Soy can be a substitute for salt. But If you don’t use too much of it, you can still add a pinch of salt and bullion . The two each taste differently. Too much soy and you won’t be able to taste anything else in the dish.
Oyster sauce isn’t a substitute for salt. Just needs a few drops. Like eye drops honestly. Otherwise your food will have a strong fishy smell or taste. The taste when it’s just a few drops is amazing though
