My understanding of what they are saying is that, one Igbo or one Yoruba does not exist. In other words, that some Yoruba dislike Igbo or vice versa is no big deal because there are many Yorubas that do not get on and same thing applies to Ndigbo. Which, as far as I`m concerned, is a fair point
you really have time to explain to that bastard sha.

truth is bitter though. as a result of what I have said, see all that has been said.

is he saying I should blindly support my tribe even if they are wrong.

People see things based on who they are.

The writer of this article will only contemplate Oby's activism in exchange for some payback from government. He therefore expects nothing less from her. Oby's is bitter that a negligent GEJ failed to nip BH in the bud early and did virtually nothing for a good 2 weeks after they were kidnapped.

PMB on his part seems incapable of delivering the girls to their loved ones and seems to have lost patience with the issue. The matter is obviously way above his head.

A prisoner exchange will prove effective in releasing the girls. Only problem is that it will simply encourage more kidnappings.

The beauty is that since BH has been de-fanged, any release of BH prisoners, should be followed up with a massive bomb up of their bases to neutralize any benefit of a prisoner exchange to BH
I get your drift.

you should know that there is no pleasing of people. if she had gotten a government appointment, people will say buhari has shut them up

She doesn't get any and they will insult her like most people are doing.

whichever way, I am pretty sure that her name will go down in posterity books.

Just asking

hypocrisy is what is killing us but yet we choose to look the other way.

the writer of that article is an igbo person. how come most of you were supporting him openly and then when I point out certain facts I get dissed to the point where I am wished death and that I won't give birth to children.

you won't see them to caution, it is me you can bare out your fangs to.

I swear some igbo girls are dumb as a rock in effort to preach "one nigeria". Thank the Good lord is usually ugly ones like yourself have that mentality.

News flash: the clowns you support actually applauded the killings of your people
The yorubas you support have asked for igbo genocide more than four times.
The haisa/fulani you support are killing you in droves.

While you are classified and told the world you are a prositute and slutty by the same group you support.

Please PLEASE marry OUT and get threaten ed like the yoloba clown who threatened to kill his imo wife if biafra comes. Never you look towards an igbo to marry and if you do, may you never have children. Amen
smh.

truth is bitter though but somehow you deluded lots have refused to see through your nosesm

I am not supporting any tribe but stated the obvious.

all your curses shall be back to sender. your children if you give birth to any will die and you will shed blood burying them. even if they don't die, they will be a curse to you to the point where you will regret giving birth to them.

if you don't say Amen to this prayer, then you are a born bastard.

you will die a painful and miserable death. your body will be on the open for wild birds and vultures to feed on. even in death you shall be cursed and your generations up to infinity will turn out to be never do wells.

That is the sad reality.

When I sojourned in the East, I kept hearing this weird advice from Igbos: " If a snake and a man from Mbaise come into your house, kill the Mbaise man before the snake." It was so odd that one would value the life of a human being lower than that of a snake!

I was also warned not to go near Mbaise girls cos they are diabolic ladies.

That's within one geopolitical zone.

The peculiar sense of right and wrong is strange. I'm sure that if Okorocha should emerge as the Presidential candidate for APC, they would give him worse treatment than the poor support they gave Ojukwu at previous elections.
sad indeed.

I am born bred Igbo girl but the hate in our midst is too much.

I just don't understand the misguided hatred.

The same hatred they showed to Dora Akunyili when she ran for Senate under APGA. The APGA-controlled state gave overwhelming votes to the ACN candidate Ngige just because Dora's reforms destroyed shady businesses; businesses that sold fake drugs that could harm children and pregnant women. They'd rather make peace with Tinubu than let Dora smell a senatorial seat.
at this rate, if FG eventually caves in and decides to allow biafra(which will happen if the hen grows teeth), we will kill ourselves with the superiority and hate.

anambra state will say it is superior to enugu state. even amongst ourselves, marrying someone who is not from a preferred state is met with stiff opposition. you would hear things like "I can't marry a girl from anambra state". it's really sickening and pathetic.

at this rate, an Igbo man can never be president. sorry to say.

Have you ever heard of "Think and Grow Rich?" Or "Work Smart Not Hard?"

I'm only trying to make you realize all my epistles are for a reason and it's a financial reason (in millions) and will forever remain a mystery to everyone. The day it'll be revealed y'all be wowed and say, "Damn! You're such a genius, I never thought of this." Scan your brain if you'll catch the concealed intentions to my epistles. No, don't try, you can't. No one can, except God! (This is another epistle and expect more educative ones).

I want to show to the world you can use nothing but your brain and your phone to become a millionaire or billionaire while being troublesome. The rest of the populace are busy struggling for salary.

Stay tuned cuz you'll be one of those that'll say, "Wow! I know that guy. He used to be on nairaland and he loves trouble." I'm just tryna give you a glimpse of the future as long as God keeps us alive.

since you know likes are my worth, how many did you see in my post you quoted or you think I give a hoot if my posts are liked on not. looks like you thrive more on likes for you to notice something that inconsequential.

the thread isn't about women dating bad guys and rejecting good ones. it is about the murder of a woman who sadly you lot have decided to heap all the blame on.

Education › Re: How Nigeria Students Do Their Own Budget Padding. by Teespice(f): 9:06am On Aug 21, 2016
naijaboiy:
It's not the same thing Abeg. grin When a student pads his budget it's for him alone and not for his other siblings or family members.

But the lawmakers are padding the budget meant for a whole constituency and they don't even use the money at all when it comes.

Even our parents know sometimes that we do pad but they don't complain cos we still come home with good results. But in the case of the lawmakers they don't even do anything tangible. They steal all the money, both the one they gained from the padding and the actual amount meant for whatever project they should have carried out. How will the people not complain when they are not seeing any change at all.

Abeg we have every right to complain. Money meant for a number of people should not be spent by only one person. If you steal out of the money but you still used out of it to carry out a project then I don't think people will complain like this.

Haba!

It's really funny you had to compare the students padding analogy with that of the lawmakers. That's just ridiculous! grin

so you are saying that because your parents know you padded your school budget, it is justified because you have good results.

don't forget that in a way, the excess padding affects other family members by depriving them also of their needs. nobody will tell you.

it's not a good thing to do whichever way we chose to see it. you say that even if they steal money for constituency projects, at least let there be something to show as per completed projects. it goes a long way to show that we as Nigerians are satisfied with the crumbs that come our way. what ever happened to doing things the right way. oh well, honesty and doing things the right way is no longer a virtue. mediocrity is being celebrated instead.

padding is padding irrespective of the amount of money involved.

you are a lawyer in the making. what is bad is bad. you of all people should know this.

my own be say, if you have done this padding as a student, you have no moral right to blast anybody. as they say, if you point one finger at someone, four is pointing back at you.

Relationship is a risk. Do you actually need another human being to tell you that common sense? If you are not willing to take that risk, you shouldn't be in a relationship. No one asked them to spend their money or time. They did because they wanted to, because they were willing to take the risk. Sacrificing all you have is not a precondition to love, na you get your sacrifices and frankly, I don't see how anyone would rather be married out of pity than love.
There are many some men who should be shot for taking advantages of women too. This shit goes both ways:g\

I can't see where in the article she was ever in the relationship with the guyundecided
while you are on point with all you have said, I didn't see anywhere in the op which stated that she collected gifts and rejected his overtures later on.

all I read was that she rejected his advances and gifts and she was killed in a fit of rage.
