Lol, the question no bad na.

During my NYSC, my agent got me this house. I saw the man at his office and he said the agent should take me to the house.

I got there and met his wife. She just saw me and said NO WAY. When we tried to understand why, she said "the flat is no more up for rent". I left confused and embarrassed.

I got another and never saw the landlord. They said he is in the abroad.
Maybe she is afraid that you will bleep her family members

ahn ah, this is very raw and dreadful, especially your last sentence, so how much we're you making in a day after all these deductions ?
Bro, after the day stress you will be so confused that you won't even think of how much you are making. Bros, commercial driving is for people who has no skills but must do something to sustain themselves. I will advise that you look for a good transport company who has been in the business for some time and hire the bus to them for them to add to their fleet, before now some of them use to pay 100k a month to the owner and also assign driver to the bus and will also take care of the bus in terms of maintenance.

Also what exactly am I paying the touts and agberos for...i thought my business is only with the park workers?
The guys that manage the park will not come out of their office to announce for passengers to know that your bus is loading to PH, it is the touts who will continue to announce, persuade, and arrange the luggages. After the bus must have been fully loaded, luggages arranged, it is the touts that will collect the fare from the passengers and remove the park commission which the percentage is already known by all before handling the remainder to you. Before now it was 25% but I don't know the current percentage. After then the touts will demand settlement from you for all their effort they put in loading your bus. If you don't give them they will just grumble and leave you but when next you come to load they will leave you to do everything to load your bus. Mark you, you won't be able to load the bus yourself because Passengers consist of the good the bad and the ugly. Passengers are mostly afraid of the touts but they won't be afraid of you nor respect you so you may likely be beaten by one. After then when you get to the park gate before you will be allowed to pass they will give you the tickets and you will pay before leaving.
Then on your way you will encounter police and road safety and if by chance your vehicle is found to be lacking something like fire extinguisher etc or your fire extinguisher has expired without you knowing you will have to settle and the settlement is not less than 1k. And on getting to PH, let say a passenger is dropping at rumuokoro you will have to drop him inside the park and pay for discharging ticket and if you drop him outside the park and obio-akpo task force get you there your own is finished, they will take you to their secretariat after robbing you of what is in your pocket there and will make you to pay not less than 25k before your bus will be released. Bro, I'm not discouraging you but transportation business is not like the way you think.
I also dreamt of becoming a millionaire within a short time before I went into transportation but I thank God that I was able to come out alive
Investment › Re: How Lucrative Is The Transportation Sector?? by Ten06(m): 7:31pm On Oct 01, 2018
Guy let me put it clear to you, you are just building castle in the air. Yes, it's #1000 per persenger from Bayelsa to PH but you should understand that your bus will not be the only one on the route, when you get to the park you will see other drivers already on queue waiting to load, and for now if you manage to load one trip to PH and back you will thank your God. Moreover, immediately you load your bus in the park you are to pay commission to the park management, that is if you load #15000 you will pay not less than #3k and also pay some money to the touts that help you to shadow the bus and pay for local and state tickets before you will be allow to leave the park. If you don't pay when you return your bus will be impounded and fine paid before you will get your bus.
In conclusion, apart from the loading from the park there other busses that pick passengers along the road that also make it difficult to get enough passengers in the park. So do a thorough research and look before you leap. Thank you
Family › Re: Should A Husband Tell His Wife Everything? by Ten06(m): 10:47am On Sep 30, 2018
SIR0:
She doesn't need to know everything. A man safeguards his home by applying wisdom. Most people want to keep their marriage, family & friends. Telling all to your wife could be so detrimental. And, never believe she would always tell you everything about herself too. Put all into dire consideration before divulging it. I may sound too harsh, but I am sure,,,,,,

the wise would understand my point.
Thank you. Marriage where the husband tell his wife everything doesn't last, and immediately your wife know how much you have you will not have peace until she spends the money to the last kobo

Car Talk › Re: Are Women Better Drivers Than Men? by Ten06(m): 8:18am On Sep 19, 2018
correctyourself:
Not true; the number of men who drive are far higher than women, how many women drive 700km at a stretch in a day?
How many women travel 200km at night, I am sure its zero percent; Let for example 10 women drive 700km in one week you would b afraid to travel from the result you would hear.

Ask ten women to cook at the same time watch their favourite movies and see how many would forget their had food is on fire, lol.

Because women drive to work/market within 25km does not make them better driver than men.
Women and commercial drivers are the most careless drivers in Nigeria
