Bro, from experience they need only black suit for now. Don't carry load. U may wear ur traditional dress there , but not anytime soon.

The first rule is to obey all orders promptly. Doesn't matter what the previous experience has been. If they were asked to resume with national dress then it's in their own interest to do exactly that. Fine, they may not need it, but obey first.

You should know your weight before now to determine whether you'll be at risk of being measured overweight if you eat or not. But whatever the case, those who are going should try and avoid meat until AFTER your samples have been taken. Drink enough water to reduce issues with your urine.

Preferable you go early and join up with your colleagues from your state to do documentation and other stuffs. You can go anytime sha, but always better to do things when your mates are doing it.

I know that feelings of being dropped during medicals, I felt it when I was dropped in course 44 SSC cos of umblical hernia, in my own case I felt like dieing, immediately I got home, it didn't take me 5 days to repair my umblical hernia and got ready for another and thank God I was shortlisted for this year DSSC course 25 interview. During medicals I was called for review with some other fellows, cos of BP, ECG, physical examination and chest x-ray, I almost fainted when I was called for review without knowing it was God that wanted to rescue me from eviction, now that weren't called for review were actually laughing at us that we are the ones to be evicted, most of us called for review were so tensed and frightened but one staff sergeant calmed us down that some of us were called cos we had no results in the medicals that instead of the army to just send us off that they felt it wise to review us.
When we got to the clinic, my own problem was that the marker used to write my chest number already cleaned out so it was impossible to identify mine, they redid mine and that was it. When they were calling the medical results, o'boy see people wey Dem comot, people that I felt had more chances than I, now this is how God does his stuff because am surprised, my BMI is 28. And I had a hole in my teeth.
Infact imo reduced from 32 to 13 even though some like 3 person's later joined up including one lady that medicals evicted but maybe connection helped her get in, she ran the next day with other that came back and fainted, she was inside the ambulance for almost 4 hours. Some people that were reviewed were still evicted.
So now am still praying to God to put my name in the final list.
Before the interview I wasn't doing any exercise like running and it took a toll on me after the 3.2km race but since I came back I've been running trying to prepare my mind for jaji.
Below is the few times I ran and am also going to run this morning after typing this.

Nobody is sure of getting it. That's just the proper way of doing things. Success only happens when opportunity meets preparedness. I started studying GMATs and current affairs the day I registered online. Also started jogging the next day. I was lucky to be called for exam. After exam, while waiting and hoping for the screening list, I checked my medicals and continued jogging. Was lucky to be called for the final stage too. In all these stages, my preparation and prayers paid off big time as the results spoke for themselves.

My only favorite about the exam was the Math.But damn, your question is funny as hell.In all honesty, I really hope whoever did not sit for the exam never has an iota of a chance for selection. Those kinds of people won't do NN any good.

My journey started like that just like yesterday, alas final list came out and two candidate were selected per state. Without knowing anybody I came first in my state and today I am a naval officer.

Thank you for saying this. People just come here to discourage others. If they know it's all about godfathers why did they bother to go and write exam? That's the kind of defeatist mentality that nobody needs here. If you have God the father, you don't need any godfather. But if you already conclude in your mind that you won't make it, just get ready to register again next year. Enough of all this pessimism from folks here. Some people did not even know any OS wen they registered, and today they're officers. Well, nobody should take my word for it; let it be unto you according to your faith and belief.

Congrats to those selected. For those not chosen, see it as an act of God and move on. Better things out there.

The values are the same as what you find on google. All I'm saying is, if you fall from 18.5 to 29.9 you're safe. Outside that range, you may be screened out.

Don't worry about the exam date. Just go about your normal business and keep studying. Study whatever you want to study. A lot had been said about GMAT and current affairs before, but recently someone debunked all that and subtly cast aspersions on those who gave that advice while suggesting rather that you just need to know your O level maths and English and you'll be fine. Well, to each his own. Study whatever your spirit tells you. That's why there's a big role for inner personal intuition. The koko is, be ready when you're called. Wish everyone well.

Some people here have made up their minds to bring forged documents to the screening. Anything you see, take it like that.

Depends on what exactly you take. Confer with your doctor. But seriously if you have BP issue just think very well before you join up. Don't throw your life away.

You should have done this since in order to start treatment on time.
As it stands now the odds of scaling medical is very bad, I'll advice you to start the Moringa therapy from now(you have no other option now) till the day of medicals, it has the ability to conceal the virus during test.
Go look for the leaves and grind it to powder or better still buy the powdered Moringa, mix like two teaspoon in every meal of yours (be it Pap, tea, soup etc) 3X daily till the day of screening, while at it also get the seeds Chew at least 5 seeds daily.
Caveat
Its at the risk of your BP because its being proven overtime that Moringa causes Low BP and crashes blood sugar.

Bro, once someone has tested positive for Hepatitis B, no amount of moringa in the world will change that. The best he can do is treat himself, which even after treatment and cure the test (which is simple serology that army does) will remain positive for life. He may however do further viral count tests to be sure he has been cured, but remember that army will not waste time doing that test. As it is, if he's sure the test was positive, he can sure that he'll not pass medical.
