in the alternative, get the soft part of meat as well as a meat tenderizer. its like a hammer. use it to make the meat very tender then use.

Cinnamon, butter nd brown sugar for the filling. I didn't have brown sugar so I used normal sugar, butter cinnamon and honey

to make brown sugar, go to any supermarket and ask for molasses. its like syrup only darker and thicker.

combine this with your normal white granulated sugar, whisk thoroughly and that gives you brown sugar.

i guess after combining all ingredients, it is flattened with rolling pin then cinnamon sprinkled all over the dough then rolled and cut into circles then baked.

Meanwhile I made Cinnamon rolls. This was just perfect! super soft, yummy and melts in the mouth. I can't believe I made this. The only problem is I can't remember the recipe I used perfectly....I remember some though.

Also, I got the wooden plate today from a freshly cut Mango tree.
