I use to have this same kind of mindset, I thought she was different. Lol. In the end I learnt the hard way. This is what is really happening. Every time bandits attack a particular location, security forces on ground cannot and do not respond until they call and receive clearance from Abuja. The same thing played out during the second attack on Yelwata, Benue state where soldiers deployed to that community, stood aside watching as rampaging killers went around killing. Men of the Nigerian police in that community, engaged the attackers until they ran out of bullets.

Earlier last week, the governor of Zamfara state mentioned that anytime bandits attack communities in his state, soldiers who are supposed to respond and ward off the attackers maintain that their hands are tied and they can do nothing unless they receive clearance from Abuja.
