Yes,it's very young.I am younger but intend to live past a hundred by doing regular exercises and better food intake.Denmark recently passed a bill to have retirement age to 70 years and many countries would eventually follow suit.This in essence indicates that humans were living longer,so 70 is still very young to die.

The bottom line is for you to serve God genuinely and make money when you're young and energetic.

That is still not enough for a heathy aging.Every now and then,we read of people that slump and die in places of worship mainly because of bad health. Exercise is key for longevity and it does not require much money or religious beliefs.

The recent London Marathon had 29 persons of 80 years and older that participated.There is nothing to fear.How we age is within our control and this is not necessarily about how rich one is.Exercise is the elixir of life.The less we move,the quicker we age.Personally,l see myself aging to a 100 and that's not by wishing or praying but by putting the work required.

All of our people on that picture are not really old.While aging is inevitable, preventing or even reversing it is within our control.Solution: Do squats,push ups ,pull ups,dead hangs,dead lift ,box jumps etc.Grip strengths has been shown to increase longevity, do it regularly.Walk everyday.Run/jog two to three times per week.Join running events like short or long distance races as this would motivate you more.A body in motion,stays in motion.

To those of you talking of money, money, you don't have to be a millionaire or rich to have a healthy aging.Most of those exercises can be performed at home.If it was all but money that equates to living longer, our people living abroad would have been living longer and healthier as well but studies show they are often overweight and die prematurely.

Exercise has proven to be the single most powerful intervention available for longevity.No other biomarker beats it.Until then,Nigeria would remain a country of the least lived humans.

Exercise and stretching can also help.Foam roller is also good to relieve pains.Begin softly if you are a beginner.There are tons of videos online to watch and guard you through.

It is very easy.Stop eating beef and begin a total boycott,no one would come into your farms.What is the essence of grazing when they are no buyers? No, they shouldn't because it often leads to conflicts of interest.Someone would eventually say that the other is taking advantage of his/her of situation.A president that has sexual feelings on a female minister,a girl that wants a pass mark because she is dating a lecturer,a manager or employer that has sexual feelings on an employee.The list goes on and on.Somethings are best to be avoided for moral and ethical reasons.

The new tenancy law should have had laws of sexual harassment or any forms of attempt or coercive relationship by landlords to tenants.Women should be allowed to feel safe where ever they are,be it at the workplace,places of study,home or rental apartments etc.To the landlords, lecturers, managers, bosses etc go look for spouses elsewhere,that ain't why the ladies came for,in the first place.

Nigerians living abroad are often overweight or obese, generally.That ain't a sign of a healthy living but a sedentary lifestyle and poor health.Their life expectancy is also relatively low.Pictures on the streets are meaningless or overeating and over consumption of alcohol are never better living but self destruction.

Parents must stop giving all these outlandish names that has no bearings to their roots, language or culture to their children.Your tribe name is what defines and connects you to their ancestors.lt further gives you a sense of purpose and belonging.

The food we consume which is often packed with sodium and lack of regular exercise is another reason.
An average Nigeria enjoys eating bread with cola, Fanta or other sugary drinks.Having bread with just water is impossible for many.The drugs are helping but lifestyle changes is key.

And what was cool about getting fat other than fat - related health complications?Heart diseases,heart failure,high BP,type 2 diabetes etc and eventually premature deaths are what you get from being fat.Most of the slump and die fatalities are all linked to obesity.Life expectancy in this country is 54 years and yet Nigerians still can't grasp the reasons.

The huge visceral fat is a sign of ill health.We have alot of unhealthy rich people over here in Nigeria.What is the point with all the money with a poor health?
