more reason you would use a foil while baking to trap steam and it cooks evenly without it being dry.

Did you slice the onion,then coats it with flour?

cut onions into large rings

then coat first with flour in which spices are added

then eggwash (eggs which are already whisked)

then breadcrumbs and then deep fried for that crunchy taste.

I haven't made this before but I have seen it made on food network.

ps- use very large white onions.

you can try blending onions. that way you get to enjoy your jollof rice without picking out the onion slices.

Well little did I know this dude has a smokehouse close by. I had the juiciest burger ever at that place and couldn’t leave without buying one of his signature barbecue sauces.
