In some countries professors or well educated people walk,ride bicycles or take public transports to work.On their free time,they walk or jog.There are too many vehicles on our roads.People must learn to walk than take cars at every outing.

I believe our time of death is preordained. Smoke, don’t smoke, eat healthy, eat junk, in fact drink poison sef! You won’t die a millisecond before or after your predestined time. That’s just my belief and you’re entitled to your own thoughts.

There is nothing like a predestined death.You are most likely to die prematurely if you eat unhealthy food and don't exercise.That is why fat or overweight people have a low healthspan and lifespan.Nigerians for example is a country where humans live the least,are we saying that this is predestined?No.Lifestyle changes is crucial if we must live longer.

Meat is an important nutrient.Couples however must talk about a better nutrition to cook in the house.Nigerian married couples are generally fat or overweight which means most are feeding themselves garbage/poison as food.When you find your husband/wife with fat belly,it means she is not feeding the right food.Also, many sit too much than walk/jog.Market women sit all day long in the market.Men sit in the office or in the shops.Others sit in their cars hence the slump and die we witness every day in our country.

Exercise your body regularly to boost your testosterone level.Weight lifting for muscle mass and strength and endurance training for heart health and aerobic fitness.lf don't access to a gym, exercise by using your body weight.Push ups, squats, plyometrics etc.Also, reduce watching porn.Cut also on consumption of sugary drinks.You would be fine.
