Breakfast : Fried Beans + Fried Turkey

So I followed the fried beans recipe dropped by Leesah, and also followed tips from Teespice and master Chef Akposy. I only did one or two modifications by adding ginger to the pepper and tomatoes (to give it a special taste) and I also added ẹja kika to it along with the crayfish.

I must confess I've been missing alot. Eating beans mixed with oil and pepper which we usually called jollof beans is not it jare. This fried beans is the real deal. Nutrition society of Nigeria and Pediatric Association of Nigeria supposed endorse am as the only way to cook beans so children can love it grin

Thanks to everyone who chipped in one or two suggestions.
It sure looks good. Enjoy jare.

Yam Fritata for breakfast. No plantain or Irish potatoes so I used yam and it was so good. It was my first attempt though.

Please what is spaghetti spoon or tongs. Also, what is a colander.... sorry for my many questions
colander is a metallic sieve mostly used for steaming foods. sometimes it can also be used as a sieve if you do not have the plastic one.

the spoon used for serving spaghetti is a serving spoon with tentacles (imagine a spider upside down) used for serving spaghetti.

pardon my description of the spoon. that's the only illustration that came to my head.

How to cook Dangote spaghetti like a Pro. 101

Step 1.... Boil water using a large pot, please use enough water..To make sure pasta doesn’t stick.

Step 2... Salt your water and add your spaghetti into the boiling water, make sure you don't break it.

Step 3.. As the spaghetti start to cook, Stir it well using spaghetti spoon or tongs.

Step 4... Once is up to 4 minutes take out the spaghetti from the water and place it in a colander...Living the pot of spaghetti water on gass, make sure you reduce the heat.

Step 5... in the colander, add your extra virgin olive oil and stir.

While your Tomatoes or any sauce is on fire using nonstick pan....put in your spaghetti and take little hot water from the pot and add to it to continue the cooking process and add little extra virgin olive oil....Please make sure you dont stir using any spoon.. Just use your hand holding the pan and shake(like how you flip your pancake on pan) if you're not good at that, you can use chopped stick to turn. Not up to 3 minutes, turn off your gas.

NOTE:

* I prefer giving this recipe while in the kitchen with the person.

* Some folks do add oil to their boiling water, but that dont work... adding oil to water will make you start stirring continuously, because the oil always stay at the top of the water.

● Please don't come for me if you don't use Dangote spaghetti.. because he get as my body dey do me now, I nor too dey fine. Thanks for understanding. cheesy cheesy
thank you so much. I will definitely try this method.

Hola!!!

I know Golden penny is better, can you tell me how you do prepare your Dangote spaghetti? Just summarise if you can.
In a pot of water, I add salt and vegetable oil and let it boil.

once it starts boiling, I add spaghetti and stir continuously to avoid it sticking together. once it is almost done as I don't like my spaghetti fully done, I drain off the excess water and either do stir fry or eaten with sauce.

but despite doing this, it still gets so soggy.
