to "Reject List". 2. Use CALL CONTROL for android. Download the app from play store and create your Blacklist. 3. You may also download "Caller ID & Block Calls, Texts". This is actually the PHONE WARRIOR in Blackberry but for android. NB: I will advice not to block 121 (Glo customer care no.), 180 (MTN customer care), Etisalat and Airtel customer care numbers. If they are to reach you, lets say you applied for a job there, you are on your own oh ![]() |
“They now need additional thirty to forty-five minutes to reach their school and the same amount of time to return home,” said the parent.1. The government now decides which school the children go to, irrespective of their location? 2. The mall cannot be located any where else other than that school's location? 3. And some APC apologist will criticize people as being tyrants? SMH 4. This is from SaharaReporters ? Signs of .... |
She actually announced her 3 weeks husbands death via Facebook? Ridiculous! She should have posted his picture and tag it "death tinz" or her own and tag it "widow tinz". If I were related to the man, I'll have her as prime suspect. RIP to the dead. |
nokingasgod: Think your name suggests that of an individual who is a technology freak and capable of using technology to unravel mysteries, a serious mind not given to frivolities. If this is true, I found it difficult to reconcile the thought-process of you convincingly accusing me of having a dual-personality with that of a supposed ''TechyGuy''Yea, a tech enthusiast, student, teacher, pro, or whatever you call it, but also discuss politics, that's not dual personality. So, are you Demdem? |
nokingasgod: Gulak said, “Amaechi is a drowning man whose plan is just to pitch the President against the people of Rivers State but people of the state know better and they have turned against him (the governor). You sure have dual personality, one the is uncouth (Demdem) and this more refined you. I prefer this moniker to your other monikers, you may be taken seriously when your posts are without curse words like when you post as Demdem. |
Sir Cee: IGP, the N L C & T U C have spoken the minds of Nigerian. Pls give peace a chance by transfering Mr Mbu out of River State. A word is enough for the wise. And bring in an officer that Amaechi can ask to beat up a House member like we saw on video during the house crisis? Thanks but no thanks. It's not Nigerian's that spoke, it's Amaechi's payroll-ers and touts. |
giftbz: . PEJ no longer seen on the scene doesn't mean she is completely out, she is a very smart woman, working from. behind the scene, and that makes her more dangerous.Oh, she is smart now? I thought the prof and his folks said she's all sorts but smart? Is it just like they call GEJ tyrant and oppressor after calling him a weakling for so long? |
nokingasgod: And guess who will prosecute the prime suspects?...Demdem? Just saying.... ![]() |
Amaechi is afraid for his life in Rivers where he claims every body is behind him? Which ADC is he looking for, so he can corrupt them and teach them how to molest lawmakers? Anyway, he is finished politically. He doesn't need to be killed, he's killed his future in politics already. I don't think Tinubu and Buhari can have him in APC after-all, he will be trouble to them as well. |
If you use a smart phone, this can be handled easily with SMS/call blockers. When I used Blackberry I handled it with Call Control for Blackberry. Now on Android I use Go SMS pro to screen SMS. Just long press on the sms and the menu pops up, select, "Add to blacklist". You can also use the stock SMS app. Long press on the message to get the menu, select "Register number as spam" and confirm. For Calls from those funny Glo and Airtel numbers, you can use 3rd party apps from Play Store e.g. Call Control for Android. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flexaspect.android.everycallcontrol&hl=en). Just Add the numbers to blacklist and turn on blacklist function, then you can sleep all night. ![]() You can also blacklist numbers with your default call/contact app on Android. Long press on any number and select "Add to reject list". Enjoy. TechyGuy. |
When you see Muslims trying to defend Terrorist groups by quoting Old Testament, you just understand why their terrorism will last a long time. POINTS: 1. OLD TESTAMENT IS JUDAISM, Jesus came to "abolish" it, that's why he was rejected by the custodians of the Old Covenant (The Old Testament). 2. Christians are not on the foundation of the Law and books of Moses, but under Jesus Christ: Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; Eph 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: Eph 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. Eph 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; Eph 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: Eph 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. 3. Why do Muslims claim the Bible is full of error and then pick some scriptures to justify their terrorist stance? |

Okay this is where I usually have difficulty writing my resume/CV. I have all of the skills listed in all categories. ![]() My way around it is to list skills that relate to a position/job requirement. |
I have seized to bother about the comments of APC and Anti-GEJ's critics since there is nothing he does that will be seen as good. More so, they do not want him to succeed. They wish he fails, so any move towards progress by GEJ, offends them. What will surprise me is if the same APC goons start using the same standard for their APC/nPDP fellows. |
abubaka101: No you're wrong! Maybe you're looking at it from the Nigerian angle... But the truth is, among Smartphones, there is no official Messenger app, and Whatsapp is the only thing close to that title, but everybdy knws they are using the "trial version" and would have to start paying after a year! Imagine!!You are incorrect. Whatsapp has about 300 million active users, and bbm has about 40 million. Google it out for yourself. Whatsapp is way more popular. And Whatsapp yearly price is just 0.99 dollars(1 dollar approx). That's FREE if you ask me. Vibre is even more popular than bbm, with over 200 million users. |
Running it already! Quite cool interface. Think it's the same interface with BBM on bb10 devices. |
equlibrium: You r right my brov, its been an uphill battle tellin ppl in Nigeria, don't follow him just cos he is Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Ijaw, Fulani etc. But I must confess its a lost cause, dis dudes dat have been trolling me on this tread do dis cos of tribal sentiments, yet I am the same tribe with dem and the infamous tinubu, we all suffer the same rot directly or indirectly, I am not team GEJ laptop crew, my philosophy is simple, there are only two tribes in Nigeria, not 200 or 250, just 2. Rich and poor, no middle ground, no Yoruba, Hausa, igbo, ijaw, no religion, notin! And yes I can wish death for my enemy, cos I consider dem all my enemies, tinubu, ibori, obj, ibb, chimaroke nnamani, gej, orji uzor Kali, deziani, gej, if u r corrupt, if u take wants mine/ours as a collective, if u improvish the masses, u r my enemy and I wish u dead.We have very few who think the way you do. We all need to think like this if we want One Nigeria, but I fear we don't. |
He said virtually all important persons in APC particularly in Southwest had visited Tinubu, including some of the state governors, members of the National Assembly and local government chairmen from Lagos State. At the highlighted, what happens to the voters and e-warriors like Eko-Ile/Agbameta, Gbawe, Demdem, Berem, Dayokano and the others? Are they no longer important ? This is not fair, every one is important, including the paid propagandists. In fact, they should be seen as more important as that's where APC is making progress the most. |
ilugunboy: That is not true.Bro, you are not correct. I will vamoose Lagos the moment my firm says go! I will even accept pay cut to leave Lagos. Most people who say otherwise are those who grew up here and a handful who just enjoy the hyper activity. |
goldfish80: This traffic jam in china lasted 13 daysWOW. See how organized the traffic is. You can't get that in Nigeria. |
Why is everywhere dark? Is it the OP's phone or the street lights? ![]() |
