Fish and goat are pretty much the healthiest meat you can get, and luckily in many places fish is cheap (or basically free) and goat isn't priced too bad. people post what they can afford to cook and eat. sometimes with recipes and directions on how to cook same. Questions are asked and mistakes are corrected with love. how would you feel if after you cook and someone comes to say your food looks like poo or no veggies in the meal baring in mind that it is what is at your disposal that was used. your morale will be dampened.

personally, I follow this thread for the pictures, the recipes and directions on how to cook as well as asking few questions relating to food generally. we should learn the art of empathy. correct with love and not malice.

sometimes armchair critics are the the most vocal but very bad when it comes to doing what they castigate others for. why people aren't happy because of the pattern. someone who never contributes but comes to pull others down.
