Chiedu4Trump: Guys no suffer una sef, Christians From Nigeria Can Claim Political Asylum
Many western countries have a law that if u suffer from religious persecutions you can claim asylum.
The UK in particular is adamant that if u suffer from religious persecution that you can claim asylum.
Read https://www.gov.uk/claim-asylum/eligibility That format don cast!!!! The argument is based on whether there are other parts of the country that support peaceful co-existence!! A lady from Leeds used the Modakeke crisis and FGM concerns re: her daughter:---- did not work In addition, the pittance given whilst the application is under scrutiny is not at all the picture we have at home, of Europe!!! The suffering you claim is going on is the suffering PDP pushed us into with their mindless looting. Are you suffering from selective amnesia?
Okonji iweala, Sanusi and even Soludo all indicted GEJ when they said Nigeria was already in recession under GEJ but he was just using money from the reserves to block the effects and Also when they said he refused to save despite all their pleas.
Let me remind you of their atrocities within just 4 years of GEJs stay as President since you have forgotten.

The British-Iranian TV host said :“By all definitions and descriptions, the Nigeria’s so called herdsmen are terrorists and if President Buhari doesn’t believe so, then it would be difficult for anyone to reasonably absolve him (Buhari) from complicity”. “I cover wars and crisis as a journalist, I think I know, and the world also knows how terrorists operate”.

buhariguy: I disagree. FDI was into stock market not into infrastructural development which is the real sector. Such fictitious economy can never be sustainable. It will not last, the foreign investors only came to make profit on short term and runaway. Under this government, you can see the FDI are into infrastructure. Buhari has visited almost all nations to attract them, as you can see from those signing of agreement with foreigners into infrastructure.
Instead of your ineffectual buffoon to attract foreign investors into power sector, he sold it to his cronies local criminals. I hear you... But we are talking about 2 different things. The topic at hand is 8 million pple have lost their jobs-- largely white collar jobs.. To answer your question rather quickly... FDI is quite important, as one could argue depending on the economic life cycle at the time,it may be more important than infrastructural development. Personally they should go hand in hand if the opportunity presents itself. The FDI though primarily in the stock market buoyed up the economy: increased spending power in addition to increased borrowing due to strong confidence in performance. This supported both micro and macro economies on the short to mid-term range. In manufacturing and the service industry, it helped run and sustain the economy. The infrastructural investment you have identified but is not publicly known, will support on the longterm... But what happens in between?? The people suffer, no food, no housing, no clothing, no good healthcare, mortality increases, fertility drops... According to your theories, your infrastructures are in place, the populace is either malnourished, ill or not in a position to buy.. Then infrastructure wilts as there's nobody to use or maintain or refurbish!! Life is a cycle/ continuum.. Disuse atrophy soon sets in, leading to maladies or malaises. Overall, Balance is a perspective this administration lacks...obvious in a lot of their policies.!! Every government tries to build on the predecessor's achievements. Selfish ones will try to rename or rehash previous achievements as theirs but the people aren't suffering!! Decimating the economy handed over to him was a great error of judgment on Buhari's part!! . |

buhariguy: Good, buhari is working and the jobless aggressive lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra are not feeling it because they are aggressively lazy.
They don't want to enter farm, they are looking for lazy work of importation to do, This was how their ineffectual buffoon kill the economy by empowering lazy idiotic pigs to be importing all manner of goods like shit and toothpick. Is that the kind of employment that will sustain the economy,? will that sustain the economy?, so where is the job the ineffectual buffoon created?
Moreover, this report is when we were officially in recession. As importation business has reduced, which throw millions of the jobless aggressive lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra into labor market.
I know the jobless aggressive lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra will dispute the next report before 2019 election and that will be favourable more than 2014. They will be crying of fake report. Errrhhhmmmmm Mind your language Sir It goes a long way in helping others understand your comments if its sanitized, thanks very much!! Now to the matter.. I believe the jobs affected would be white collar jobs not importation fronts/ cartels which will not reflect in this exercise... Maybe under tax revenues but not here. Do let's be factual and not be given or drawn to the follies of partisanship or tribal slants. Jobs have been lost in many sectors over the last year or so....name it -- banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, and allied services. Remember the forex fiasco!!! Companies have pulled their services out. FDI has reduced drastically We are no longer courted by new investors hoping 9ja is the new El Dorado. The old ones are scrutinising contracts to seek and take the least punitive get-out clauses!!! Financially, its abysmal despite monies raised via bonds and other government instruments: foreign loans and monies being repatriated. It would take a great degree of self-deceit not to acknowledge this. The economy needs sustainance and diversification with credible initiatives measured in a smart format. The extreme focus on corruption tipped the economy perilously over the edge. Even a mosquito was deemed corrupt. The lack of balance was so overt and only made worse the underlying lack of VISION!!! There has been little by way of implementing a macro-policy with an overarching consensus. Rather it's micro managing the system, chasing little fires here and there whilst the entire forest is systematically being consumed in a raging inferno!!! Lack of a desire to sort this out is cleverly hidden under confabulation! . |

Racoon: A total of 7.956 million Nigerians became unemployed between January 2016 and September 30, 2017, data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows.
This unemployment report survey for the third quarter of 2017 released by the NBS on December 22, 2017 puts the number at 7.956 million more than the 8,036 million in stood in 2015 Q4.
The bureau in the report stated that the number of Nigerians that became unemployed rose from 8,036 million in 2015 fourth quarter to 15.998 million in third quarter of 2017.
READ ALSO: More Nigerians Become Jobless As Unemployment Rate Increases In Q3
The report said further that between the second quarter and third quarter of 2017, the number of economically active or working age population (15 – 64 years of age) increased from 110.3 million to 111.1 million.
“The unemployment rate increased from 14.2 per cent in Q4 2016 to 16.2 per cent in Q2 2017 and 18.8 per cent in Q3 2017. The number of people within the labor force who are unemployed or underemployed increased from 13.6 million and 17.7 million respectively in Q2 2017, to 15.9 million and 18.0 million in Q3 2017.
“Total unemployment and underemployment combined increased from 37.2 per cent in the previous quarter to 40 per cent in Q3 2017.
“The labor force population increased from 83.9 million in Q2 2017 to 85.1 million in Q3 2017. The total number of people in full-time employment (at least 40 hours a week) declined from 52.7 million in Q2 2017 to 51.1 million in Q3 2017.”
NBS in the report blames the increasing unemployment and underemployment rates on Nigeria’s fragile economy despite the exit from recession. The report explained that domestic labor market is still fragile and economic growths in the past two quarters in 2017 have not been strong enough to provide employment in Nigeria’s domestic labor market.
“An economic recession is consistent with an increase in unemployment as jobs are lost and new jobs creation is stalled.
“A return to economic growth provides an impetus to employment. However, employment growth may lag, and unemployment rates worsen especially at the end of a recession and for many months after,” the report said.
During the third quarter of 2017, according to the report, 21.2 percent of women within the labour force (aged 15-64 and willing, able, and actively seeking work) were unemployed, compared to 16.5 percent of men within the same period.
The report also noted that underemployment was predominant in the rural areas as 26.9 percent of rural residents within the labour force in were underemployed compared to 9 percent of urban residents within the same period.
See table of the report below:
https://www.channelstv.com/2017/12/22/7-9-million-nigerians-became-unemployed-21months-nbs/amp/?__twitter_impression=true Buhari and the relevant minister should please respond swiftly..... Not by confabulations via Lai Mohammed but by creation of steady jobs and supporting a viable growing economy Not in "paper" as seen by the "?npower" recruitment aka keyboard warriors, sanitising their PR online But by viable visible measurable and specific short and longterm strategies of sustainable growth in the economy!! . |

senatordave1: Plateau:buhari has never won there but had his best showing last year garnering over 40% of the votes.i see the same thing happening or with buhari getting close to 50% since the governor is apc and plateau hasnt recorded violence like the pdp days.again, senator jang who rigs for pdp has been heavily demoralized by the government. Benue:Benue has certainly been won over by the pdp due to the fulani herdsmen killing spree which has made the people detest apc.apc will likely win benue zone b where akume rules, get some reasonable votes from zone a.apc should get over 30% of the votes.but ortom will likely not be returned as the governor. Niger: it is heavily dominated by buhari and apc since 2011.buhari should win here heavily polling close to a milion votes. Kwara:saraki will likely win it for pdp but the fulanis plus the growing opposition to the saraki dynasty should give apc more than 30% of votes. Kogi:although majority of kogites hate yahaya, his ebira people are solidly behind him.they will deliver bloc votes to buhari like never before.since kogi guber polls wont hold in february, the governor will relocate to kogi west to frustrate melaye, canvass votes for adeyemi and buhari.the okun people are not against buhari but bello.many of them will vots buhari.again, faleke will influence votes for buhari.the igala people are also against bello but a lot of them especially the muslims will vote buhari.buhari should get between 55 to 65 percent of the votes. Nasarawa:buhari has never won here but loses marginally to pdp.pdp has gotten weaker here l.buhari will marginally win here for the first time. Abuja:buhari always loses here marginally but with apc controling the local councils,he will likely win here marginally. In conclusion, buhari may still lose marginally here but but the loss will be neutralized by the south west votes.the northwest will take care of the ss/se while the north east votes like in 2015 will crown buhari as the winner... Interesting analysis Would love to see how this pans out early next year?? . |

Despite the Agf and DPP, which is highest organ of government that has final say on any criminal matters, has said that senate president has no case to answer. Yet police continues to harass him. 2019 election will determine our fate in this country. I just don't get it with 9ja politics presently.. Is it a case of desperation to win 2019? .. Where the present people in power keep getting involving in meaningless pursuits which only lead to more ineptitude and loss of face in the public gallery whilst wasting more public funds and human hours!!! IMHO, Saraki gets the good publicity of being the truthful child being made to look like an errant teenager as these allegations though long drawn through the courts of law, resulting in unnecessary expenses, have been nullified at the feet of different bodies-- DPP There are more pertinent issues for IGP to sort out... 1) The destruction of life, cattle and livelihood in the middle belt Extension of which is now apparent in Zamfara 2) Displaying a credible police force that treats it's members right-- paid up salaries and other emoluments, appropriate training and self-development with adequate welfare packages. If he wants drama, then consider the following, which are actually under his jurisdiction The fraud allegations against some of Buhari's henchmen in Dubai. Or better still investigate the "Adeosungate" - certificate mess To mention a few... Not being a toothless Rottweiler that gives a headache whenever it barks!! I remain solitary, not given to any political party/ machinery... So I'm just an observer, not any organization's mouthpiece! But its distressing watching the political games being played on a daily basis, the name-calling, hounding of opponents when many lives are at risk... More so when the APC broom is yet to clean its house properly of thieves, sycophants and obscurities. Charity begins at home, no be so Simply distressing!! God bless Nigeria!! Butterflyle0: Below is the real gist. Note he was replaced by an Ibo man.
The Plateau Peace and Good Governance Watch, a civil society group has reacted to the removal of Major General Anthony Atolagbe as the Commander of Operation Safe Haven by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin.
Olonisakin had removed Atolagbe and subsequently replaced him with Major General Augustine Chris Chukwudi Agundu as the new Commander, a development many observers attributed to the increased attacks in Plateau State. Reacting to the development, the Plateau Peace and Good Governance Watch said it received with satisfaction the removal of Major General Atolagbe and the subsequent appointment of Agundu, which it believes would curtail criminality in Plateau axis.
It commended the decision of the Defence Headquarters in this regard, decrying that if it had come earlier, lives that were lost due to the former Commander’s negligence would have been averted.
Rev. Ezra Samuel, National Co-ordinator of the group in a statement made available to our correspondent said the removal of Major General Atolagbe, was long overdue because of his alleged romance with political players at the detriment of the lives of citizens.
Samuel said, “Contrary to the news making the rounds and being sponsored by Atolagbe’s associates, he was removed over his negligent handling of the recent crisis that resulted in loss of lives in Plateau state which manifested in his failure to address the crisis in line with laid down protocols."
“This willful negligence might have jolted the Defence Headquarters into action but Atolagbe’s collusion with fifth columnists that are resolute on destroying Nigeria is something that has always been known but no one was willing to put themselves in harm’s way since he is known to unleash death in the guise of armed herdsmen on anyone that attempt to expose his shady dealings."
“There was further strong basis to prove that under Atolagbe’s watch, details of military operations were passed on to killers hired by disgruntled politicians while soldiers were also directed to stand down from chasing and apprehending the murderers. This explains the brutal efficiency with which the killers decimated entire communities while the former Commander was dining with his patrons."
He therefore advised the new Commander of Operation Safe Haven, Major General Augustine Chris Chukwudi Agundu, to avoid the apparent failings of his predecessor in the discharge of his duties. “He should distance himself from ethnic sympathies that could becloud judgment and taint professional reputation because this was one caution that his predecessor decided to do away with,” the statement added.

Billygee2u: Breaking news of national importance!!!
The Special Task Force (STF) commander in plateau state Maj Gen Atolagbe has been removed! The miyetti Allah cattle breeders association and their Fulani patrons in Aso Rock did this. Gen Atolagbe has served the Nigerian army for about 30 years and about 27 years of this is with the United Nations,he is a professional soldier. He's problems started when he refused to allow the Fulani terrorists have a field day in plateau state, he arrested 11 Fulani terrorists and paraded them, the first time this happened in Nigeria after they attacked and killed people, he was ordered from above to transfer them to Abuja where they intended to bury the story but he refused saying they should be tried in the jurisdiction of the area where the crime was commited! He went further to arrest another 7 Fulani terrorists and a third arrest of another 7 making a total of 25 high profile Fulani terrorists, including the financier of Fulani herdsmen terrorists in Nigeria who had bank transaction evidence linking him to a lot of higher ups in the country and also he exposed the armourer of Fulani herdsmen terrorists to the General during interrogation, his revelation was to say the least shocking! Gen Atolagbe was ordered from above to stop arresting Fulani terrorists and release the ones arrested to ogas at the top but he refused, saying justice must be served. Just yesterday he was invited to the National Assembly where he said he could soon be relieved of his post but that he would always stand by the Truth.. It happened today! He had used advanced finger prints technology on the bullet casings used by the Fulani terrorists to apprehend them,a technology I learnt he bought with his own money after the Defense HQ refused to get it for him! All for his quest for justice! It is now glaring that the Fulani herdsmen terrorists have godfathers in Aso Rock and can kill Nigerians anytime and anywhere and get away with it! Nigerians must rise up and say no to this Buhari govt sponsored Fulani expansionist movement! This great country of ours is under serious threat... We must wake up! My name is Adebayo lion Ogorry and I have said my mind! If this report is true..... I hope the General n family have gone into hiding and forwarded copies of verifiable evidence to The Courts in Hague amongst other organisations This genocide MUST stop!! . |

Celebrities › Re: Saidi Balogun: Fans Force Celebrities To Live Fake Lives by Tedpgrass: 12:02pm On Jul 21, 2018 |
There's a degree of narcissism that is needed to be a successful showbiz person. Coupled with shorter attention span of fans due to constant barrage from social media and the likes... I can understand the immense pressures some of these celebs are under to maintain their fan-base whilst improving on their brands.. A young artist looking to 'blow' as quickly as possible with a poor moral fibre, will definitely get into sticky situations... Saidi has only raised the need for fans to have/ display social responsibility and not support/ applaud 'dodgy shortcuts' which may be criminal in nature, in order to keep up with public expectatio . |
